food was not good I eight about quarter of my meal.

This is happened second time the order was late. I didn’t leave a comment before anyways and it’s getting annoying now.

Pizzas were absolutely delicious, thank you for coming on time and kindly giving us an extra pizza as we had a very large order. We will be ordering again!

Worst delivery time ever still waiting for it over an hour later

Order came almost an hour late, barely warm, not great quality, and had to get everyone to eat as fast as possible as had to leave to catch a train within 10 mins of it finally arriving.

very disappointed today. as a very regular customer i know what i received today wasn’t good at all. i did not receive my drink with my meal. delivery driver simply said on the phone “i only do the delivery sorry”. i was outside in the pouring rain when i checked my bag and called him straight away. ordered a fudge cake as i normally do and received a ferrero rocher cake instead? huge let down! mozzarella sticks were overdone, not how they usually are.. i order from here usually weekly. disappointed

Food was really cold and driver sat in car outside for 5 mins didn’t help, the medium flavour chicken burger is way spicy!

The only thing I have problem I pay for something and I didn’t get it

I ordered a vegetarian hot pizza and large chips, received a chicken pizza and a small chips. I complained and was told I would get a replacement in 40minutes. It arrived 3 hours later with no chips and JustEat won’t give me a refund as I didn’t take a picture of the chicken pizza despite the order being 3hours late!!?

We have ordered a seafood pizza. it was a bit salty.

I don't understand why I was given Peri chicken I ordered fillet my kids cried so much it was too spicy to eat

driver didnt come to the door and then couldn’t communicate clearly where he was, but other than that the food was actually quite nice

Ordered wings stated buy one get one free witch didn't happen apparently you have to order 2 meals to get that and the ice cream I ordered was wrong witch I was told that's all we have, so told him to pick the food back up to be told they wont and I'll have to contact just eat

missed a call from the gentleman at 9:30, for me to call back at 34 past and he’s left the address for 15 minutes to deliver elsewhere. and when he returned, he parked halfway up the street when it’s pouring rain and wind outside? didn’t even get out of the card. disgusting customer service, al because you can’t wait 4 minutes? ridiculous behaviour- have definitely lost a regular customer now. pizza was asked for no peppers and no sweet corn yet didn’t receive green chillis.

Worst experience I ever had.Order was delayed an hour and didn't inform till the delivery time. Wrongly promised to give extra but they didn't. saying they are out of stock. I would never order again from here.

Delivered 35 minutes early, the delivery guy made me walk halfway down the street because he "didn't know which door to knock on", and I'm pretty sure they replaced the beef on the pizza with mushroom?

Order food from these people and took an hour over the schedule delivery time to deliver and they said that they had tried to call me when they had not. When the food eventually arrived it was stone cold and disgusting, we had to reheat the food as soon as we got it just so that it was edible.

Fresh and tasty salad was amazing also

The delivery was over an hour late. They had gotten every single item wrong on the order. I ordered 3 pc chicken, I was given a mound of chicken thighs, I ordered a burger, I was given the most disgusting abomination of a chicken and beef burger. Never got my garlic bread. I phoned them up this morning to get a refund, said he “couldn’t find me on the system then started raising his voice. Fair to say I’m either contacting just ear or going into the restraunt myself

Chicken was undercooked and rice was hard. Rice portion minimal salad was very good not enough cucumber or tomatoes just lots of jalapeños would not recommend. Not a good peri peri rice box. Had to throw away.

The pizzas were tasty and well cooked. The cat liked the tuna one too!!!

The chips were undercooked and stale and cold and the jalapeños on the pizza were the stems of the jalapeños .

i order from here all of the time but they never listen to instructions, ask for peri salt all of the time they never give it which is weird because i’ve got it before. chips are NEVER fresh, burger has salad when i asked for it not to be. i might not order again.

Got peri chicken combo box and was expecting the fried stuff. Didnt realise that was a seperate option . Thank goodness , coz the chicken i got was miles better than that crispy battered stuff ! One of the sauces blew my face off 🌶️🌶️🌶️ but i enjoyed it all the same .delivered well earlier than the ETA aswell

We ordered food from here and haven’t received it. It says it will be delivered between 1:10 - 1:30. It’s now 1:58 & we can’t get through to the shop or any delivery driver. Very disappointed.

Ordered chicken with fries, coleslaw and a diet Pepsi. Received chicken salad, no fries and no drink at all.

Unfortunately had to call to chase up order as it was late, they apologised said they were waiting for the chicken? But they could have called me to expect delay. The fried chicken was cooked but skin well fried bordering burnt. The burger was good but not what I’d say is a pattie more burger. And the sides I paid for were missed items. I think the ratings I have given reflect my review. Hope it helps

Food turns up late. Called restaurant to confirm he’s on route I’m told. I wait in hotel reception for 30 minutes he isn’t here. I go back to my room get a call at 02:20 I’m here. Stone cold food inedible and Just atrocious. Never order from Ranchos or their other name Grill House

Poor quality food with misleading names on menu. "cheesy popcorn" ended up being chilli cheese bites. Milkshake had ice in it and tasted watery. The fried chicken part of the family bucket was unavailable and was replaced with grilled chicken. We were also told we'd receive a cake to make up for the change, but this wasn't included. Food arrived late. Not terrible quality, but definitely not the best quality.

Driver couldnnt find address, i had missing fries and my garlic bread was sent with cheese on and my brothers allergic to dairy so they was no way he could of even ate that so he was missing a full meal including his chips pretty much as he couldn’t eat the garlic bread , When i tried phoning the restaurant it put me through to GRILL HUT answerphone which is another takeaway close by owned by ranchos SO IF I WAS ORDERING I WOULD AVOID RANCHOS& GRILL HUT AT ALL COSTS , worst takeaways going and they do not care about customers. 0/5 stars if i could.

Not the best tbh ... If I wasn't starving I wouldn't have eaten it. Even chips was nasty, tasted like it was refried multiple times and it was cooked in the same oil as chicken as there was a piece of fried chicken in the box. The pizza was toooooo spicy to taste anything else.

Delivered food missing chips. Stated they gave us extra chicken because they had run out of chips. Food was also cold when delivered. Was given excuse of it being far to our house from the takeaway even though food has arrived sufficiently hot before. Takeaway did not offer any refund or free items as a courtesy, just promised to try better next time in a dismissive tone. Submitted a refund request through Just Eat.

I honestly have not had such a terrible takeaway for years! The food was clearly reheated and chewy. The whole order went in the bin!

Food arrived on time and still warm but the Garlic bread easy disgustingly sour. It was like I ate bread with slices of lemon on it. It was clearly out of date and impossible to finish eating. My stomach still feels weird :( Chips were delightful though. Nicely crispy and hot as was the pizza. Sadly the Garlic bread was a deal breaker, was excited to tuck into it but disappointment with the result.

Fries/chips and the fried chicken were soggy…

This is one of the worst experience iv had. On arrival the driver just sat across the road for 5 mins before then rushing over to my flat. he was swigging the bag so much I could see it happening across the road as he gets to my door he passed the bag so fast it snapped and my food fell on the floor he then start being so rude about it saying how it’s not his problem and he can’t do anything he picks up my chicken with his hands and puts it back in the bag leave it at the door on the floor and runs off, not even a sorry he tells me to call the restaurant as he is running. I call them saying I can’t eat my food in which they say to credit my food that was dropped only after they put the phone down on me. Would not recommend the food was not even that good the part I did eat anyway and they are all very rude especially the delivery driver. He need to loss his job so unbelievable rude for how he acted on his mistakes. Could of just apologise.

Sent wrong food and never came back for the right order

Food was late. Rang the shop and they had a power cut. They didn't ring to say it was going to be delayed and ended up being 2 hours. Also, they provided 2 x 4 wings instead of 2 x 4 chicken pieces. We were charged the full £6.80 x 2 for the chicken but the wings are much cheaper and left one of us without food.

Cold fries, burnt burger bun had a very charcoal taste with a soggy chicken that’s described as “crispy”

Fries were not nice. Coleslaw poor-average, chicken strips ok, BBQ pizza OK. Wouldn’t do contact free delivery as offered through Just-Eat. Driver was late. Food moderately warm. Overall, not great.

Ngl this the best Ferero milkshake I’ve ever had , will be ordering again!
