Great location not too noisy with traffic and a bonus miller & carter less than a minute away, staff are always helpful and kind

Fantastic location near the Harry Potter Studios. Very pleasant service at this Premier Inn; Adriana was especially helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and quite fresh. Would heartily suggest to anyone searching for lodging in this vicinity

Brilliant Premier Inn, the best hotel I’ve stayed at within the chain. 10 min drive from WB studios. Staff were brilliant, kind on arrival, all friendly and welcoming at breakfast! The room was incredibly hot and no AC but they provided 2 fans and we brought our own (still too hot in the room!). Overall brilliant stay, also juice and fruit complementary at reception. Biscuits on the beds for the kids on arrival - super cute! Breakfast was yum with mixed continental (overnight oats, yoghurt, pancakes, crumpets) and buffet style cooked food. Usb didn’t work in the wall which was a pain as most plugs being used by fans but it wasn’t too much hassle. Also very clean! We love Premier Inn because it’s reliable and consistent. Despite hot room, giving 5 stars as this place went far above expectations!!

The decor of the room may show signs of wear and tear, the facility could do with redecorating. Reception staff are hidden away at the back and need to press a bell to get notice which can get noticed.

Probably the worst Premier Inn we have stayed at. On arrival we had hair in our bedding, the shower has intermittent hot water and only clean from the waist up. The mattress is not the standard Hypnos but a cheap Silentnight. But the worst thing about the room is the aircon unit which is only used for heating does not switch off and you have to listen to it hum all night long. Glad we had only booked in for 1 night!

Always like Premier Inns but im afraid this one was abit "grubby" definitely needs some TLC 😔 come on Premier Inns don't end up like Travel lodge

We stayed here because the prices was just right and it is close to the Harry Potter studio tour. The rooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable beds. Looking forward to breakfast 🥞 But an added extra which really made my day was the fact that all ladies were presented with a rose as it was international women’s day 🥰 such a lovely gesture

Fairly basic hotel, but it is reasonably priced for what it is. Staff very helpful and pleasant. One side faces a carpark and terrace of a pub, so choose the other side if you are concerned about possible disturbance. There is no air-conditioning so it would not suit me to stay in warmer weather due to location and the fact that the windows only open slightly due to a security restrictor. Only breakfast is served here, and although the food is good, the breakfast room is very basic and without any charm or comfort unfortunately.
