Miller & Carter in Aberdeen City

We are regulars at M&C usually (4-5 times per year) but our latest experience left us disapointed. The restaurant is simply too busy for the amount of staff, you feel like you are on a huge conveyor belt of customers. We were reminded 4 times during the evening about how long we had left on our table booking - M&C you need to stop this practice, it is ridiculous and on that basis alone we will not return. ...you also sat us next to a couple who were clearly there just for a photoshoot....they spent more time taking flash photography of each other posing with their champagne and ice bucket than they did talking to each other or eating, its rude and off-putting to people genuinely trying to enjoy a meal together! Sorry M&C but we'll give you a wide berth from now on.

Greg was a very attentive waiter, 5 stars to him. Food was delicious I had the Lamb with tenderstem broccoli, broad bead and pea mash and dauphinois potatoes. Delicious if a little chewy. My fellow diner had 10oz Ribeye, tasty but a wee bit tough and unevenly cooked. Having said that we enjoyed our meal and our table was comfortable.

Another fantastic visit this restaurant has to be one of the best if not the best for food and service cannot rate it highly enough

Another visit to Miller & Carter in Aberdeen 3rd March. I had Angus Ribeye steak and my wife had Salmon. Steak was cooked to perfection as I have always experienced. We were waited on by Anna which was a pleasure. She was attentive, bubbly and efficient. She asked if our visit was for a special occasion and we told her it was our 46th wedding anniversary. It was such a lovely touch when our desserts were served with Happy Anniversary in Chocolate on the plates. So nice. This girl is most definitely an asset to the company. Thank you Anna again.

Absolutely delicious food. We had the cote de boeuf sharing experience and it was absolutely flawless. One of the best meals I've ever had. The service was second to none. Lauren was very friendly.

We had a great evening . It was a special treat for us. Our steak expert Izabela 😃 she had a fantastic knowledge of the produce. When asked she was aware where the steaks had originated. Izabela answered all the difficult questions asked by the farmer in our company with great ease and some humour 👌🤪

As I’ve found in all our visits to Miller & Carter, delicious steaks and good service. We had an 8oz fillet and 10oz fillet mignon, both perfectly cooked. The shared cookie pie dessert was also terrific.
