What a fab experience! Salad bar is such a great accompaniment to the amazing range of meat on offer. Staff were super attentive.

I had food here the other day and was served by a tanned guy with glasses I think his name was either William or Wilson. He was very polite, had good chat and served us a really nice mojito. The other staff were great too! The experience overall was phenomenal and will be back!

One of the best restaurants in Aberdeen, the atmosphere is really beautiful and warm, the decor is spot on. The salad bar is really amazing and the meat cooked well. I enjoyed myself and the service was amazing, The waitress Citadel really took care of us. I will definitely be going back.

Favourite place to eat in Aberdeen! The salad bar has something for everyone and the food they bring round is phenomenal! Must try the cinnamon pineapple!! Also a big thanks to our server Zoltan who was really friendly and jokey and always asked if we had everything we needed.

Dined here recently and received some of the best service from the bar staff whilst waiting for our table. A younger gentleman made me one of the best mojitos I’ve had in a long time, and for that I would return just for the bar alone

We visited this restaurant for the first time, and were pleasantly surprised to find that they had a Halal selection. Our lovely server, can't quite remember his name (had glasses) potentially William? - was absolutely great! The food and service were exquisite and certainly will be back again. Can't recommend them enough. Perfect location for a special meal out!

Great place to take the mrs out for a date night. The decor creates such a romantic atmosphere and great service from staff made a wonderful dining experience. The drinks from the bar were particularly great would recommend the passion fruit mai tai as it pairs well with the food. Will definitely be returning soon.

I wasn’t expecting much but it was a lovely restaurant with a fabulous salad bar, a good selection of vegetarian meals, a variety of meats (all rather tasty considering I’m not a huge meat eater) and absolutely splendid service with generous staff. I must say the cinnamon pineapple that came round was a highlight, my family members are still raving about how delicious it was! Would recommend.

All I can say is WOW! As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a lovely welcome from the team and fabulous interior. Delicious cocktails, extensive choice at the salad bar and the most tender meats. The grilled cinnamon pineapple deserves a mention as well. First time trying, myself and my partner, we were not disappointed. The quality of the food was amazing. The service was impeccable, all staff were very friendly and attentive when needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and I loved the tree canopy experience, just like dining outdoors. I love that. Overall we had an awesome dining experience and certainly will be back for more.

The food was really good and the atmosphere was great. Seems to be where everyone in Aberdeen goes to celebrate their birthdays, as there were 6 birthdays in the space too time we were there! Such a compliment being the kind of place people want to come celebrate I think

Table booked for 6pm for birthday meal. Table not ready and was asked to wait at the bar. Within 1 metre are other diners eating their meals which is a little obtrusive. Waited a few minutes to be served here, charged 50p for half a strawberry which is nothing however - just to point out this strawberry was not requested and does not appear as extra on the drinks menu. Maybe it should be instead of just being added. Explained to us that you get the large plates at the salad bar and servers would be round with the meats. We helped ourselves to the open salad bar which had a decent selection. The meats took a while to start arriving and we did not receive the full choice as we were told we would which was disappointing. I turned my card to red but my partner did not. Unfortunately the servers continually walked past assuming neither of us requested more. Only one server noticed and stopped out of 5. The meat we did receive was delightful, well seasoned and tasteful. Our waiter spent more time chatting to his colleague than attending to us. We were not asked if we required more drinks nor we were asked how the meal was and it felt a little rushed. Scored 3 out of 5 as it was pleasant but not outstanding and not worth the £116 paid (including one round of drinks). Far superior restaurants in Aberdeen to go to and better service.

Great disappointment 🙈 We had booked for 20:30 due to work commitments but still expected to enjoy a meal. Service however, was so bad that we ate our way though our choice from the buffet side dishes and waited too long for any sign of meat. When it did come it was end cuts and very limited choice! I stared at my husbands empty plate for most of the time there!

Not one of the best Estabulo’s we’ve been to. Usually we go at lunch but went for dinner for a family birthday, so knowing the difference we were expecting a lot more meat for the evening price. If anything I think there was less - the restaurant was packed and meat went round so slowly. Garlic bread came out twice as did the pineapple - but chicken & bacon never arrived. Salad bar was good but that’s not what you’re paying for. Leeds & York Estabulos are a lot better.

Can not fault this experience. Our server Zoltan was great & talked us through how it works. Fabulous buffet and as much meat as you can eat. It was all cooked to perfection. The grilled pineapple was to die for. It's not cheap but absolutely well worth the money, Will definitely be back.

Approached by a very friendly gentleman from Hungary 🇭🇺 he put us at ease with his witty words and explained how the orders of the day were to be made. The salad 🥗 bar was diverse and then along came the various cuts of meat 🥩 Very delicious indeed. The service was excellent too. A little pricey, but thoroughly enjoyable.

Honestly can’t rate it high enough. Service staff were very warm and welcoming. Food and service were amazing. Servers assisted in taking memorable photos of us. We went for my partners 25th birthday and at the end they surprised us with a full chocolate cake and candles to celebrate. Above and beyond service by far!

Food was delicious but for some types of steak it was small portion and we were served last sometimes and the meat was super rare.. we were 4 adults and 2 children (toddler and a pram), even if we mentioned that in the booking they did not have prepared a table to accommodate the pram. The reason I am giving this score it is because the drinks were served late or even forgetting about them , first round of cocktail was nice and strong but second mostly ice and little taste o alcohol, gentleman was served first the pints and our cocktails after about 10 minutes and they forgot about the water and the second reason for this score it is that we have been rushed or more like forced to leave. We stayed for around 1 hour and 40 minutes. When we stayed for about 1 hour and 20 minutes they asked us if we want anything else, any other type of meat , if we are taking a break or if we are leaving.. we asked for chicken hearts and pineapple because they were not serving it, only after this they served it then again another waitress came and asked us to leave or we can finish our drinks at the bar as are other people waiting for a table, which is absolutely unprofessional and in any other restaurant you can not ask people to leave when their pint/ glasses or drink was full (I worked in restaurant here and abroad as well) we were shocked , absolutely shocked.. they finished their pint and we left because there was nowhere else where to stay with a baby and a toddler , the bar wasn’t an option first due to safety(were people drinking and could spill a drink over a drink on my baby) and due to the space , there was no space there for a pram. We spent £300 (no desserts and only 2 rounds of drinks because of course we would not be allowed more because we had to leave)to celebrate women’s day on the 9th March (expensive for the service you receive) but honestly I would not recommend it, the food is nice but that’s it.. we have been previously in September celebrating our wedding anniversary, I don’t know if it is the waitress or just management telling them to do this as back then we were amazed by how we were treated , waitress speaking to us, not have been rushed we were really taking our time and it was busy at that time as well, for this service I don’t know how you could ask or more like just putting on the bill and you have no choice, people paying the 10% service charge, there is no service.. we were not really the only one that have been asked to leave , the couple at the table next to us came after us , I would say they did not stay more than an hour and have been asked to leave, if you see this , please leave a review too! The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 it is because the food is good. As a summary , it is not worth the money, you are spending a fortune for canteen service, even there you are more welcomed , feels like I am insulting somebody that has a canteen, for this prices I would expect something more professional , such a shame as we booked in advance and we were really looking forward to that evening.

Beautiful place. Food was good, but not worth the money we paid! For that money, you can almost go to a Michelin star restaurant! As an example, Prestonfield House in Edinburgh, same price, but way better food!

Food always amazing lots of choice and great service - today sadly we had someone in our party who had a choking incident that could have ended really badly. Our waiter Zoltan was calm and helpful and the scary situation was sorted efficiently and professionally. Zoltan you were great 👍🏻

Excellent food and service couldn't fault anything

Motivated by the many positive reviews, we tried Estabulo in Aberdeen on a Friday evening. Atmosphere, decoration and service were near perfect so expectations on the Rodizio were high. The salad bar was well equipped with a large variety of different foods. Two nice portions of fries were served as good as fries can be. The first meat skewer being served was garlic beef and it looked and smelled delicious. But rather disappointingly, the beef was totally overcooked , hard and chewy, though the garlic taste was really nice. Further skewers with different meats were served and apart from the good looks, they all were rather overcooked, hard and chewy. Even the chicken was so dry, that my son did not want to eat it and I also needed a lot of jalapenos to swallow it. The lamb meat from the skewer was a bit better, thanks to being more fat, it was not as dry as the beef and chicken before. I then asked, if I could get some "medium rare" cooked beef and I got a nice looking slice of a cut shortly after. It was much more juicy and soft but still rather chewy. Afterward a skewer with a "brisket" cut was served that was pretty much inedible due to it being so hard and dry. Later on, after giving several rounds of similar looking meat a pass, they serves very small cuts of sirloind and beef fillet. These cuts were served from a small plate and being small and thin (<10cm diameter, 8-10mm thick) but much better from the taste and consistency. The also had tasty bbq flavour, that was hardly recognisable in the meat from the skewers. I wondered what kind of fire was used to cook the skewer cuts, but the small slices of sirloin and beef fillet had a much more pronounced bbq aroma. All in all a bit of a mixed experience that made me wonder if there has been a change in the meat supplier has happened recently, as the previous reviews rarely had anything negative to say about the quality and taste. Why the meat was generally overcooked I can only speculate, but it seems to be inconsistent with all the positive reviews.

Two of us were there for lunch today. The salad bar was beautifully stocked with fresh produce, as you would expect the meat( beef ) was done to perfection.sadly there wasn’t the same selection of meats as normal. We mentioned this to our waitress who then went out of her way to answer our query and resolve the issue. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful not only to us but other diners. They are a credit to your business and alongside the good food they provide fantastic service.

I've been here twice and for the second time ( Valentines Day), a lovely lady served me and was genuinely doing a great job and making sure we were having an excepcional experience in Valentines. She was truly amazing, really don't know her name. She was amazing with my daughter and she said her kids were the same, very picky with the food. She was really hard working and very into details. She deserves a lot of sucess in the future because she knows how to make sure guests will return with her amazing service. Not sure if the lady with pink blazer was part of the management but she ignored us completely during all the visit but was very attentive with the couple sitting next to us. I can count how many times the meat came to us. The lady once again was absolutely amazing asked us if we would like anything else. She was truly brilliant! The guys cutting the meat, some of them could be more into guest service as it looks some of them are in a butcher and very angry. Also i didn't like the sausages, for the price we pay, we should get better quality sausages. No halloumi fries and i dont think we tried all the meats included in the menu.Hope I left some room for improvement and i wish lots of success for your business.

We visited for the first time for lunch today and were very impressed with the food and the service. Zoltan made our visit seem special with great customer service skills. The salad bar was very good and the quality of the meat was generally top notch (smaller range at lunch but more than enough to enjoy), we weren't disappointed by any part of our visit.

If I could give zero stars for service I would have done it. We were a party of 10 and we all left thinking how poor was the service and it’s unbelievable they charge you service fee. The guy cutting the meat dropped twice the food on me, first time on the table second time on my dress and jacket and instead of saying sorry he said it’s your fault. I ignored the comment so we could all enjoy the business meal but was rude to say that instead of apologizing. I asked him is he had a napkin as the only one I had I used it to clean for the first piece of meat he dropped and he took my colleagues used napkin instead of getting a new one. We were waiting for 20min for the guys to come with the meat to our table so we had to ask why they were not coming to serve us. Finally got one bowl of chips for a table of 10 so only a few had chips. We never saw the halloumi fries. Considering was a table of 10 you will expect someone to ask if we needed drinks or anything else but we had to constantly wave for drinks order. You will think that as a business they will be more interested in selling but nobody really cares in this restaurant, nobody even came to ask if we wanted dessert

Zoltan! What a guy! We visited for our child’s birthday and the service was absolutely exceptional. Zoltan is an absolute credit to the restaurant and he really made our night special. Over priced during weekend. The meat does not come fast enough especially when they are busy. Should have more servers if the place is busy. Food is mediocre and can be found elsewhere.

Came in for lunch, menu is appropriately priced for the amount of options. Steaks, pork, chicken, lamb and ridiculously good pineapple all cut straight from the grill skewer onto your plate. Service was great, would recommend.

I have been visiting this place since it opened and have been a regular. On our last visit things really went downhill. My partner waited and waited for someone to come with meat, he was sat hungry for most of the time, no body came for ages, he waited so long which has never happened previously. Normally you are bombarded with a selection of meats, not this time, we even complained to the waitress and we continued to wait. Our 1 hour quick lunch turned in to 2.5 hours waiting. Luckily I filled up on the vegetables but he left hungry and I felt annoyed, after complaining once he decided to leave it and we have chosen to leave this review as paying over £70 and then waiting so long and barely getting any meat wasn't a nice experience. Might try somewhere else next time. The other thing I noticed is that sometimes we get 2 baskets of fries and on this occasion we got one. Both of us tend to go for the same options so why the inconsistency

This restaurant has become one of my all time favorites. Salad bar has so many tasty options and the meat is delicious no matter what you get. Highlights were definitely the chicken and bacon, sirloin steak, lamb, and the cinnamon pinneaple

i went here by myself. The food and drinks lovely. Of the selection of meat I maybe saw 5. Only one waiter serving meat. Ordered a glass of wine and they automatically serve you the big glass without asking. It was quite chilly, far from Brazilian temps. They automatically charge 10% service fee, that’s not very polite. This is not the USA!. I feel clearly overcharged with a bill if over 70GBP for a dinner with one beer and 2 wines. Didn’t even have a starter nor dessert. I went back to discuss the bill, but all they were willing to offer was a coffee or another drink. I will not recommend the place.

This place is great. It may seem expensive at first but you get good value for money if you are a big eater. The "saladbar" has all sorts of hot and cold stuff. Its got a fantastic mix of random stuff youve never heard of( which were lovely) and classics too. Then theres the meats, copious ammounts of bbq'd meat taken to your table and carved infront of you and they drip feed you fries and garlic bread too. Its a meat lovers paradise. Staff were nice, very informative and helpful but coukd have done with more drinks orders

Two of us on a Sunday evening. Service excellent and the food was great. To cap it all off, when they gave me the bill they let me know there was a 30% discount offer for January. Great experience even without the discount. I would highly recommend. Make sure you're hungry!

Nice place if you love some smokey steak. They serve you all varieties of meat. You will have to just say yes or no. They also have a salad counter for some really amazing salads and rice. Must try grilled pineapple. Cost effective. Atmosphere is wow.

Oh my. You just found a gem there. Service is perfect. The food is absolutely fantastic. Its an all-you-can-eat so you get your salad, rice, bread etc at the salad bar and they start bringing you 10 different beef cuts, chicken, pork and lamb. The ribeye steak was to die for. The surloin was exquisite. The lamb was tender. The chicken thighs were juicy. At the end, DONT SLEEP ON THE PINEAPPLE WITH CINNAMON. It is delicious and pairs perfectly with all the meat you'll be eating. A 10 / 10 experience.

I was here for Frankfurt football match. Before we ate here in a modern atmosphere. The boss Jenifer is very friendly and helpful. She addresses guests' allergies in detail and has great expertise. The waiter Zoltan is a cool guy who fulfills every wish. Food is excellent, the Brazilian concept is great.

Presented well, but never seen chicken or lamb after asking several times, the beef and steak choice was very low quality cuts, fatty etc, poor choice of drinks but an above average salad bar. If the price was halfed it would be worth the visit
