the shop was shut and when i went to call they didn’t answer after having a long drive to get there then when i got home they told me to go to the shop next door when i was home and they were no help with trying to get a refund

noodles tasted like the packet, food was bland, undercooked and had next to no spice. didn't finish the meal had about 3 mouthfuls before spitting it out

Delivery man handed the order with curry spilt all in the bag, everything was soaked in curry with it pooled at the bottom, this order was not delivered with care.

Rice had hard bits in, chips were slightly under done. Delivery 30mins late. Driver parked on grass. Otherwise friendly driver.

Placed order ahead of opening for delivery. Order was delivered over 30 minutes later than original delivery time - it had been pushed back twice. The quality of the food wasn’t great; chicken ball batter was so soggy and oily - the bag had a puddle of oil in which had leached from them - such a shame given the chicken itself was actually nice. Fried rice was bland.

Quality of food was horrendous. Everything cold, chow mein undercooked, satay chicken smells like a bin. Lemon chicken like cardboard. utterly disappointed. Sweet and sour chicken balls were more like massive chicken nuggets

They’re set up so that the phone goes through to voicemail, for good reason. When I got my order home they had missed off my rice, which cost extra. Phoned and phoned. No reply or recourse. This is a common thing according to my neighbours. Wish I hadn’t given them the benefit of the doubt

First time trying this Chinese, not impressed ,ordered munchies box and chicken and mushroom curry got chicken and onion curry ,everything was greasy ,gravy tasted like vanilla sugar water ??? , the single triangle of prawn toast was just greasy fried bread ,the chicken in the curry was cubed watery sponge like texture ,chips were oily and undercooked. only positive was the salt and pepper chicken was alright and the seasining was tasty but I definitely won't be ordering again

This has to be THE worst Chinese takeaway ever...and I've had a lot of Chinese takeaway. Everything in the order was microwaved, so luke warm at best. soggy prawn crackers again microwaved to make it seem like they're fresh when they clearly werent. Cantonese sauce was lifting, salt and pepper chips were soggy and inedible, same with the salt and pepper chicken. spring rolls again clearly microwaved and somehow their fried rice was blander than steamed rice. Avoid like the plague. LIFTING

Everything was undercooked, underprepared, and nothing like it was advertised. BBQ spare rib bones drowned in a horrible, thick sauce with no meat on them whatsoever. Rice totally undercooked, still hard when it arrived, the whole meal seemed rushed. AVOID EATING HERE!

If i could give this a 0 stars i would!!!!! i had been at work all day and decided to order from this place never tried it before so i thought i would give it a go…. waited 2 and a half hours for COLD food!! chips are soggy and not even edible (felt like a child had it in its mouth for a good 20 minutes) and the chips aren’t even spicy? Rice was hard and lumpy.. Satay chicken was greasy and very watery , prawn crackers were stale like they had sat there for months on end!!! waste of £30 never ordering from this chinese again.

If you’re reading the reviews and think you’ll give it a go anyway…don’t. Prawn crackers were stale, fried rice was undercooked, chicken and sweetcorn soup was too thick. They forgot the chips and were SO rude on the phone when asked. 0/10.

Disgusting food and a rip off. The prawn crackers being stale it was like eating polystyrene and the bag that usually gets tied at the top was now half way down when tied. The veg spring rolls were rubbish. Quite simply the worst Chinese I've had.

Wish there was an option for no stars, not a Chinese person in sight, which wouldn't matter if the people there knew what Chinese food was, ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup, the chicken was small cubes which were hard with no flavour, hot and sour soup was disgusting and at one point had something really slimy, the prawn crackers which used to be amazing from here were in a tiny portion but more importantly the guy behind the counter (who was also the cook) searched for prawn crackers, eventually found a bag that must have been there for a week, in short I am pleased I didn't order a meal and will never, never order from here again.

Thought I’d give it another try despite last time being horrific. But after a long day on the road I wanted something quick and easy, rice and noodles were ok id be shocked if you couldn’t get that right. Chips however were barely cooked. Beef was fatty and chewy. What was once the best in the area is now the worst, by a mile.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I tried ordering using my stamp card and the discount that was automatically applied by just eat and the order was cancelled 4 times, was then told on the phone they didn’t have enough drivers so had to cancel the order,took my stamp card off and order was accepted. When it arrived everything was stone cold and the gravy that they charge nearly £3 for was in tiny dip pots. Son went to the shop and was told if he wasnt happy contact just eat

Chicken and sweetcorn soup was like jelly and even with water added and warmed up, it was inedible. Main course was dreadfully salty. Worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had.

Before you think of ordering here think again.Over priced for such poor quality food , had the food sitting in a bag near the front desk for who knows how long , food was stale and overcooked with a weird flavour . Wasn’t worth it such a waste of £7.50 .

food was below any standard that should be served. I work in food industry and everything was just over cooked or cooked with the wrong Ingredients. veg omelette states onion mushroom and tomato come with massive chunks of peppers and bean sprouts in chip in same containers were still hard. lemon chicken looked like a pineapple stick and was like leather. soft noodles came might aswell have been a crispy noodles. couldn't eat it was dripping with grease in the bottom of the containers.

Food was decent quality, a little pricey for what we ordered but otherwise satisfied

Worst Chinese take away I have ever had !!

Really poor food quality. We were staying in a holiday let in the area and arranged a take away delivery. The bbq spare ribs were horrible and after a little taste, we did not eat them and threw them out. The meat on the ribs was very dry and they were served in this mushy vile sauce. The sweet and sour chicken was unbelievably sour, no sugar in it at all, and the curry sauce was watered down. The rice was 100% old! It was chewy and had clumped together in places. Definitely had not been freshly made that night. The chips were oily and the potato itself tasted hard and raw. Complete waste of money. The only positives were the easy ordering and the polite delivery driver.

Food is put in the fridges/freezers cooked (if they’re turned on), the chips are left out semi cooked for a week and the chicken could kill someone would highly recommend against these people

Salt and chilli chicken so hard not even edible! Not even chewable! Curry lid not on so spilt all over. Noodles burnt and tasted of chemicals. The whole meal was absolutely shocking! Never again

Really good quality and speedy delivery

Ordered King prawn chow mein. Collected 10 mins after ordering. Massive chunks of raw onion. Noodles were dry and looked like they'd been warmed up. Prawns were few. I'll not order from here again.

Do not under any circumstances order from this takeaway. I have never in all of my life ate food that is so stale, strange tasting and bland before. Everything and I mean absolutely everything is dripping in grease and the chips are not remotely the chips you get from any other Chinese. I cannot stress enough do not waste your money.

Absolutely disgusting. Gravy had a layer of grease on top and the bbq ribs were in some strange sauce that tasted nothing like bbq sauce. Prawn rice only had 3 prawns in it. Not sure if the regular chef was having a day off as this time the food was abysmal. Customer service non existent and we will not be using you again.

Ordered Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken as I have done for many years from here. Keep getting chicken balls instead, and when I rang the restaurant to yell them, they didn't give a toss and blamed just eat. I know what I ordered, and if the menu is wrong, then someone needs to fix the issue and stop sending me the wrong item! And maybe act like you care about your customers! I've loved this place my whole life and have been ordering for 20+ years, but this has p*ssed me off!

Made a large order sat night, delivered to my address, food was delicious however the onions were raw , I certainly couldn't eat them and neither could my guest. Rang the takeaway only to be told that's how they cook the onions. I'm sorry but who wants to eat raw onions in a hot meal. Not me or my guest.

No meat in any of the meat dishes ordered. Food came within 10mins of ordering but was cold. Tasteless food and spare ribs were just bones no meat on. Garlic and chilli sauce tasted bland and sloppy. Never again!
