I did not receive my food for over 20 minutes

the food was ok, just lacked in flavour, the garlic bread was cold and didn't really taste of much

Good food. But offered me a sub for an unavailable item and then sent something else!

Rice and fries was really cold, rice was taste less

The food was good. However, I ordered a peri-peri mini-bucket which is advertised as coming with a 1.5 litre bottle drink. I only received a 330ml can.

this food is 1 of the best I have had for a while

my friends birthday surprise meal. Driver was polite and friendly. She said the wings were too small. She only got 2 Thighs instead of the 4 I asked for. The drink was warm not cold..She didnt eat any of the food. I had to order elsewhere for her

The seafood pizza is bad, I think the shrimp or something is bad I ask them to change it for a fresh one, when eating a piece it has a flavour that something is wrong with it

Took a risk and picked any takeaway and when I tell you it was one the greatest risks I’ve taken! I ordered the pizza meal and I was not disappointed ⭐️affordable and great food!

But pizza was stale at the bottom and the chicken was very rubbery I wasn’t happy with the pizza at all I barely ate it

Pizzas were absolutely delicious, thank you for coming on time and kindly giving us an extra pizza as we had a very large order. We will be ordering again!

Order came almost an hour late, barely warm, not great quality, and had to get everyone to eat as fast as possible as had to leave to catch a train within 10 mins of it finally arriving.

very disappointed today. as a very regular customer i know what i received today wasn’t good at all. i did not receive my drink with my meal. delivery driver simply said on the phone “i only do the delivery sorry”. i was outside in the pouring rain when i checked my bag and called him straight away. ordered a fudge cake as i normally do and received a ferrero rocher cake instead? huge let down! mozzarella sticks were overdone, not how they usually are.. i order from here usually weekly. disappointed

Food was really cold and driver sat in car outside for 5 mins didn’t help, the medium flavour chicken burger is way spicy!

The only thing I have problem I pay for something and I didn’t get it

I ordered a vegetarian hot pizza and large chips, received a chicken pizza and a small chips. I complained and was told I would get a replacement in 40minutes. It arrived 3 hours later with no chips and JustEat won’t give me a refund as I didn’t take a picture of the chicken pizza despite the order being 3hours late!!?

Ordered wings stated buy one get one free witch didn't happen apparently you have to order 2 meals to get that and the ice cream I ordered was wrong witch I was told that's all we have, so told him to pick the food back up to be told they wont and I'll have to contact just eat

missed a call from the gentleman at 9:30, for me to call back at 34 past and he’s left the address for 15 minutes to deliver elsewhere. and when he returned, he parked halfway up the street when it’s pouring rain and wind outside? didn’t even get out of the card. disgusting customer service, al because you can’t wait 4 minutes? ridiculous behaviour- have definitely lost a regular customer now. pizza was asked for no peppers and no sweet corn yet didn’t receive green chillis.

Worst experience I ever had.Order was delayed an hour and didn't inform till the delivery time. Wrongly promised to give extra but they didn't. saying they are out of stock. I would never order again from here.

Delivered 35 minutes early, the delivery guy made me walk halfway down the street because he "didn't know which door to knock on", and I'm pretty sure they replaced the beef on the pizza with mushroom?

Order food from these people and took an hour over the schedule delivery time to deliver and they said that they had tried to call me when they had not. When the food eventually arrived it was stone cold and disgusting, we had to reheat the food as soon as we got it just so that it was edible.

Fresh and tasty salad was amazing also

The delivery was over an hour late. They had gotten every single item wrong on the order. I ordered 3 pc chicken, I was given a mound of chicken thighs, I ordered a burger, I was given the most disgusting abomination of a chicken and beef burger. Never got my garlic bread. I phoned them up this morning to get a refund, said he “couldn’t find me on the system then started raising his voice. Fair to say I’m either contacting just ear or going into the restraunt myself

Chicken was undercooked and rice was hard. Rice portion minimal salad was very good not enough cucumber or tomatoes just lots of jalapeños would not recommend. Not a good peri peri rice box. Had to throw away.

The pizzas were tasty and well cooked. The cat liked the tuna one too!!!

The chips were undercooked and stale and cold and the jalapeños on the pizza were the stems of the jalapeños .

i order from here all of the time but they never listen to instructions, ask for peri salt all of the time they never give it which is weird because i’ve got it before. chips are NEVER fresh, burger has salad when i asked for it not to be. i might not order again.

Got peri chicken combo box and was expecting the fried stuff. Didnt realise that was a seperate option . Thank goodness , coz the chicken i got was miles better than that crispy battered stuff ! One of the sauces blew my face off 🌶️🌶️🌶️ but i enjoyed it all the same .delivered well earlier than the ETA aswell

We ordered food from here and haven’t received it. It says it will be delivered between 1:10 - 1:30. It’s now 1:58 & we can’t get through to the shop or any delivery driver. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately had to call to chase up order as it was late, they apologised said they were waiting for the chicken? But they could have called me to expect delay. The fried chicken was cooked but skin well fried bordering burnt. The burger was good but not what I’d say is a pattie more burger. And the sides I paid for were missed items. I think the ratings I have given reflect my review. Hope it helps

Food turns up late. Called restaurant to confirm he’s on route I’m told. I wait in hotel reception for 30 minutes he isn’t here. I go back to my room get a call at 02:20 I’m here. Stone cold food inedible and Just atrocious. Never order from Ranchos or their other name Grill House

Order was wrong and food was cold, also the milkshake was half full, terrible honestly will not order again

Poor quality food with misleading names on menu. "cheesy popcorn" ended up being chilli cheese bites. Milkshake had ice in it and tasted watery. The fried chicken part of the family bucket was unavailable and was replaced with grilled chicken. We were also told we'd receive a cake to make up for the change, but this wasn't included. Food arrived late. Not terrible quality, but definitely not the best quality.

Driver couldnnt find address, i had missing fries and my garlic bread was sent with cheese on and my brothers allergic to dairy so they was no way he could of even ate that so he was missing a full meal including his chips pretty much as he couldn’t eat the garlic bread , When i tried phoning the restaurant it put me through to GRILL HUT answerphone which is another takeaway close by owned by ranchos SO IF I WAS ORDERING I WOULD AVOID RANCHOS& GRILL HUT AT ALL COSTS , worst takeaways going and they do not care about customers. 0/5 stars if i could.
