Items on my order were missing

Order didn’t even arrive took my money and marked it as delivered!!!!!

Ordered 19 items only 14 came, ordered cakes which were squashed due to heavy items being placed on top

not delivered but yous are saying it is

Wish they sell more items like Mug Shot, chopped pork slices & etc

as per usual I have not received my items again useless !

Great experience apart from the bananas were unripe so can’t use them today for my pancakes 😩

order at 2.30 for it 2 be delivered at 4.15 didn't come until after 5.e0

Funny how everyhing was there apart from the ben and jerrys ice cream which was £6+ and the bags weren't sealed so obviously been taken out by a driver which i had tipped om the app too. Not happy one bit

I didn't recieve the main thing I ordered along with a couple other things missing too!! I'm here not even knowing if I'm going to recieve a refund or if I've just wasted my money .

asda gateshead never get your order correct it's only a few things not as if it's a weeks shop

Nothing ever arrived and after reading the recent reviews of the store... I don't think I'll be ordering from here again until they can bump up their rating to a 4 star minimum. I don't want to gamble on if my food will get here or not again.

No chicken in my order I literally ordered 4 things bc we have no food in for tea and my chicken wasn’t sent and they’re reviewing my order to see if I can have a refund? It should have been straight away!!!!

twice I have ordered from Asda Gateshead, only received some of my items and can't not get a refund.

4 items from the order were missing, fair enough things happen, so i went through the app for a refund, the amount of missing items came to £9.64, they were individually listed and priced via the apps refund system so how come i only received a £8.90 refund. Delivery itself was excellent and on time

the original delivery time was 14.14 but that time charged 6 times it has only been delivered now at 16.43 and im missing items from my order so I have had to put a refund request in .

Driver asking me to walk into the street so he could find my house , I was unwell hence the delivery of food never felt so poorly as it was cold I don’t mind talking directions through on phone but this was not ok

Only 1 item delivered out of 5 and just eat won't refund me or attempt to re deliver my items the driver also got proof of the items not delivered I'm extremely disappointed and won't use just eat ever again

I was notified that my order was delivered at 10.40 on 15/12/24 but it has not arrived!how can this be possible when you have to give a code?!!!!! I'm going to have to reorder as I need these items and cannot get to the shop today!absolutely atrocious and no way to contact anyone to resolve it!!!

I firstly ordered 4 items from Asda gateshead earlier this morning and they were delivered somewhere else,so I reordered and gave the delivery guy the code but when I looked in my bag,2 items were missing!!! I am furious! I've spent £22 ro receive £3 worth of goods. this is not acceptable! there isn't even a number go ring to speak to anyone and the app has no button to press if it doesn't turn up! the driver was extremely unhelpful aswell!!!!

Packed terribly, my crisps are dust in the bottom of the bag underneath milk and tins

2 main items missing from my order but not highlighted or told was missing until I received my order. Was looking forward to cooking a nice meal for my family and unfortunately couldn’t as no meat or pasta included in order. Disappointed that this wasn’t checked or offered alternatives.

We've paid delivery for 2 pumpkins, beef mince and baguettes... we've received only baguettes! complete waste of time. May as well have cancelled the order. I expect a full refund of delivery and service charges, as well as the missing items!!
