The food was lovely and the delivery said 60 minutes but arrived in less than 20 minutes, definitely the new favourite to go to locally

£60 order, and most of it was just mediocre. The orange chicken is disgusting, so much so it went straight in the bin! It was basically concentrated orange juice with sugar added, absolutely shameful and inedible. Will not be returning.

Every time consistent quality, great flavours good food, never had any issues Hot, good portion size. For some a little too spicy but just right for us

Delivered uncooked rice and cold food. Rang up and was told it wasnt their problem and speak to just-eat. Would not rectify their mistake. Bad food and even worse customer service. Will never use again

very tasty food fresh and good portion size, it was very quick delivered by a polite driver , we order from here on a regular basis and every time the food is great , never had any issues and if there was I'm sure they would have done everithing possible to resolve .so yes 100% would recommend to anyone

My comment on just eat somehow magically disappeared lol 0 stars! 🌟 So last October after a long 13 hr day at work I ordered from here as I couldn't be arsed to cook or make anything, and found a black hair in my food 🤢🤮😖 needless to say it all went in the bin, total waste of money and by the time they did finally answer the phone it was too late to order elsewhere, she didn't seem to care/understand what I was saying possibly?! As the lass on the phone was like so what do you want?! Haha I wanted a bloody refund 🤣 she then begrudgingly stated I would get a free meal next time I order 🤨🙃😬😭 not a hope in hell!!! I just want my money back!!! 🤑💰🤑💰🤑💰

Would give it 0!!! Ordered at 8.10pm still not here at 9.30pm. called and told it was taken to another house! Got told to email just eat to complain! Did this and they, still not here after 20 more minutes, called back to say they had CXL my order because I did what they told me to complain! Ordered for the past year and nothing bad bit this! Was disgusting! He even said they would have refunded me and given my meal comp if I hadn't had complained to Just eat ( they told me to! ) Don't order from here! I don't understand how they can run a take away!

The food was not good at all.Decided to try Chinese due to good reviews but very much disappointed.

Just had sombody else's, food order from Ming kitchen delivered to my door and then I had to clean it all up off my path outside my house... Ordered food for ourselves, food came, we didn't realise the order was wrong until the deliver drivers GF Rang up and told us we had the wrong bag, WE packed the food back up in the bag and the driver came to the door kicking off with us. He then took the food away and 'dropped' it all over the street. I went out to see what he was doing and if he was going to clean his mess up, to be given nothing but abuse from the driver. Shouting and swearing and being very aggressive towards myself and my partner. My neighbours all witnessed this too. I rang MING KITCHEN who were no help at all.

Ordered a meal from this take away using Just Eat, while eating the food I discovered a black human hair, then another and another. I called the restaurant and the only thing more disgusting then the hair in the food was the attitude of the lady on the phone, Not only did she clearly not care, She didn't even say sorry, she said because I ordered using Just Eat I had to talk to them, What a joke. Genuinely can 't believe it. Avoid like the plague because quite frankly you'll probably get it from here.

The name says it all..MINGing. We ordered plain noodles and repeated myself 3 times on the phone and was given them with bean shoots in, then the owner was implying I was lieng on the phone and refused to deliver the correct order because they were "too busy" We also ordered chicken in batter and physically couldn't chew it because it was so hard. Other food was bland and just completely tasteless. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Certainly will not be ordering from here again and I will make everyone aware of this shocker of a take away place.

Would give zero stars if I could. Always delightful finding meat in a meal meant for a vegetarian...not! Even better is when the owner accuses you of lying about finding a piece of meat in the food! Avoid at all costs, there are far better restaurants along the Fell.

When you order a vegetarian dish, think you have been given beef and are then told it’s pork?????? Really, and to top it off there were TWO hairs in one of the meals, we were then told everyone has hairs, yes they do but not in a meal, they’re supposed to be on your head, I’d recommend to find another place to order, I’ve only given them one star because couldn’t give zero

absolute disgrace! ordered food this evening for delivery asap-time slot was one hour 20 later-so we waited!and waited and 30 mins after time given we recieve x2 clay cold house special x2 chips cold and cold curry! when complained was told to bring it bk myself to shop and they would change it???? then rude lady put phone down!! Complete waste of 20.00 and spoiled the night! Do not book for delivery from here!!!!!!!!!! shocking service! come on JUST EAT ....we need to be able to eat the food....if I wanted a microwave meal they do them at Iceland!

Absolutely disgusting..Rice had burnt egg in it and the noodles were oily and chips had loads of black bits all over them and there wer frozen chips. Curry tasted ov powder. Stay Clear🤢

Ordered our food, 2 hours later, got hold of just eat to be told they left it in the mailbox... Apparently they had tried to ring me but it was on hold. Which it wasn't as we where sat with the phone. Never ordering again, first and last time.

Ordered at 8:15, no delivery at nearly 10pm. Constantly engaged. Just be honest that you can't deliver in half an hour. So many businesses going under, and this will follow with it's terrible service!!!

Never had a problem, food is always fresh, hot and the delivery times are Unbelievably quick

Rude service, service was even worse when I suggested to pay by card. I was treated like muck on A show when trying to pay via card, despite how common it is now. This happened to multiple people after me. When I asked why they did not accept card, the rude man said "we accept card only". It is 2018 and with the added pressure of Brexit, businesses need to adapt and be kinder to customers, if they hope to survive. Food was bad too and also overpriced. My advice, go to a Chinese restaurant and pay less, or better yet... Go elsewhere that will offer you better service and better food for a fraction of the cost. I hope their low rating from others shows this. Very sad to see a business lose all their potential. DO NOT VISIT!!!!!!

Food was over half an hour late. When it finally arrived it was cold. Tried to ring the restaurant but the line was constantly engaged. Was it worth the wait? No absolutely not. If you want hot tasty food delivered on time I'd definitely not order from Mings Kitchen. Husbands chicken in "cantonese" sauce was actually in sweet and sour. So they didnt even get the order correct. Not really even worth the 1 star.

Don't order this place should be avoided. Given half my order got rice but no sauce food was greasy chips freezing cold who wants sweet and sour with no sauce????oder was late Driver opened the meal on my door step as they lost the order slip.there was used old lettuce on chicken balls?? Tried to ring about sauce no answer I will be looking for a full refund the meal has been wrapped back up and my husband will be making a visit tomorrow disgrace of a take away will never order again

Does not deserve a star! Ordered salt and chilli chicken and was delivered salt and pepper. Absolutely disgusting food and awful service. Would not recommend to anyone! Well and truly spoilt my Friday night! Vile.

Just called in on our way home to Darlington from The Sage and will do so again next time we need 'emergency' food! We had the 'box deal' and got the following dishes at £5.50 each or £15 all together. + Salt and pepper chicken with peppers and spring rolls, came with mini spring rolls, and chips. + Chicken fried rice with chips and gravy + Beef chowmein with chips and curry sauce Felt like good value and we all enjoyed, much bigger than we expected! Noodles and spring rolls bit bland, but all meat, rice and chips excellent. Curry and gravy nice and fried things all still fresh and crisp. Gave us forks too! Would stop again

2 and a half hours and still no delivery. Ended up cancelling after being told twice that it was "on it's way". Staff couldn't care less when we rang. Avoid at all costs.
