Meal OK. But no coffee! No Port!! In a pub.... then amazingly loud sound system for music bingo night, drove us out. Pretty poor 😕

Lovely pub efficiently run by Lee, Matt and others! Food is always delicious and hot, especially good for winter times :-)

Lovely gem of a pub, staff were lovely and Matt was brilliant and gave us a good laugh, food was amazing.

Came in for brunch Nice bit of steak cooked as it should be with well balanced peppercorn sauce. Lovely place to have a meal followed with refreshing cheap drinks to wash down and peaceful conversations with people I came with. Cosy inside seating, open garden providing fresh air. Waitresses are sweet, informative, casual but lively. Thanks, Lee and Paige we had a good time !

Matt was so helpful, the food was great and the service was even better. Will be coming back

What tasty, affordable food. Could not fault the food or service. it's absolutely amazing. We had a nice young man called Matt serve us, and he was fantastic. It is nice to be served by someone who has a sense of humour and isn't dull. Keep up the amazing service, Matt 👏🏽

Came to eat with my brother and sister and Matt was amazing as we were cold and he chucked the heating on for us and was very welcoming.

Lee and Russ were very welcoming and helpful. The food was the best we've eaten in the hungry horse chain. We will definitely eat there again when we're in the area.

Been to the Milton Arms a good few times with my wife and we have always had great service from Lee and the team. A huge thanks to Olek the chef for cooking our order exactly to our requests. Was perfect. The team always go above and beyond. Long may it continue. 👌👍🙌

Scampi tasted great, quick service. Matt was friendly, fab chit chat and patient with our ordering. Great variety of options for vegetarians and vegans.

Matt aka batman what an absolute ledge nothing was to much for him despite it being quite a long shift! Thr energy was high and he still kept a smile! We aren't local but would 100% reccomend and would come back

Just had a lovely meal with whilst visiting the family in Cambridge. The staff were friendly and helpful (Lee,Paige and Russ). The food was nice and great value for money, the deserts were amazing. Well recommended.

Arrived about an hour or so before the rest of my family arrived with my busy kids. Allowed us to take up space nursing a beverage before everyone arrived. Gave the kids sweets and activities to keep them occupied. Really friendly people(Lee and Russ). Food also good. Kids enjoyed themselves.

I was served by Lee and russ and they where both really friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing they gave the kids activity packs to do while waiting for food really good experience

Went out with family from Belgium for lunch after shopping in Cambridge. It has a really great location and convenient to get too on the way home. Ordered quickly and the order came through pretty quickly (the kids didn’t even have enough time to moan they were hungry.) and there were plenty of colouring in and making Halloween hats to do too! The lady dressed as a cat (didn’t catch her name) was amazing, making sure we were happy and all the food was ok - which it was!! Would come again!

I found this to be very disappointing. Unfortunately they were extremely short staffed however this should not affect their service. The lady just placed food on the end of the table as she didn’t have time to hand out to the intended person. The mix grill was not worth the money. They did cook the steak as asked. They forgot to bring my daughter’s chips out. We asked for them to be brought out however all we got is that they will look into it. Everyone now has now finished and we still have no chips!! With how stressed and unfriendly the staff are we have left. I’m hopeful that on a good day you can get a more acceptable service.

Good drink selection food ok but not top end, A ok basic pub with food, staff happy.

Nice, well-priced food. Kids main courses were £1 as it was a Monday. The service was great and Matt was really friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

We came here for my sons Birthday meal and me and my mum had chicken sizzler and it tasted very bland the peppers tasted like tissue paper and left a very peculiar taste in our mouths once we had eaten the food than gone midnight I woke up with cramps and diroahoe and felt sick and than my mum messaged me in the morning saying she had the same but everyone else is fine from what they had But safe to say I will not be returning

We had the fish and chips and it was excellent as usual. Service from Jenny the manager was fantastic. She was very friendly and polite.

Not good at all! Southern fried chicken skewers all 3 plates dry and burnt. Very little peppers and onions accompanying the skewers. Not enough sauce. The sides…. Chips were fine onion rings limp but edible Mexican pasta avoid not spicy in the slightest and the pasta I’ve never eaten anything like it before just kind of crumbled. Small Portion of fries topped off with a filthy sticky table.

Came for breakfast today, visiting the area. Good portion sizes, great value for money. Jenny was very friendly and helpful.

2nd time bad experience .i ordered lamb kofta and found a big piece of plastic in it ,after waiting for more than hour to receive the food ,looked more than 15 minutes for waitress to come at the table to see the plastic and couldn’t find any ,i took the plate to the bar where was someone and shown the plate with the plastic looked at me took the plastic away and didn’t even apologised just walked away !!! Disgusting !

Jenny was the one serving me. She was kind, has good knowledge of the bar and goes up and beyond with treating every customer the best She can.

Really nice place near my home. A lot of tables and warm atmosphere. Burgers there are good, especially on Friday nights. The last time I was there on a rainy autumn day, had a cup of tea. I had a great expirience there, and Lee was really welcoming. Recommend it.

I recently had an amazing experience at the Milton Arms, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lee. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt completely welcome. Her service was exceptional—she went out of her way to ensure everything was spot on, making the whole visit feel special. The food was great, but what really stood out was the atmosphere Lee created with her upbeat and professional approach. It's rare to find such attentive service these days, and it made the afternoon a truly memorable one. If you're after a warm, welcoming pub with someone who really knows how to take care of guests, I’d highly recommend the Milton Arms—and make sure you ask for Lee

Came in for a steak Tuesday cooked to perfection, Jenny was her usuals bubbly self keeps us coming back

Lee is amazing, she’s always seems to be on her own but she smashes the service & she’s so lovely, kind & chirpy. Sad that the food came out a bit burnt on both meals, missing some bits on the share platter but hey no not complaining what I had was nice sadly my friends meal wasn’t as nice the chicken burger was so over cooked so glad I didn’t go for that 😂. Very disappointed in the pub manager as she hasn’t contacted me regarding a charity event we are doing for a good cause….a simple email would be nice plz.

Worst mix grill ever! Chips dry and hard (left under heat lamp too long), chicken cooked from frozen (watery and tasteless) sausages dry skinned and hard (yesterday's for sure), egg snotty,.. wasn't expecting the ritz but come on its not hard to cook an egg.. Avoid this place

Came for a lunch with family. We all had different meals and each one was well presented and more importantly, hot! Waiting staff were friendly and efficient making sure we had everything we needed for our meals. On shift were Lee and Matt, very good members of staff.

Great time here. The staff were nothing but attentive. Honestly they went out of their way to help me. ( speaking directly about Jenny with the mayo) . The food was absolutely delicious. Our chicken skewers were so tender . Definitely recommend coming here

Very disappointed, took an hour to get our main course, the food that arrived looked like scraps thrown on a plate. Shame, used to be great but I won't return. Only saving grace was the very sweet waitress

Happy to take your money, just don't ask them to change one of the many screens to a different match they advertised to be showing, which was the reason I was there in the first place.

Took over an hour for the meal to come out with no apology,staff didn't know how to smile only one staff member did and she was collecting money for cancer , finally got told only 2 Chiefs on I have been to other pubs bigger than this one which only have one chef and the food is of better quality and only half an hour wait, wouldn't have minded waiting if the food was good

Well organised and following guidelines. Witnessed customer getting told off for walking about and told to sit down and for group to quietly chat... So overall, impressive.

Fabulous lunch here today with family and being served by the delightful Lee. She was bubbly, friendly and great fun and made our visit very enjoyable. I would feel very safe coming in on my own with my book to have a glass of wine knowing that Lee was around. Will be back!

Food was great! And Lee our server was super lovely.

Lee and Matt done excellent service. It was very busy at lunch time. However, you could see they were doing their best not keep us waiting too long. Chicken strips were more buttered, barely could feel the taste of it. About 6 months ago chicken strips were so much better

We had a lovely Saturday lunch at Milton Arms. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Excellent value for money. Matt, our waiter was very nice, friendly and helpful. The toilet was clean and smelled nice. Altogether we were very satisfied
