Our waitress Bogusia was very attentive and very welcoming. Fab service. Our meals and cocktails were great. Really enjoyed our evening. Can't wait to come back and visit you when the new refurb is completed.

Visited Miller & Carter today for the first time, and for some reason I was unsure what to expect. However, I was very surprised. The server we had (Attil - apologies, may be spelling incorrectly) was very good and attentive. The food was great, the fillet steak was excellent. We were both very pleased and would return.

What a amazing meal we had from entering the restrant Aldo took us to our prefiable table he was so friendly and accommodating we ordered the fix lunch menu Wow our starter sticky Chipotle chichen and baked cheddar mushrooms then both had 7oz rump steak with 2 pepercorn sauce was all served to perfection I will be highly recomending this restaurant thank you Aldo you were so friendly and thank you Alex for a beautiful cooked meal

Really nice lunch here today with Aldo serving and Alex cooking. Had the chicken burger for a change and it was lovely, very juicy and flavoursome. We all enjoyed our meals. Thanks to all the team

Booked a table at short notice Food was good quality if a little expensive for what it actually is. Service was ok, but the guy for our table seemed less than enthused about being there, very transactional in his approach

Birthday meal at this restaurant. Prawns and chipotle chicken starters were beautiful. Partner loved the T-bone steak and I had the dirty burger. We’re full so weren’t going to bother with dessert but our lovely server Alex arranged a complementary dessert for us with a candle. Would recommend as felt very spoilt.

The food was excellent, we both had steak off the lunch two course menu The waiter (Aldo) was pleasant and attentive The only downside was the music volume with a deep base resonance and a pesky fly that wouldn’t leave us alone

Sublime steak and equally wonderful service. We were short of time due to a theatre show and terrible traffic. The team were fantastic. Everyone from front of house (Aldo and the young gent on reception) and Alex our grill chef cooked the best fillet we’ve both had in the longest time. Smashed steak on six at the Celtic! We are so grateful that the team took the stress right out of our evening! Thanks all!

Went to celebrate My Birthday arrived early lady was very pleasant and sat us down no problem , Glad as soon started to fill up with people and the young lady who was serving us was very busy and felt sorry for her having to attend to a lot of people and the service was getting slower ! Visit m&c Cardiff bay for our son's birthday celebrations. Our server Attilf(hopefully I got it right) was very attentive and we received excellent service. The food was top notch, I believe the grill chef was Harry. All of our food was delicious and served lovely and hot.

Lovely impromptu dinner at Cardiff Bay this evening! The hosts Emma and Alison were nothing short of a delight! Beautiful and tasty drinks made by Ben! The food some of the best we’ve had in a long time, thank you so much Marie! Then there is Aldo the server, well what a man, great at what he does and super knowledgable, couldn’t fault the service, the greeting and the quality of both the food and drinks. Simply great

The Crown Prince Squash Warm Salad is fabulous, the Sea Bass delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We dined at the restaurant at Cardiff Bay for lunch one day and dinner the next. Both times the food was superb and the service capable and friendly. A special thank you to our lunch server Lena, who took time to chat with us and answer questions, even though she was busy; and our dinner server Sam, who was professional and engaging.

Not impressed, Carpet threading, tables scratched and chipped, oil tasted slightly ransid on fry's.

Listen, if you love great service and great food, then you’re gonna love Aldo and this restaurant, make sure you ask for Aldo as your waiter He’s the AMBASSADOR!! Number1!!

We came here for mothers day evening. Got showed quick to our seats. Had a wait for drinks orders which was fine. Then we ordered our food. There was six if us four adults two children. Starters arrived my daughter in law had a long black hair on hers. Fair play she just removed it ate the starter I wanted to send it back. But she did tell the waiter make sure no more hair in the next lot of food. Then the mains steak was lovely chips were rank. Luke warm . Now I have been here a few times and this time chips were horrible. And the wedge of lettuce which should have arrived before the main came with the main with a few leafs in a bowl. First the chips with skin on to be lazy way of cooking and should have been hot. Hubby and I travel a lot and we have been here twice before. This time food not the best. Not the staffs fault but the franchise who owns the brand of Miller and Carter. Overbooked and got to many waiting. For food. Would we come back nope. Staff are lovely tho.

Visited the restaurant for the first time in years. Excellent service from Sky and very knowledgeable around the variety of steaks and made some great recommendations Nothing was to much, ensuring that she spent enough time with us and at no point was she trying to rush away. Even asking if the restaurant temperature was OK as she could adjust the AC if needed. The food was beautifully cooked to our choosing and will definitely be returning

This Is one of the best miller and carter we have been to. From the min we walked In we were taken care of. The food was excelent and the waitres made my day by brining a cake out for my 3 boy’s and sang happy birthday. Wiil deffo go again when down In cardiff

The food was well worth the wait. We shared a Chateaubriand and it was absolutely delicious. From farming stock who sells beef cattle it was exquisite and exceptionally cooked. The sauces (beef dripping) was out of this world. Compliments to the chef Alex. The waitress Lena was very pleasant. We were a walk in table later in the evening and we were fitted in and served promptly. There was a full restaurant so can completely understand why it took a while for our food to come.

Visited there on Sunday eve for a birthday meal, food was good but sadly the whole experience was spoilt as we unfortunately left a birthday gift behind on the table, we were the last to leave at around 10.15 so you would expect it to be there the next morning, but after several calls to the restaurant it hasnt turned up, and conveniently the cctv doesn't cover the table directly behind the till, which I find hard to believe, so beware if you are going here to keep all your possessions on you !

Would of gave it a 5* but we went for Lunch and even tho it didn't seem that busy they had run out of 2-3 of the starters which we were looking forward to sampling. Settled for just the mains which was cooked superbly and presented nicely on the butchers block. Meats were cooked to perfection and tender and tasteful.

We have been to this place many of times for an evening meal and it’s always been absolutely beautiful. We visited again on the 13th of March and we served by Bogusia and I was very impressed with the individual service that she gave my family

Really nice restaurant… great food and service and a nice wine list. Excellent for steaks and meat in general. Maybe need some more salad options on the menu. And the menus can be hard to read (font size / colour). Good free parking.

The perfect steak (black angus filet mignon) with pepper sauce. Plus potato wedges and an onion pastry. Simply magical.
