It’s Miller & Carter - the home of a great steak meal. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

Helen was our waitress today and she was absolutely fantastic! As someone who is in a large family it can be quite difficult when we go out to celebrate a birthday or special occasion as something always seems to be missed or go wrong. I can say that today everything was perfect! We all left very impressed, not only with the food but the service and overall atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Molly + Raina provided fantastic service throughout our meal. We spent overly 1.5 hours at the restaurant and were not left without once. Drinks were quick, questions were answered with pride and were polite throughout. Thank you for helping us celebrate a birthday. Nothing was too much.

Notable Deterioration of Standards of Food Quality and Customer Service. The food service served here needs to be redefined, poor quality ingredients used and cooked to very low standards making the dishes served not only taste bad but also feel unhealthy to eat. The service reeks of false integrity in other words “snobs” that sparkle and twinkle on the outside while their inside requires a deep sense of cleansing. Even though they have a vegan option on the menu for those that accompany others who aren’t vegan, unfortunately in my case they said it was the only option they didn’t have because one of the ingredients was missing, and even though I suggested some other alternatives to make a vegan or vegetarian dish they offered no leverage to help in any way or form making myself seem that I was in the wrong for having come there. Over priced reheated low quality ingredients lacking any nutritional value. If you want to eat a healthy meal don’t bother coming here because this place is nothing but a food desert not even the camels would feel welcome. Anyways, I hope this review helps not only the customers to choose wisely what they consume because we are what we eat, but also to help the British food establishments to refine what real food is. Came here for the first time, booked a table for the first time. After waiting for over 45 mins because they overbooked we were served our garlic wedge with added insects!!! Nothing was mentioned saying free insects with every order!!!! Needless to say we politely sent the dishes back only to be replaced with replacements with more bugs….🐛 🐜 🐞 PUT IT THIS WAY We won’t be back…. It’s a shame I can’t give a zero rating!! Restaurant was busy and they didn’t even care. Staff were just happy to just cancel our order and get rid of us even though we were polite and didn’t cause a scene!!

Went on a Sunday approx 5ish and wasn't too busy. We shared the Buthers block, and whilst the meats where cooked to perfection I'll be honest taste wise we couldn't tell the difference between the meats. We did feel let down by the marrow bone as nothing really on it. However, the food was all cooked perfect and tasted amazing.

Welcoming was quite frosty from front of house; but once we were seated service was excellent from Emma, nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond, great attention to detail and ability to multitask without error, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. I would go as far as saying she provided us the best service we have ever experienced whilst dining out with our toddler. 10/10 for Emma, she’s a true asset to your restaurant.

I bring my partially sighted, disabled dad to your Coventry restaurant regularly because the food and staff are always so kind and friendly and the food always so great and this visit with family was no exception. Gemma our waitress was so lovely. She was friendly and really helpful and the food was superb as usual. One of our party said it was the best steak he's EVER had!

Quality of the food was excellent, and the service was everything we wanted, so we will be back.

Can’t lie, I was actually surprised how nice the food was. We had the sticky chicken and that caught me by surprise really really nice. Fish and chips can’t go wrong with this. Place was very clean, quiet and calm atmosphere!

I've left reviews for Miller & Carter before and I'll leave one again. Fantastic steaks, fantastic dessert and our server Helen was a super star! Unfortunately we were too full after 2 courses for our dessert, which she noticed and offered to make it to go. So attentive and so nice!
