Network. Unfortunately, it is quite greasy and not very expressive. Not enough sauces. But very salty.

The quantity of the food was very less, and the staff dint care about the customers standing for long time, personally the girl at the till was very rude to me

It is more expensive than other fast food places, but the quality of food is better and the amount of food you get is more than adequate.

Visited few days ago with kids and a friend of mine, unfortunately they turn me down we ordered the mix diner box with fries and I must say we didn’t have meat but just skin left over we where so disappointed as we had takeaway and went so was too far to take it back , the chips where cooked in overcooked oil and this place is not like it use to be service and food has gone down!!!!!

Terrible place. Food is cold, expensive and of poor quality. If you need the toilet, they will not give you the ‘code after 11 despite being a paying customer. McDonald’s next door is open to the same times and allows one to use the toilet regardless. Avoid if at all possible.

Not so great, typical Shawarma style and the French fries was not as good as it should be .. location near the bus stop, so some customers in hurry and lot of takeaways, not pleasant atmosphere.. On the go, grab if you are hungry and up for quick meal

Food is great but the facilities are absolutely rank!! Toilets are always out of order, there is awful smells coming from that way. Good food but please get your facilities sorted.

I recently visited GDK in Coventry, and I must say, the experience was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Half the order missing no one answers the phone uber eats are useless to sort out order issues avoid at all cost

Item missed from our deliveroo bag basiclly every single time we have ordered, really ruins it for us since my family love the food from here!

Their service compare to the other German donner is so rubbish, they have also started to use less less sauces in the donner now and the German donner is less crispy the taste is not the same, they also won’t give you sauces and charge you extra money if you ask for them for them, I will never go to this branch again

Saquib always makes us feel very welcome. Yet all the staff are lovely. We visit at least once a week. Food is always perfect.

You used to be able to eat really well, but this place went out of business a long time ago... The service is not friendly. The food was average and small, although they increased the prices. The room is usually full of teenagers screaming and no one pays them any attention... What about cleanliness? Tragedy

Bad experience and never will be back again

Today I went in and they refused to take my order over the counter I was the only customer in the venue she sent me to make my order my self at the screen that experience for me was bad they want to reduce human interaction that is fine don't want to eat in there anymore I walked.

The workers there are disgusting , I had to leave urgently and ask of my food tell me why one of the workers and chief laughing in my face like something is funny I literally had to walk out after wasting my 7:99 because of stupid ppl .It’s so annoying because that’s my fave restaurant and y’all workers are disgusted and annoying sort them out because that just ruined my whole Sunday and experience at that restaurant and I’m never ever returning .Disgusting ppl

Review of Food Court Doner Kebab - Coventry I recently visited the Doner Kebab stand at the food court in Coventry and had a rather unpleasant experience. I ordered large fries, expecting a generous portion, but received only 10 to 12 fries, which seemed more like a small serving. When I raised my concerns with the management, the response was not only unhelpful but also rude, insisting that the portion was indeed a large. Additionally, while we were trying to enjoy our meal, we were repeatedly harassed by staff asking for a positive review. Their persistence was intrusive and made our dining experience uncomfortable, causing our food to become cold and dry. They wouldn't leave our bench until we gave them a good review, which was very off-putting. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The quality of service and the attitude of the staff were very disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.

Very tasty doner. I don’t like the cheap greasy one. GK is a wee bir expensive than its competitors but it provides tasty healthy doner kebabs.

This place getting worse day by day I love to eat OG kebab I was thinking all the franchisees do follow same rules but this branch totally disgusting I normally eat from Birmingham branch and all other branches give 2 or 3 sauce this branch give only one with the meal. And the toilet oh totally disgusting first the locked the door because the they don’t clean it when you ask the staff they said out of order. Never back on this branch. The best branch I ever visited it’s in Sutton Coldfield always clean and staff is very trained the they actually give 3 sauces with meals
