I've always had a great experience with Pizza Hut, and the pizzas are usually spot on. My last order of the Chicken Sizzler was a little different than expected, with fewer pieces of chicken than usual. Also, I had requested garlic dip but received another one. I understand these things can happen, but I look forward to more consistent experiences in the future.

Why the hell did they have to change to halal meat and with out telling there regular customers etc and also when ordering on the phone for my pizzas and sides order's "No One Mentioned & Never Told Me The Normal Meat Had Been Changed To halal meat!!!!" Totally unforgivable!!!!! People who eat halal or kosher meat is there choice and nothing wrong with that and the same way for people who don't eat halal and Kosher meat and eat Normal meat should respect there choice also!!!! Southall pizza hut is a disgrace and can't even inform customers who call to order that it is halal. No star on review and unfortunately you have to put a minimum of one star and like i said NO STAR FROM ME AND MANY MORE PEOPLE UNHAPPY EX-CUSTOMERS NOW!!!!!!!!!! P.S. HOPE Southall pizza hut goes bankrupt and closedown.

Probably the worst Pizza hut pan pizza I have had. Ordered from here about 4 times. Every time the pizza has been dry and crusty due to the lack of cheese on any topping pizza. Even called and requested them to make sure their was enough cheese but still no luck. Management have probably told workers to reduce how much cheese they use as this is the only pizza hut branch with such poor pan pizza's. Avoid and just order from the next closest branch. You will honestly be better off.

We placed our order over the phone with Rishav and he was very very good! He ensured that our order was correct a couple of times and gave us the best deal to save ££ on a big order :) very very happy with his service and will be ordering with them as we usually do! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Almost two hours waiting for a delivery, even though the estimate was 35-40 minutes. The app then updated itself to 'delivered' when it clearly hadn't been. Those on the phone clueless, and when the pizza finally arrived the box was open. Avoid this joke of an establishment at ALL costs

Walked in to try some of the new halal pizza, the place was filthy and stunk.. the Indian man behind the counter was foaming the edge of his mouth for some reason, just the white foamy spit there.. I was so put off I felt a public toilet would be cleaner and left. Was looking forward to trying the halal food but not here !

Disappointed to learn our local pizza hut has stopped selling normal pepperoni and regular ham toppings. I have no qualms with having the option for halal foods. But why take the option away for everyone else. Can't even have a different branch delivery because they route it to the nearest one. Will no longer be ordering from this chain

Two pizza’s came without hardly any cheese. The chicken pizza and breaded chicken on and looked like it had been broken by hand. I asked for jalapeños to be removed and green chilli one one side and it was totally ignored. The cheesy garlic bread was so soggy. The pizza was warm and not hot. Called the Southall hut to ask for replacement and the lady was not listening to me and had attitude. Again sent the wrong pizza full of jalapeño which my sister has allergy to. Very disappointed. Pizza has not been enjoyed at all and Southall Pizza Hut customer service has been dreadful. I will be leaving a google review on them too.

Has a woman who can’t talk English and keeps hanging up shame it’s gone down hill now she thinks it’s funny to keep me on hold either she picks up or I’ll pay them a nice visit see if she hangs up on me shall we get another job ur skills it’s poor stuck to our rules

I have ordered pizza many times but it is always undercooked even though I tell to cook it properly.

I ordered thin crust but I got with the garlic crust. Both pizzas were extremely dry without much cheese. Utterly disappointed. I sent a complaint on 5th June after the order. No reply till date!!

We have had issues in the past but what can I say customer service has really turned this place around. We had an order with missing extra toppings. Called customer service they profusely apologised and said they will send out the affected pizza and complimentary snack. Food came within 15 minutes with bonus Pepsi bottle and garlic bread in addition to the one pizza that had a missing extra topping. Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction.

Worst of them all. Waiting way over the time the said. Cold food, bad ingredients, taste off. Bad service, the double toppings should be as the procedure and training says ( I know how many slices of topping should go on a large or medium but I m not here to train them ) when you call no one tries to help they point in different directions. Other huts are better and I live closer to them but for some reason the website chooses this hut for delivery. 3 different occasions over last year and half and nothing changed is getting worse than ever. Please avoid this hut. Hopefully things will change.

I had a disappointing experience at Southall Pizza Hut. Despite ordering a meal deal, only one pizza arrived after 40 minutes. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Bhavik, was rude and insisted on sending the missing pizza only if I returned the first one. The pizzas eventually arrived after an hour, but the customer service left much to be desired.

Ordered 3 pizzas, order was initially meant to reach us by 6.20pm-6.30pm, then they stretched it to 6.40-6.50, then again changed it to 7pm. I placed my order around 5.30pm, tried calling the branch was on hold for ages, then they cut me off. Called again same thing. Then I got the update on my phone my order has arrived when the driver wasn't even on my road. Was getting set to go the the branch got to the door and the driver turned up. Food was luke warm at best. A few weeks prior they said we hadn't paid and caused unnecessary stress at the door step, even though we had paid online (without payment you can't complete the order). Drivers on both occasions were clueless and seemed to play dumb. Absolute trash service I can't believe these guys are employed/the branch is still running. Won't be buying from them again

Worse Pizza Hut to ever exist I can’t believe the managers are ridiculous and can’t even speak English. A staff called nawab is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to service he literally ruined the toppings while cutting the pizza used his bare hand (no gloves) and just picked it up and put it back on top and he speaks in his own language while serving customers and the worse thing is when they burn your pizza edges the just use the garlic powder to cover it up. Extremely poor service and I do not recommend people to order pizzas from here .

The worst pizza hut ever! My brother placed an order over the phone for one texas meat pizza and one chicken supreme. Order arrived an hour later with both texas pizzas which is not what we had ordered. The delivery man was silent and just stood there staring at my face which was ridiculous and a bit weird too. We called up the southall pizza hut branch to report this issue and the man said he will send out the chicken supreme. Another hour later, the pizza arrived late as per usual from southall and they gave us a supreme pizza which had beef and peperoni on there. I don't eat beef and that is not what we asked for so we called up again to complain and the man who said his name was 'prabkitkatleen' said we ordered a beef pizza. How ironic. The delivery man who was the same as before stated 'I don't know what you ordered on the phone', of course, to cover up for his southall branch, nothing new. He again stared at my face and was clueless. All I can say is Prabkitkatleen was rude and did not understand a single word of English. He said he was the manager but was extremely rude and accused us for ordering a beef pizza.. very interesting experience but all I know is that I shall never be ordering from this dodgy pizza hut again. Please be aware, they do not understand English, they speak jibberish and talk about their customers to the drivers in front of us! No professionalism and of course an expected terrible service as per usual! So thank you Prabkitkatleen for sending us the wrong pizza twice! I do hope you learn to understand customers better in the future! All the best!

Didnt provide sauces with the pizza and forgot to bring the drink the first time. But driver went back and brought it

Last week I ordered a regular pizza with fries and said it will take 20 minutes. After that, the delivery didn’t arrive at my house which I been waiting for yourselves therefore this was the worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Pizza Hut!

I’ve been on call 57 minutes on hold still going and they have not picked up I refuse Pizza Hut southall from now onwards I rather use tops pizza or pizza planet southall.

This Pizza Hut is terrible, why do they leave you on hold for 10 minutes answer then ask what you want then put you back on hold for 10 minutes 😂 Just go dominos their service is way better the staff here are rude and deliver your pizza with the cheese hanging off and crushed on the roof of the box

Called pizza hut today to place an order but the bloke who answered the phone was extremely rude, asked about the offers and he wasn't interested in speaking at all, and he hung up! No customer service at all absolute disgrace!! Will not bother with pizza hut again

The food was overly cooked and why don't they use GPS like other fast food restaurants?? I told them to call when they arrive and they just arrived and didn't call, I wasn't the one to collect the food. The garlic bread was too stone hard and the pizza wasn't delicious at all. Won't be ordering from here again, due to their inept service.

Spent over £45 here. Ordered a few pizzas, saw the driver shoot passed my house on my CCTV. when he returned I opened the door while he was getting the pizza out to find that he was engrossed on his phone using swear words involving mothers and sisters in indian to which I had to hear till he saw I was there. Pizza was only luke warm, soggy and fairly tasteless. WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!

Over an hour late. Driver called said he's outside my address. But he was ad the wrong address. I called pizza hut South Road Southall and was put on hold. Driver returned with my order with missing items, cold pizza and sides. Absolute shambles. This place has gone down hill. Save your self time and hassle and don't order here. Better service elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous, they get the order wrong, they dont deliver the ice cream that comes with the cookie dough and say it is out of stock. Extremely rude management team, the area manager (Soni) has no customer service skills whatsoever, blaming the customer for their wrong doing. They then go on to attempt to rectify the issue and deliver the same WRONG products along with a pizza that I cannot eat- I ordered veg and they delivered a pepperoni. I surprised that this is even allowed and head office haven’t been involved yet, absolute disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand.
