Not happy at all, half my order was missing without any notification. Ive had to submit a request for a refund that could take days

Missing item's and didn't receive a refund.

I have items missing from my order,

Delivery time was fine but missing items and not even just 1 missing but 3!!

I ordered items for tea as I have a small daughter and didn’t want to drag her out late. They missed all the key items of the order off and the delivery driver just wanted to hoy the order in and leave when I asked if he could check his car for missing items! Disgraceful service!

Delivery was great and service from driver great! However Asda!!!! I order baby wipes and 2 packs of nappies, they only sent me baby wipes!

Absolutely disgusted 8 main items were missing from my delivery, absolutely nothing to say anything was out of stock this is supposed to be convenient, I now have to wait up to 2 days to see if I can be refunded for my missing items, this was a special tea tonight and I now don’t have the movie to have to travel to supermarkets with a newborn to rebuy I have cried and cried in anger this is not acceptable who packed my shopping has not even been bothered to look what to pack soooooo angry

Wrong items sent ordered cheese garlic bread got a bbq chicken pizza. Not great as said I'd treat the kids to a pizza of their choice, now have a child with nothing they like to eat. No communication that anything was out of stock or substituted

Most of my items missing, no notification or contact regarding it. Driver turned up with one thing from my order so I've just paid however much for delivery to not even get the items I requested. I understand they some times do not have what you order in stock but I don't believe that they didn't have bottles of coke for example. Contact to let you at least know should be a common courtesy.

This driver was incredibly nice ! This order was a gift for a friend for their birthday, but they weren’t in yet. However, our diver was so nice and waited until our friend arrived so nice give this man a raise !!! Defo five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😁

Too many missing items and no notification to be seen. Driver did not speak English very well so he was no help and could not explain why there was missing items worth over £30...

Delivered about an hour after initial time given with more than half of the items missing. I couldn't even ask the delivery person as they knocked, dropped the stuff on the doorstep and were gone by the time I got the door open.

3 things missing from my order

Missing my monster energy 4 pack. Part from that my order was fine.

Was not happy they did not have the milk I need the most, they need to update their list saying they are out of stock cause I would of went somewhere else too get my milk which I needed the most

Not sure how late is “late” but it took over an hour for the courier to be assigned. You need to get more drivers as the delay is not the courier’s fault.

Half my items just weren’t delivered. Almost £10 worth of stuff.

Appalling customer service, 5 members of staff,,2 stood talking 2 pretending to look busy but actually doing nothing and 1 trying to do everything! When the 2 people stopped their conversation 1 decided to make herself a hot drink the other walks past looking at us as if we're not there, finely get asked if we're being served when we said no, there was no apology just " what do you want". Only wanted a cup of tea to sit in which was served in a take away cup and changed for sitting in! Tables vacant but all dirty, why when there's only a few people sitting in and 5 members of staff, place should be spot less. Been in better greasy spoon cafés, needless to say I won't be back in an Asda cafe anytime soon, had to give 1 star as couldn't leave no stars...
