Exams were out so me and a friend went for what's always a nice dog walk round milton abbas and tried this place - fast service and friendly people. The Tuna toastie was great with a cuppa

Melted cheese on top of a sweet scone does not a cheese scone make. Too keen to engage with customers to realise they’re preventing customers from having their own conversation.

We were staying with friends from our previous church in Milton Abbey School. We took the opportunity to sample the food from the "tuck shop". Pasty was very nice, as was the cream tea. Would give 5 out of 5, if they had made their own clotted cream... joke. Highly recommended!

Having found this eventually we popped in for a cuppa. All set on the grounds of a private school with great views, the actual tearoom was well presented with plenty of seating. The cakes all looked really nice and the orange and chocolate cake I had was gorgeous (recommended by the young waitress), a generous teapot and all reasonably priced.. Well worth a visit..

We really enjoyed our lunch today. The service was excellent and the cakes were delicious. We had a Victoria sponge cake and millionaires shortbread. We look forward to our next visit.

Stopped here after visiting the abbey to cool off on a sweltering day. There's a decent selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The building is modern and well appointed and the staff were very nice and helpful.

After a visit to Milton Abbey, a cup of tea and a really decent Bakewell Tart is just what you need - and you get both at the Milton Abbey Tea Room - and all for £5 for a tea, a cappuccino and a cake.

The Tea Rooms are only open during school holidays. Clean with good service, an ideal stop for a light lunch before or after a visit to the Abbey. The setting for the school and Abbey is beautiful and especially so in the Autumn.

How much did I like going here that time I went here? On a scale of one to ten, I would rate it a solid several. The doors had a good, solid feel to them and it wasn't built on an Old Indian Burial Ground.

Jahrhunderts. Die Geldgeber dieser Abbey waren unter anderem der Earl and Coutness of Dorchester.

What a disappointment - the restaurant had a very limited menu and unbelievably did not serve coffee/tea after the meal. A number of us went there as we had a concert to go in the evening at the Exch
