Miller & Carter Lytham St Annes in Fylde

Tried to leave review via qr code but wouldn't work, the food and service was excellent, we were served by Ieva,couldn't fault the service also very knowledgeable about the food definitely a asset to Miller and Carter will be returning very soon.

Lovely food. Great staff who were very attentive. The steak was amazing and the sides were great. The lettuce in my opinion was unnecessary.

Really excellent experience! Lovely restaurant, food was spot on and our waitress really was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu!! Made our visit a positively enjoyable one! Tall blonde girl Her name is Lauryna! She has the perfect level of professionalism and friendliness! Most of the staff here are good and work hard , but what a pleasure it was to be served by this waitress!

We wrote a rather negative review few weeks back relating to allergy concerns here on Tripadisor. The post had a nice reply asking us to phone management to discuss the issue. Oh wow, I couldn't have asked for a better response. I contacted M&C and got a call back from Joe, the assistant manager. He was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeabe, pro-active and caring. He spent more time than I could hace hoped for researching the ingredients, giving me as much reassurance as he could. He really went beyond! Allergy issues are always difficutl, especially if you have, like me, an unusual one. Joe handled it wonderfully. Thanks so much! Also, massive shout-out to Zoltan, who has been our server a few times now. he has an exceptional memory, returened a lost spoon several weeks later (don't ask)., and remembers wine preferences etc. Methinks it might be because we're so obnoxious lol. Never mind, thanks so much guys, you're marvellous!

We had a small wedding lunch here for 12 people and 3 small children and the service was phenomenal. Chloe B really looked after us and made sure we all got the right orders since there were so many of us. The food as usual, was incredible. Thank you!

Visited all the way from Scotland, great experience compared to Edinburgh Cramond Brig lovely polite and friendly staff, our waitress Susan was excellent so patient and very good with the kids as was our lunch menu food. Overall 5* thank you.

As always great steak, great service and value for money. I go to M C twice a year and my only complaint is the plates are cold which makes your meal go cold quite quick. So if its not to much h to ask please please Heat the plates. I will be back in September and hope to have a hot plate.

The food was fantastic, the service attentive and the atmosphere very calm and quiet. It was my first time going to a Miller’s & Carter having seen them on TikTok I really wanted to try it! My partner and I were on a small break in Blackpool and leapt at the chance! We both had the exact same, a ribeye. Meat was perfectly cooked (the table next to us were complaining but I think they were just being difficult) and the sides were wonderful. My partner is a bit of a cocktail fiend and he enjoyed them very much. All very worth the cost and happily tipped for the superb service (I want to say Andrew) provided.

Visited with family and we had a great meal and it was a lovely restaurant! We went in April at lunchtime for the 3 course meal and we had Zogan as our waiter. We received incredible service from him and the food was amazing quality and all hot. Along with being served in great time with not a long wait time between courses. We had the calamari and chipotle chicken to start, rump and ribeye steaks with chips for main and sticky toffee and brownie for dessert. Cannot recommend any higher and if you are thinking about going for a meal here we really recommend - you won’t regret it! Thank you ☺️

We visited the restaurant on the afternoon of 23rd March for lunch before heading in to Blackpool. We were sat on a window table and served by Susan. What a lovely lady, so polite, knowledgeable and friendly. We chose from the 3 course lunch menu and enjoyed every course. 10/10 on service & food. Thank-you ❤️ The Andersons

Birthday lunch with family, not the usual staff as they were off on a staff do, but the stand in staff were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the menu. We had the lunch deal, excellent price and choice. Would highly recommend the calamari starter and the steak sandwich it was cooked perfectly. Very tasty. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Really disappointed. The service was terrible. Food was good because of the long wait spoilt the whole experience . Staff huddled together chatting unaware of customers.

First visit to a M&C. Greeted warmly at reception and shown to our table. The food was good, however not overly keen on the grey sludge oozing out of my king prawns. But the ribeye steak was absolutely divine, melt in the mouth, one of the best steaks I've had. Don't understand the half an iceberg lettuce though - seems totally unnecessary. The beef dripping sauce was beautiful. For pudding I had sticky toffee pudding which could have had more sauce for my liking but it was nice. The service was OK but nothing special, no chat from the waitress, just quick in and out, and plonking our cutlery down in one pile for us to sort ourselves. We get that at Wetherspoons, don't expect it here. All in all a very nice meal.

My wife and I are regular diners here at uour favourite steakhouse. Front of house and the service staff are always very friendly and make you feel welcome, and try to accomodate are preferences whenever they can. Tonight we were served by Cherelle who was shadowed by Dilys, so we got two smiles for the price of one! Meals are always consistently good and delicious, with a nice wine and cocktail selection to help digest the food. Keep up the good work Miller & Carter, the Lytham St Anne's restaurant is one of the best!

We really enjoyed our trip here. The food was good and the service from James was excellent. James had just the right amount of banter but was still polite and professional.

We had a lovely meal here for our wedding anniversary. We both had a "dirty burger" - cooked to our liking and nicely presented. I upgraded to the chunky chips which were really nice and crispy. We also had the shared dessert board which was perfect as we couldn't make up our minds of what to get! Decided months in advance to book for Boxing Day given the reviews we had read throughout the year and I have to say we were very disappointed with the quality of food served on the day. We all had the Turkey Roast Dinner which was such a let down. The Brussel sprouts were not even Al dente they were undercooked to the point of being raw. The Roast Potatoes were a major disappointment and certainly couldn’t even be classed as roast potatoes. We came to the assumption they were frozen roast potatoes passed off has a Roast. All our party said we felt like we had had a home delivery meal that had been warmed in the microwave The only dessert which was a let down was the trio of cheesecake that was dry due to no cream being offered On a positive note our server was excellent and a credit to Miller n Carter Whether we would return or not I’m unsure. Maybe going over the festive period was a bad idea and that serving over 500 people on Boxing Day is just too much for the staff.
