I approached the Millie's counter and was quickly acknowledged by Kyle who was busy in the rear of the branch. I was met with a smile and asked if I was okay to which I thanked him. When I mentioned I'd like a coffee he made sure to go through the options available, once my coffee was ready he asked if I'd like anything else and wished me a great day upon taking payment. Very nice service with a smile, I'll be back again.

Totalmente impresionado por la actitud del personal aquí hoy. Pedimos 2 bebidas, las obtuvieron mal. Sin disculpas, se quedó de espaldas con nosotros todo el tiempo mientras hacía las bebidas frescas. Parecía que ella preferiría estar en otro lugar. ¿Qué pasó con el servicio con una sonrisa?

Siempre me encantó galletas millie y donde yo las veo tengo que comprar unos pocos. Me dieron una que tenía grandes pizcas, chewie toffees piezas, así como una galleta de chocolate doble. La cookie de chocolate con trozos estaba muy blanca y oscura choc en ellos. Tan delicioso como siempre. No me decepcionó. El perfecto regalo para disfrutar en el camino a casa en un viaje de 2 horas y media en un tren.

Passing Millie's cookies and my daughter asked for a cupcake. I knew she wouldn't eat a full cupcake so staff offered a small cupcake for her. £1.35 for a cake that was so small it was demolished in 2 bites!! For £1.99 she could have had a large cake pop and drink which we were not advised about until after we had paid and we seen the sign. Will not return again prices are extortionate!!
