That Horrible Wonan with the long hair working in shop is running your business in to the ground she is hated by customers and your staff please take note of this she is one horrible and ugly woman so ugly she frightens People her attitude stick she needs to be sacked she gives all the mouth over phone but like I mouse when you come in shop please take note the English girl there is brilliant she is a credit to you. We had a takeaway from here the other night, the chicken with ginger & spring onion was tasty, fresh & the Singapore fried rice was lovely. The beef in black bean sauce was more like beef with gravy which was tasty but not what was expected or desired, I would return to try other things though.

Always good food here and reasonably priced

Gorgeous freshly cooked veg curry and family had fish and chips no complaints will return.

Always order from this place great food everytime Ordered food on 31st Dec and we knew it would be busy so Ordered early at around 18.15 after around one hour and half no food so phoned up and was told it had left. Which was fine we knew they was really busy. We was told on placing the order the wait would be 45 mins. So another 20 mins goes bye still no food. Phones up again and spoke to the Chinese lady this time and she says it's about to leave now. So we was lied to on the call before saying it had the food was delivered at 20.15 and we told the driver to take it back didn't want it after being lied to. Why wouldn't you just be honest with customers and tell them in future the wait time is going to be 2 hours

food was freezing no salt and vinegar don’t even deserve 1 star

After using this takeaway for many years and spending 100s if not 1000s of pounds I ordered my usual last night 22.01.22 my order turned up wrong I phoned to tell them and a Chinese lady told me I was wrong and obviously confused in other words DRUNK instead of chicken balls as part of my meal they sent me duck curry I have never eaten duck in my life that's all I asked the lady to do was swap it for the correct product to which she slammed the phone down on me.Your loss Ming Hong not another penny of my money will you get TAMPING

HORRIBLE! I have lived in hopkinstown for nearly 14 years and used to love this place. But since about 2016 its just not good anymore. The Other day I went in with a friend To order a simple meal (rice curry and chips together in a tray) but the lady at the desk answered 6 phone calls before she even took my order. " Which is pretty hard to explain when they don't understand many words of English " My mate also ordered a simple meal (plain chips). After we eventually get served the delivery guy walks in. The lady behind the counter and him stood having an argument and swearing and shouting at each other about somebody not getting the correct change or something for about 10 minutes. By which time I EXPECTED to be out and eating my food But no..... we were in that shop for a record time of 16 minutes before we got our food. HORRIBLE!! NOT GOING BACK AGAIN.

Been waiting now 2 and a half hours my young children went without tea to have a treat on Halloween and still nothing absolutely discusting

We’ve been ordering from here for the last 3 years and have never had any bad meals, food is always delivered on time and always warm. I’ve tried most dishes, some I’ve had better tasting dishes in other takeaways but I would score all dishes highly
