We came for the set menu and it was amazing, such tasty food! Big shout out to our lovely server Shanice who was great! Will definitely be returning!

We were here on a Saturday, 18 ladies for my stepsons fiancées hen party. We travelled down for the weekend from Scotland and this place was absolutely amazing! The food was top notch, service was outstanding from all staff. And the entertainment was fabulous! We would most definitely recommend it to anyone going to Manchester. What a place ❤️

Mnky Hse Manchster @mnkyhsemcr - Latin American Cuisine The one in London is currently closed so we went up to Manchester. Good service. Unfortunately wasn't too busy but it gets busier into the night as it turns into a mini club for after hours. Highlight of the meal - Tres Leches dessert. Up there with the best Nicely seasoned brocoli and potatoes. Good soft tacos but would be nice if they came in pairs Nice texture to the steak. Chicken Robata was just okay but with a nice sauce Very good amaretto sour but be prepared to pay London prices on drinks Good dining experience. Would go back for more

The wagyu crunchy taco was a must-try, and the pan-fried cod with chickpeas, chorizo, and cherry tomatoes was another standout. The margaritas were excellent, and the service was super attentive. Huge thanks to the MNKY HSE team for their attentive care, and a special shoutout to Paola for being so welcoming!

Absolutely fantastic experience at MNKY HSE! The menu of the day was a culinary delight, with the sirloin beef cooked to perfection and the sticky toffee pudding as the perfect sweet ending. The caviar with champagne, ordered separately, was exquisite. Service was quick and friendly, thanks to Daniel, the manager who served us. The music added great vibes, and it was good value for money. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the best time from start to finish. All the staff were lovely and attentive. The food was amazing and probably one of the best bottomless brunches I’ve done so far. Our glass was never empty and the quality of the food didn’t go down even though it was a bottomless brunch. Both our waiters were amazing and made sure everyone’s dietary requirements were met. Came here for bottomless brunch. Only 2 cocktails available on the bottomless menu when it was priced at £49. Very minimal food, no main course, just a single taco, a single mini burger, etc. extremely overpriced for what it is.

Had a fab time at mnky house, staff were amazing, food was great. I couldn’t thanks them enough for the evening. We asked to see the manager. I think her name was powler or poulor. Her energy was great. Thanks so much mnky house for a memorable time for my friends hen do.

We went for a bottomless brunch , honestly best food I have ever had at a brunch , good drinks and lively music. Was a bit cold and service was in the slow side considering the place was only a third full . Price wise it was fair for the upgraded package of £49. A lovely place for a date.

We have been for a meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was absolutely amazing! Choice of food, service and the atmosphere was second to none. Then continued to shout at us for ‘drinking drinks too fast’ when we are on a bottomless brunch at a birthday party? Was a time where we were waiting over 20 minutes for a single drink. Will NEVER return. Go to bottomless brunches all the time but never experienced something as terrible as this

Brunch is overpriced and you get very little food. The quality of food is poor and the cocktails are very weak. Worst place I’ve ever been, not good value for money, would never go again. So many better places in Manchester to go for brunch.

Had an amazing brunch here. The food was all amazing , a couple in our party had the vegan menu and the others the meat. All dishes were delicious. The cocktails were also nice. Really good service, would highly recommend

The waiter Luca was outstanding ! He was attentive and smiley! The food was delicious ! The dessert did take a while to come but the DJ kept the vibe going with an awesome mix ! Would definitely go back again and again and again

Had an amazing experience. Service was very good. The food met our expectations and it was worth the price. The oysters were delicious and I would definitely recommend the soft shell crab maki. Our waiter Luca was very accommodating and made our experience a little more comfortable.

Very expensive (somewhat unnecessarily) but the food was delicious, mostly halal. The ambience of the place was nice & the staff were attentive.

The Manchester venue is much better than the London venue by far, the food was 10/10 the sea bass was very impressive the prawn making was also very fresh, the cocktails suggested by Luka was some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted. If your ever in Manchester you must visit this venue. Luka and the Italian manager on the day was very welcoming which made our evening

Booked this place for nye looked forward ro our visit all year i got a call on the eve of nye to tell me that they have now changed to a first come first serve to which i replied okay? And they say if you want to keep the booking its now 195pp each and there is only a set menu leaving us no choice but to cancel everywhere else is fully booked what a terrible greedy move

Tacos and sushi gave my group food poisoning,

First off the foods were great. However, you would expect a ridiculously high music volume, up to a point that you can't even hear your friends. People needed to yell at each other just to say some simple thing. That affected the overall experience indeed. The guard outside was so busy chatting with his friend (other co-worker probably). He doesn't seem to care about his job. I am little surprised this guy get paid, the restaurant is truly generous.

Came last night for Xmas do...Gorgeous place to go for drinks and tapas style sushi and like wise dishes...food was absolutely amazing and service was efficient and friendly...would recommend to all

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The girls and I were due to go here for a nice meal which unfortunately got disrupted by the horrendous snow where we live and as we live an hour away from Manchester and travelling with a pregnant friend (celebrating her pregnancy) we decided it would be in our best interests to stay at home incase we got stuck due to unpredictable weather. I rang the restaurant to advise them of above before the booking and they’ve charged £80 for no show even though we explained the circumstances above and that we would happily re-arrange for when it isn’t snowing which the staff said would be against their policy. I’m appalled by this customer service as you think an establishment of this size would have some courtesy to re-arrange given the circumstances!!! Given the current climate you would think they would have some decency but apparently not, avoid!!

What a completely underwhelming experience. The service and food quality do not match the prices. I’m not sure I’ve ever had such poor service at this price point. Not the friendliest reception & group in front of us had their coats taken but not ours were not. Staff were pushing past us as we were walking to the toilet, instead of waiting as you’d normally expect. Dishes were plonked down on the table, with no announcement. We ended up not paying the £30 service due to this, which is fine, but we’d have happily paid this if the service was as expected. Food wise.. I’ve had better cuts of ribeye at Miller & Carter. The sides & sauces were nice though. I think there’s more of a focus on theatrics & ‘atmosphere’ than there is on quality and customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Paid £1200 for a table and got put in the peasant section on the lower floor

Everything on the menu looks so good it was hard to choose. The taquenos and crispy baby squid were amazing to start and then ordered the robata grill platter to share. All cooked amazingly - would highly recommend. The cocktails are unique, the atmosphere is lively and the service was on point. Overall it is pricey but well worth it. Only downside is that it gets very busy later on at the bar and when the club opens so it’s not easy to get a seat at the after the meal.

Robbers! Charging £6 for a 330cl bottle of beer in the first place isn’t great. But then putting the prices up to £7 as the night went on and then £8 30 minutes later. Bar staff just laughed when questioned. £14 for a gin & tonic which suddenly went up to £16. Terrible venue!

Great place lamb shoulder tacos and sliders were great short rib tacos and steak were decent. Music was a bit too loud a little less loud would be good other than that everything else was perfect. Luka the waiter was exceptional answered all questions asked with ease.

Disgraceful, pretentious place.If your not cool enough your not getting in. We were a table of 14 out to celebrate a birthday. We had a table booked for food and then later a table booked in the club. We left after the food to come back later when the club opened. When we arrived back for our table we were refused entry. We had been intouch with them all week regarding our booking, when we was showing them our proof of booking we were just point blank refused. The staff on the door are nothing short of arrogant pigs. The place was swarming outside with let’s say “influencer” type people. We don’t fit that category and I believe that is why we was refused entry. We had this night planned for well over a month, with us being a big group we didn’t want to be walking around trying to find somewhere, hence why we booked a table for the evening. This completely ruined our night and my friends birthday. Shame on you mnky house.

Best place for GIRLS NIGHT!! Service was fantastic and the food & drinks were amazing. Feel really looked after every time we come here. Really good atmosphere in the dining area which can be continued into the club. All the staff are always really pleasant and helpful! Pretentious, will cancel your booking last minute. Will judge you by tour appearance and on how much money they think you have. Please don’t book for special events as you will be let down! They only want influencers not us normal people. Save your money

Absolute dump, very dirty and rude staff

Really disappointed in this venue on first visit, Super overcrowded, not enough bar staff, and we were asked to move from our table twice by the staff which was really awkward. They told us we could stay if we paid £3000. This was in addition to the 500+ for a £18 bottle of disaronu. I appreciate mark ups, but this was just awful. Also never paid for mixers before when you pay so much for a bottle. Service was very slow too. Honestly you couldn’t move in there, just not a vibe.

We went as a group of 4 for the brunch. There was a really generous amount of food and a really nice veggies menu (I often struggle for options). The service was also really good - we were served by Oli who couldn’t help us enough and was always checking we had everything we needed. The vibe was perfect for a brunch. Overall we had a really nice time and it’s definitely the best brunch I’ve done in Manchester.

MNKY house really impressed us last time we visited it. Food was delicious and the same goes for the atmosphere as well. Music reminded me my lovely home island Santorini and it’s beach bars, I will not lie, there was some nostalgia there too. The service was amazing too however I felt like the waiter was too close to us for my preferences. I would rather prefer to have some space and distance.Apart from that everything was a 10/10

Unreal food, good vibes and stunning restaurant!

While the culinary offerings were pleasing to the palate, the overall experience left much to be desired. The wait for seating was considerably longer than anticipated, and though our server was courteous, there was an unexpected delay between the appetizers and the main course. Our evening took a further downturn when interacting with the door staff of the club section. Their demeanour was totally unprofessional, and it ruined our evening so much so that we would not to return.

Waited 40 mins for our reservation, food was greasy and rubbish & totally overpriced. Service was terrible. If you like food this place is a massive no go. Don’t waste your time.

I recently visited MNKY HSE Manchester and it really did not disappoint the food was insane, the team were very helpful recommending how many plates to have and what drinks went well with the food we were ordering. I will 100% be back

Went for a birthday dinner at 8:30pm on a Sunday bank holiday weekend. One word…horrid service! The food was good but the service was terrible, we waited hours for our sushi plates then someone came to tell us they over cooked the rice and it would take 40 minutes to make new rice for sushi dishes. Other tables that arrived after us got services multiple time (included sushi plates) and left before we got even half of what our tables orders. We were still waiting till MIDNIGHT nothing came out. We then proceeded to cancel the other orders and they tried to charge us £700 for dishes and a service that was never received. When we complained they were very dismissive and refused to take any ownership for the horrid service we received stating “it’s not their fault”. I have been to all the great restaurants in Manchester and have never experienced such poor service and customer care. Definitely wouldn’t go back, it’s over priced for food you can get at Peter St Kitchen, Tattu or The Ivy. During the meal the music was extremely loud! People would literally have to scream orders and shout to talk to each other, you’d think we were already at the nightclub. I rarely make bad reviews but this was just unacceptable and unprofessional!

I really enjoyed my evening at MNKY HSE Manchester!! The food was incredible and the service was so thorough and fast. It was a dining experience very different to any other restaurant I had been to before in Manchester with a live DJ and a fun exciting atmosphere.

Went on a Saturday night. The food was great. The music was crazy loud which puts us off going back because we all just sat in silence as there was no point in trying to have a conversation. I know some people would love this atmosphere but I would only want music that loud in a club not in a restaurant. The dress code said casual elegant, no trainers or sportswear. There must be a new meaning to elegant that I’m missing FYI elegant here means wear as little as possible. Baseball hats, denim shorts and trainers were also worn. Nothing wrong with it just don’t bother with a dress code. Insta tastic. Looks like the main reason people visit. I don’t think the food needs to be this good in these kind of places as the majority of insta kids only purchase a small plate and a cocktail to take a picture and then leave. Very similar crowd to tattu but the food is much better.

Food was goodish and not too over priced! It is not a restaurant to go and enjoy a meal in though as the music is to loud. It is more of a place to be seen in! Excellent for social media personalities!!
