Amazing food and excellent service from Shane. Perfect amount of time between courses to allow us to fully enjoy the whole meal and experience.

Hi I was in for Mother’s Day with my family. Stuart served us very happy and professional great service. It was my teenagers first time and they loved there steaks. Will definitely be back soon.

As a sous chef at the Hilton, I have high standards when it comes to dining out – and Miller & Carter exceeded every expectation. The food was excellent, clearly made with care and precision. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the presentation was elegant, and every plate showed a deep respect for ingredients and technique. It’s always a pleasure to see a kitchen that takes pride in its craft. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the impeccable service. Izabela, our server, was outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel at home and took care of every detail with professionalism and grace. I also want to give a special mention to Maria at the bar. Her energy, kindness, and skill behind the bar added so much to the evening. Her cocktails were perfectly balanced and served with a bright smile that stayed with us. Miller & Carter is not just a restaurant – it’s an experience. We will absolutely be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who values great food and even greater service.

The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed – perfect for a special night out. The food was outstanding! From the starters to the main courses and desserts, every bite was a delight. The steaks were cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that quality and attention to detail matter here. A huge thank you to the amazing waiter Greg, who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. He was professional, friendly, and always had a warm smile – he truly elevated our dining experience. I’d also like to give my compliments to Maria at the bar. She was kind, cheerful, and very attentive. Her service added a special touch to our evening. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We were served by a lovely and accommodating gentleman called STUART this evening - exceptional service, he was well versed with the wine and steak options on the menu and provided stellar recommendations.

This is the second time I've visited and on both occasions it was first class.

Staff were all excellent . Friendly cheery & helpful. Laura, our .’steak expert’ was perfect-attentive, caring but not intrusive! Service with a smile. Steaks (fillet & chateaubriand were cooked to perfection (as always) as was the Rioja (reasonable price)… we all just ate too much!!

Great afternoon into evening. We had the lunch menu which was terrific, choices were just right. Our server was Rory, he was very welcoming, pleasant, polite and happy to serve you. He was knowledgeable regarding all things on the menu. All staff were really nice and attentive. Food was exceptional.

Lauren was absolutely amazing , she was so sweet explaining everything from how the steaks are to how to heat up the brownies we’ve decided to take away with us, I just did not like my steak I think it wasn’t cooked properly as I wanted it to but everything else was amazing , and Lauren excellent customer service and recommendations made the fact I didn’t like the steak better and can leave happily

The service was amazing! Stuart, our waitress, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. The food was of excellent quality and arrived very quickly. A special thanks to Otavio, the manager, for recommending this fantastic place – it truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a delicious meal, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Rory was on point at the right time throughout the meal and played his part in a great experience.

Great food! Steak came out quick and hot. Perfectly cooked. Lauren was great at making sure we had nothing missing but also had space to enjoy the food. The cocktails were great too. Try the butchers sharing board and the baileys cocktail. I know they don’t pair well but they are both delicious

Staff were all fantastic, unfortunately the food was nowhere near our expectations. For a dedicated steakhouse, the cuts of fillet steak were really tough and chewy, when it should melt in your mouth. Both steaks were cooked to our liking, just very poor quality steaks.

Rory (Aberdeen) was our server and he was really lovely and his recommendations were spot on.

went for the sharing experience; the two cheapest were out of stock , but our table was booked for 8:45 to be fair ! the one we had was super yummy and definitely worth the price. Our server (Shane) provided his expert opinion to help along the way :)
