Millie's Cookies in Pembrokeshire

Absolutely horrendous attitude from the women who served us, bought an ice-cream for my daughter and asked for sprinklers which she replied it's 50p extra; when the gentleman who served us the other week gave it for free for us, kept repeating it was 50p extra . We said all ok just went pay only mentioned that last time gentlemen have not charged us. She did not like that. She through the cookie and was saying that our attitude stinks then she walked off and In corridor where other people started to say about our attitude . when we only said that we before we have not needed to pay. We only wanted to double check. We was shocked with this lady's behaviour and how unprofessional she was! I don't think she should work with people if she can't have just a normal conversation! So rude!!

Took 4 days to get a cookie shake!! Went on a Friday evening only to find out times changed and was closed so tried agin late afternoon on Saturday but had fun out of cookies and couldn't get a cookie shake?! So tried again on Sunday only to be told the ice cream machine wasn't ready and would take a hour!! So said I'd return later the girl then said give 2 hours?! -they literally had just opened so I said that considering they were only open for 6 hours might be worth getting someone else to turn machine on as 1/3 of opening shakes are not available! She just smiled so returned 4 hours later to make sure they had plenty of time only then to be told machine was now on a clean or something-I asked to speak to a manager as this was day 3 of dragging the kids back and forth for these stupid shake drinks!a older woman came out and gave another excuse saying the machine was broke and there was nothing they could do? My partner said call someone to fix it perhaps-to which she replied it was a weekend and no one would come out on a Sunday! So it will be tomorrow now before anyone looks at it! So we left with whining kids and said we'd try tomorrow only for 1/2 hour later my teenage son came strolling in the van with a cookie shake!? Said he'd just got it so ,wasn't broke after all just once again not ready but instead of admitting it we were lied to!! I honestly wasn't going to go bk because I thought that was rude-however on day 4 I gave in as kids wanted there cookie shakes and cookies spending £20 which quite frankly I'd have rather throw it away than give it to Millie's after 4 days of messing round!!but kids enjoyed them put staff are terrible and lie to customers I don't know if it's incompetence or rubbish machines but Millie's franchise needs to check this outlet or insure haven gives proper training!because this place puts me off the whole company due to the service on these occasions sadly!

The size of cookie you get for the price paid is crazy. There tiny, my both sons like the milk shakes they do but still expensive,

Went here before heading home, and the milkshakes are amaZing ! Made with ice cream 😍😍 the cookies were expensive and not that great if I’m honest!

We have a Millie's 5 minutes away from us at home and the rpcies are a lot less than this. The opening times seemed short too considering the amount of kids who are on the park all year round. Nice cookies but pricey if you have a few kids to indulge

My kids love Millie’s Cookies. This outlet is in the Kiln Park holiday site complex and is for patrons of the park only. It is more expensive here but that’s to be expected as they probably have to pay the holiday park owners for rent.

Very expensive and very poor quality, there's not really much to say about cookies, they will always sell but I can't believe the price over quality.. high price zero quality.
