I visit this Subway pretty much once a week every week with my two sons and have done for quite a few years. We enjoy the food, however the main reason we eat here every week is because of the service we receive from the staff, but more importantly the service we receive from Sandy. Sandy is really friendly always asks how we are and always has a smile on her face. I have a favourite subway sandwich which I have most weeks, and I do not even have to ask what I would like, as Sandy just goes ahead makes before I say anything. I cannot fault anything about the service and this is the main reason i do not really go anywhere else for my weekly catch up with my Sons. Well done Sandy for making our weekly visit a pleasant experience, you really are a star!

Poor experience here, easily my worst Subway ever. Very slow and clearly understaffed (mainly due to the stream of online orders, if it was just physical customers they might almost cope). Staff were getting everyone's orders wrong... For mine, I didn't want it hot and did want sauce, but gave up due to the size of the queue. Then charged me completely the wrong amount initially (despite big posters in the window). Then didn't put the points on my account due to the mischarge. Then wouldn't give me a cup despite the meal deal. All the way through this delivery drivers were getting very loud and irate that their orders were so late. Poor staff were overwhelmed and getting stressed with each other. A bad experience all round. (And they certainly weren't cleaning any floors or surfaces.) Won't be back.

Sign in window, stating any footlong £4.99 with app. Went into store, downloaded app, registered account, they now have all my details, and then they refuse to honour the deal. Claimed it’s because I’m a new customer. It does not say that in the window. Very poor service, would never return to a subway.

STAY AWAY! Frankly I don't know where to begin with the shocking experience at this branch of Subway! Shame you can't give a rating of negative stars! Not only were the staff too busy having their own conversations and not listening to what was ordered, multiple times (3 out of 4 Subs were incorrect and we had to keep pointing bits out) but the lack of respect in food standards was shocking! So I eat meat but even I am disgusted with the flagrant disregard to cross contamination of meat with vegetarian items. 1) Using the same gloves to handle meat and then vegetarian items with no tongs or spoons like at other branches! 2) When I pointed out I asked for no cheese on my Chicken Tikka sub the member of staff decided to take the cheese back of the chicken and put it back in the cheese dish to then use for another customer! This was done with the same gloves she had just scooped out the Chicken Tikka from the container with. She then proceeded to use the same gloves to pick the salad I wanted in my sub directly from the containers. Personally if I didn't have really hungry kids with me I would have walked out!

Meatball Marinightmare: Ordered a meatball marinara sub and most of the meatballs were half burnt through. I asked staff member Hassan if I could replace it for another sub of the same value (after one bite and checking through sandwich) to which he said he'd already told his supervisor about the burnt meatballs behind the till prior to me ordering. Why are you still serving them to unknowing customers if you are aware of the issue? He acknowledged it wasn't fit for human consumption, yet still refused to replace it or offer any reasonable solution. The best he could do was "give me a couple more meatballs in a cup". Avoid this place if you want to keep your teeth🦷.

Just go to the one at Marlowes, they actually use meat in the meatballs. They overcook the monstrosity they call a meatball then douse it in Italian mixed herbs and call it food. This is the only Subway I've been to that is not using the proper supplier (a staff member let me know this) and is getting away with it.

So refreshing to see the staff so dedicated to doing a professional job. I now come here weekly as other local Subways are good but this one exceeds my expectations due to the staff. The food is always fresh & done to perfection. Some reviews say how bad the food was but that's due to the customer not asking exactly how they want their Sub created. There are so many ways to make that perfect sub. There are thousands of possible combinations including my favourite, not a filling though, but request to have the sub heated up longer so the bread is crispy rather than being soft & squidgy, perfect.

Great little place, more than enough parking as multiple businesses on site, decent prices of course, great quality of food, really helpful staff who worked effectively and efficiently and a clean restaurant floor. The only downside was rhe amount of seats available. Granted not the biggest restaurant anyway, but there were only 18 seats available over 4 tables; 1 x Eight seater table, 2 x four seater tables, 1 x 2 seater table. Other than this though, I recommend this Sunway restaurant

I saw the lady in Subway mopping the floor. She did not wash her hand after finishing and then she start serving food. She wear a plastic glove is contaminated from the bacteria. That is absolutely disgusting. And the hygiene managed people should look into this. How did they get five star @ Hemel food hygiene

This is the first time I've used a subway in years, I was served by daniela a lovely lady that took the time to help me choose a sandwich, then prepared it. Because I hadn't been in such a long time I wasn't sure what to have (too much choice 😂) This Sandwich is for my lunch tomorrow, it looks amazing, made with all fresh ingredients and although not very cheap it feels substantial in weight so in my opinion great value for money. 😋😋😋

Food was made fresh like all subways do it, friendly staff, but there was only one person serving a que of people, it took a while to get served and make an order, also when while making the sandwich the card machine wasn't working properly so I could not pay with card payments.. It wasn't a problem as the server said I could pay another time so I went back the next day and paid .but he was clearly under pressure working alone the day before..and it causes a que..could be a bust store while understaffing

Always order from Jarman square, I order from here and over 1 hour for 2 subs. When you call , oh it's the drivers fault. The driver won't pick up and does 3 deliveries on top to make it even longer. Ridiculous and will never order again . Food cold and not even near to be fresh anymore.

Standard enough subway with a decent service behind the counter. There was a difficult lady in front of me who would annoyed many an employee with her attitude but the two that were there dealt with her very well. Loss of a star due to a lack of a customer toilet which should be mandatory for any sit-in food outlet.

Disgusting service. Freya at the till was absolutely shocking tbh. Our little boy needed the loo which we had just seen a customer come out and refused us to use it even though we was a paying customer. I thought this was actually law to allow kids and pregnant women access to a toilet especially in a food restaurant. Luckily one of the other members of staff overheard and let's us use the loo. Saved them having to clear up a mess on the floor at least. Just horrified with how she tried to deal with us as a paying customer.

Very nice but could make halal. Subway is a reply small takeaway so would not recommend for big families. What I do not like is that there are subways all over the uk and pretty much every one of them have different price for the subs and the cookies. There are two subways in Luton town centre less than a km away from each other and they both have a price difference. One of them has a sub and unlimited drink for £5.50 and the other just a sub is £6

Terrible service, zero answers on allergy info despite the poster they could have referred to. Leaking ceiling and blaming the landlord. Cross contamination of foods. Pulling faces and generally unhelpful. Would not visit this branch again. Manager particulatly witless with zero customer service skills. Awful awful place. Go round the corner to the Jarman Park one and try your luck there. I hope management take note and train those with the capability of change and fire the rest.
