Very disappointed with the supreme kebab , £14 it was a very small portion for that kind of money won’t be ordering again as portion sizes keep getting smaller but prices go up

Price is reasonable as far as Altrincham goes but still not cheap and food is absolutely standard quality. My main issue is that they ignore requests almost every single time. For example, if you ask for no sauce on a burger it's almost as though they make it a mission to put as much of that sauce on as possible. I say this as I have just ordered a burger only 5 minutes ago and emphasized that I don't want a certain sauce only for me to get home and find that they have covered the burger in the exact same sauce that I asked them not to... once again.

Staff not very friendly, actually very ignorant, the Donner kebab was horrible, the meat was just slightly warm. The beef burgers we're not very nice either, I wouldn't recommend eating from here.

Waited 30 minutes above the 45 that they said ,paid extra for nonexistent salad,my kebab seemed reheated from the day before,anticipating the toilet visit for next 24hours, pizza dry and toppings extremely scarce!!!!!!!! My advice,avoid!!!!!!

Just spent £40 for 2 pizzas and a kebab. Took 1 hour 10 mins to arrive. No one answering the phone. Ordered 3 garlic mayo’s (paying extra for 2) and only received one. Only got lettuce as salad for the kebab - quite cheeky when asking for £12. Wouldn’t recommend

both pizzas were burnt to a crisp and the chips were under cooked which I'm really surprised at as they turned up 20mins early with food. So I won't be going again

The order delivered after my claim , they updated on the app but never they delivered to me, and after 1 hour 45 minutes the order delivered, very cold and overcooking, I've thrown it in the trash, because it’s very bad cuality food , especially scammer restaurant.

Had to go and pick up my own order for delivery. Claimed they buzzed the door (they did not cause we were sat waiting for them) and then said that my number isn’t right when I’ve had calls from just eat before. When we went to collect they were extremely rude and gave us cold food

They love to charge you …and then not deliver what you have paid for. Ok when late and drunk but not otherwise. Rude and service with no smile..😎

Got a chicken burger with cheese and they left the cheese in its plastic wrapper so by the time I went to eat the food the plastic had melted into the chicken and bread.

Good food as takeaway food goes.. polite delivery driver and food wrapped properly, wasn't expecting much after the poor service from other takeaways ordered recently. a bit of care goes along way and this place have tweaked things for the better service thumbs up

Really not nice food at all. Mixed kebab was barley any Shish in it and the taste wasn’t good at all. Food was late. Complained about the lack of shish and never got a response. Wouldn’t go here again

Received the worst kebab I have ordered in a long time. I called the restaurant and they were not interested and just told me to go through just eat. Not impressed!

Prices have gone way, WAY up since last I visited 3 or 4 months back. I'd be okay with this normally as it's going up everywhere but the pizzas are now skimpy as hell. £3 markup and half the toppings you used to get. I'd forgive the attitude problem and questionable hygiene standards too if they changed to pizzas back. As it is now, avoid even if you're drunk!

Placed an order that I wasn't able to collect, so I called to cancel - they refused to cancel the order and told me it was 'my problem'. Can't recommend.

Although the order arrived early l did not receive the can l ordered. I contacted the restaurant by phone and the guy l spoke to was not very helpful. I had to suggest they send me my drink, l am still waiting. I finished the pizza l ordered which was not great, l also ordered a chicken burger for my colleague with 2 mayonnaise. There was a small teaspoon on the top with hardly any salad. A thumbs down from us and will not be ordering from here again.

Member of staff sat on food preparation area and the other 2 staff members didn't pull him on it. Now reading the comments here I learn it has a 1 star for hygiene. I did look for the hygiene sign on the door but they obviously hide it. Won't be going again.

FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY have given this joint a 1 start food hygiene rating and you can tell. On collection the takeaway is filthy inside and the rude staff have nailed the unwashed look. If appearance isn't enough you most certainly be put off your food by a strong BO smell....unavoidable. obviously binned the food. AVOID.

1 kebab had very little meat. Both kebabs had broken pitta and only about half a pitta bread with each kebab. Both portions of fries were luke warm.

I’m sorry but this is the worst chicken kebab of my life… I asked for a chicken kebab, it was 3 strips of chicken with Mayo & the bread fell apart… i ate it as I was hungry & couldn’t be bothered to complain. But yeh, woeful. Burger was terrible as well… wow / speechless. Anyway never again

Absolutely DISGUSTING! AVOID AVOID AVOID ! This restaurant changed hands a short time ago and since the new staff have taken over every order has been shocking ! The staff are rude and speak to people disgustingly!! The chicken kebab came and it looked as if someone had thrown it in the box , the burger was rock hard and freezing cold . I would recommend you get your take away from anywhere but here !

Ordered just after 5pm and didn't arrive until 6.10pm. Food is normally so good but not tonight. Calzone over cooked with burnt cheese on top, pizza cheese burnt, nuggets hard and chips actually undercooked & very small portion to normal size. Unsure if new staff but not up to scratch at all for the price paid. Unhappy

Very rude stuff, impolite and terrible service. Ordered meals few days ago and they forgot to send the chips. I called them and they say they will send them shortly. They never did and when I went to go asking for they denied the case and were totally rude. The Hale branch is much better

Delivered 30 mins earlier, which wasn't a problem. Food was tasty, fresh. Only one thing to add.... If you want plain burgers, or kebab... There no option for that. You have to add things to complete order. That was a bit disappointing. But overall good, would order again.

The deliveries are usually 10-15 minutes earlier than estimated, the food is always very nice.

Pizzas were all broken up and rolled together when we opened all 4 boxes. In fairness the garlic bread which complimentary was not broken but tasted pathetic and nearly inedible. An hour and half delivery time and arrived as per given time - full points for that. 👎🏻 from me.
