Miller & Carter Steak House in Liverpool

Nosotros como familia fuimos para la cena de Navidad 2024. hemos comido en molinero y cárter en el pasado y siempre lo disfrutamos. Por eso reservamos para Navidad, ya que es una ocasión especial. La comida era vergonzosa 1 . entrantes eran gambas, duro seco insípido . . definitivamente preparado la noche anterior 2 . el principal no se cocinó como se pidió en el proceso de reserva y tuvo que ser enviado de vuelta dos veces por todos son parte. Incluso entonces no estaba a la altura del estándar 3. el postre era promedio. 4. el pan que pedimos era increíblemente duro como una roca e incomible. El personal era muy educado y profesional, pero parecía estresado y abrumado por la cantidad de reservas que tenían que servir. El restaurante estaba lleno hasta las vigas, ni siquiera había espacio de pie en el bar cuando esperaban a sentarse. Estábamos tan decepcionados después de esperar como pensamos que un buen regalo en el día de Navidad. También era bastante caro! De hecho, costó cientos de libras para nuestra cena familiar y esto definitivamente no habría sido un problema si hubiéramos recibido lo que pagamos. Con toda honestidad, definitivamente nos ha pospuesto regresar en el futuro.

Carla was our waitress and she was so welcoming and helpful. Food was lovely and atmosphere was warm and friendly . Would recommend if you’re in the Albert Dock Liverpool area. Say hi to Carla as she is so lovely and will really look after you as she definitely made our trip more pleasant

We were served by helen. Omg what a lovely experience we had being swrved by her Nothing was too much trouble. Lovrly personality that made us feel at ease Even when we wanted to steak cooked more it wasnt a bother. Cannot thank her enough for making our meal a very enjoyable one xxx

Ordered a fillet for my 21st..Medium rare came first time cold inside..asked for it to me made medium rare as ordered it came back like picture so medium rare but burnt!! I might be 21 but I also am fully aware of what it should be like..ruined my birthday meal expected much more from the house of steak..wasn't even offered another drink or something off the bill...when the food came out the chips and everything else on the plate was what I had sent back all the while my partner was sat with her food and I wasn't..

Booked a table for two to celebrate our wedding anniversary and requested a quiet candlelit table in a corner when I booked weeks earlier. When we arrived we got placed at a table under bright spotlights too close to other tables so we could all hear each other’s conversations. Felt like an overpriced Weatherpoons. We asked to be moved but there weren’t any tables specific to our request so we left and had a fantastic experience at Meet Argentinian steak restaurant not far away and much better value for money and a much nicer atmosphere and surroundings.

At last a chef that can prepare scallops, the six of us had different starters all were good, as you would expect the mains especially the steaks were excellent followed by good deserts, the venue was busy being a Friday evening, that being the case the staff and the service was as good as we have ever seen, this venue is definitely one which we would return to, the atmosphere is as good as you can experience, if the customer is pleased with the meal you can ring a bell which will in turn be returned by a cheer from the kitchen, we rang the bell.

Great restaurant lovely meal and great friendly service from Helen will definitely be back. Easy to book on line.

A staycation break in Liverpool after covid lockdown we booked for 4 for Miller & Carter easy booking system & a terrific welcome when we arrived. Used the app to check in to NHS to keep us all safe as instructed & shown to our seats. We all ordered drinks, cocktails which were delicious. We ordered our mains steaks & burgers with sides & sauces all arrived timely & were delicious with creamy mash & plentiful salad & the beef dripping sauce scrummy……. Room for deserts chocolate brownie & ice cream amazing. We had a fab time the waitress attentive & really helpful…the prices were great for a brilliant meal…. We will be back..

Just had a great family meal at Miller & Carter at the Albert Dock Liverpool, fast efficient service from our server Ruby great food highly recommended.

Enjoyed another lovely meal here with my partner. The set menu is very good value. The restaurant is very clean with good distancing between tables. The waiting staff are friendly and professional and it is an attractive setting. Staff don’t seem to be wearing any PPE in Miller & Carter restaurants generally which might be an issue for more vulnerable diners but other than that I can’t fault it.

Incredible service. Pete is an absolute diamond. 10/10 customer service. Very impressed with his knowledge of food and drinks. Would definitely return

Excellent service, Charlie was amazing with service, being friendly and amazing food, this was better than Miller and Carter at Telford
