Dirty, empty and lack of choices despite the menu. Not a lot of confidence at first. Tried them out. Ordered 2 cookie doughs only to find a) a tiny portion for the price of £6.50 BUT b) A HAIR in one of the cough doughs. Threw them away. Wouldn’t recommend:(

Walk in this place and guy couldn't even say hello when I did. Place was empty. Walked straight out.

Was staying nearby and looking for somewhere to get a treat and found this place. Nice menu of waffles, crepes and cookie dough for reasonably prices. However, Unfortunately the food was really nothing special at all. The waffle was a good size but was very chewy. The cookie dough was a very small portion compared to similar dessert places. Strangely one came with whippy ice cream and the other came with scoop ice cream. The whippy was ok, but the scoop ice cream was very cheap tasting. And both portions of ice cream were very small.

I don’t usually bother with reviews, but felt the need to tonight. The burger was one of the best I’ve had for a while, and the chilli jam is a nice touch, but mostly it was that the customer service is first class. The JustEat driver had forgotten to give me my milkshake, so I called the shop and the guy was so apologetic and delivered another to me asap. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service and delicious burgers

Amazing American style pancakes, super fluffy and tasty - a wonderful treat ❤ the customer service was equally amazing with the wonderful lady who works behind the counter going above and beyond checking ingredients for potential allergens for my partner. She was awesome!

Good selection of desserts and milkshakes

First time here and unfortunately our last time here. Arrived to pick what I wanted to then be told no cookiedough. Re picked a Jackpot to then be told no Jackpot. Chose a Stacker, for the price and portions size I was not overly impressed. My partner chose a burger, can't complain over the burger but again the size and pricing is questionable. Overall not the best value for money. The staff were polite however, we would not be returning.

Ordered some burgers which were delicious and was a big fan of the BBQ wings. Also had a milkshake which I must say was one of the best I've had. 👌

Wow! Wow! And Wow! Those fully loaded fries is amazing 👏! Not expected this!! Congratulations for that!! Can you share the recipe?? 😉 I'm easy handling a double burger with fries ,BUT this fries is so tasty and you getting full very quickly!! Special double beef burger is beautiful too! Size wise maybe a bit smaller than the average, but this fries and burger combo is more than enough for a fully grown male.. Definitely I'll try again very soon !!! Thank you!! Ps.: 7up Mojito is the best fizzy drinks and I don't understand why not available in England

Had the triple chocolate fudge cookie dough, was really nice. Great customer service, polite and friendly. Inside is very modern and clean, the flower wall and neon sign is a great design touch. Would highly recommend to others, and will definitely come back to try the savoury food as well as the desserts.

Ordered a cookie dough cheese cake stacker no cheesecake,my wife ordered a ultimate jackpot but got it wrong and gave a beuno jackpot was nice but got two out of two orders wrong my cheesecake was very disappointing as no cheesecake init did not ask for money back but got offered anything on the menu but walked out dissatisfied

Found this place through Instagram @milktraymcr - great service, even better desserts, especially the cookie dough (Jackpot is my favourite!) Very fun and uplifting decor which helps create a nice atmosphere. Great addition to the Sale area! Staff are very helpful and friendly, they do their best to accommodate to your taste/ preference. Big thumbs up from me. Will definitely be back again!

Milkshakes and waffles are very good

Ordered a strawberry and chocolate waffle... Brilliant presentation!!! I think the picture says for itself!! But by the end of it we were left in bit of a limbo... It was just toooo sweet with disproportionately less strawberry... My suggestion, loose the white chocolate for this waffle as the Hershey chocolate syrup is good enough and increase the amount of strawberry... And you will have a winner!!! And must say that the decor of the place is quite well done!!! Especially the tables filled with poppers, chocolates and candies....
