Ordered food for delivery after 20 minutes Oder was cancelled.

Hi I have ordered food over the phone for collection. I have been told 20 minutes. Food was great especially salad in the kebabs was fresh and kebab had decent portion . Also prices are average. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place . Thanks Qasim

The meat quality isn’t the best and the flavour is very bland, I liked the fries though…

Disappointing as the small chicken Shish kebab is so tiny - the medium one is £5 more and at £13 is just too much. Like a picture someone else has put - the portion just doesn’t offer any value and the sauce is just smothered on . Not impressed

DONT ORDER HERE! Me and my partner ordered doner meat and chips, asked for the doner meat to be well done. The doner meat had a funny taste to it, and it looked like it was barely cooked. The chips, were wet like they were still frozen or something. But they were definitely undercooked. I would never recommend this place, and I urge everyone to use a different kebab shop.

Honestly the best kebab shop, never ever disappoints. Quality of food is superb, everything is so fresh, always clean and tidy in there. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone, thank you guys appreciate your hard work.

Kebab wasn’t cooked properly, the box was pretty much filled with oil worst kebab I’ve ever had made me really sick

They must be raking it in if they can afford to lose customers as a result of their customer service or should I say a complete lack of it!! Awful customer service to say the very least. Wouldn't have even left 1 star if it was an option! Ill spend my money elsewhere 0/10*

Good burgers with reasonable prices!

TINY portion even for a small! And they price for 4 pieces of meet and 3 shreds of lettuce.. you'd think they would bulk it up with salad lol... Will stick to quality pizza in adeyfield, taste, portion size, price, delivery and customers service is 10/10....

Got a collection order got home to find out half of it wasn’t there then I was asked to go back to the shop to collect the remainder of the food I had paid for but mine was what I collected so would have gone cold by the time I come back place is a joke guy didn’t care over the phone so going through just eat to get a refund

The Fries were oily as anything and distasteful beyond belief, guess they were refried.

Order turned up 20 mins late and stone cold. Called the restaurant and asked for a new hot order. They called me a liar and said the food was hot and refused to refund or send new order out. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated.

My kebab was full of bugs and flies. What a lovely treat

My daughter & bf ordered food, first they were short changed then my daughter took a bite & food was cold & found a hair in it. Poor customer service when called as they didn’t believe her. The driver admitted he gave incorrect change. I her mother then had to call & say if he didn’t give her either new food or money back I will be coming to his shop. He agreed to give full refund after accusing my daughter several times of lying but then he said we was no longer welcome to order from there again. Great way to run a business I have ordered from there over the years and never complain. U complain once you get barred. Shame I had to even give one star

Best Kebab BTW DAB ON THE HATERS (MY DAD BTW)

I bought a large chicken doner kebab this evening 3/4/18, really a joke, the smallest large kebab I have ever had!!! Plus .....tasteless, very little salad, when I opened it I couldn't believe at my eyes!!! Seriously this shop has seen me ones and it will be the last, I never leave reviews but this time I really had to!

If your looking for a great kebab come to this place. I've been going for years and will be for years to come. The food is very fast but the quality is high and the food is clean and not sloppy like most other places. The price is decent for the amount and quality of the food you receive. They also do great chips

If you are looking for halal food then your options are relatively limited. This place is your average but the price of food is rather extortionate. Now my high rating is not based on the price. It's more based on the service you get and the taste of food.
