We had a great meal but we didn’t know this was a mall restaurant and we got lost. It is a huge mall so make sure you get directions because you’ll get lost. Call for reservations or you may have to wait a while. The food was good and very unique but I the tropical lemonade did not taste good at all.

Server completely forgot to give the kitchen part of our order which was a nightmare as the food was our child's. They owned up to their mistake and I thought they handled it really well. Honeycomb latte was amazing. -1 star for the service charge being essentially mandatory as it's added to the bill and you have to request a staff member to remove it, which I did as this isn't America where the staff are on two dollars an hour. The service charge was just shy of £5 for a £36 order!

My daughter had the kids mac n cheese and brownie, my partner had a chicken burger and I had the halloumi burger, and fries and everything we had was delicious, the fries that were cooked in rosemary, were the best I've ever had, and the price was reasonable.

Early morning breakfast before the shops opened. Bills is one of the few places open early, and that's a good thing. Plenty of seating and a courteous welcome. Tables are clean and seats comfortable. Table setting is ok, but the water glasses are misty through lots of wear, something that is ugly compared to everything else. The brunch menu is ok, but a little limited, it's go large ,or go home...with a few reasonable choices. We opted for the pancake stack with fruit, and the breakfast. We didn't have to wait too long and drinks were on hand quickly. Pancake stack was of 5 , with syrup and a limited fruit offering, I saw mostly banana pieces. The breakfast was ...just ok. The plate was cold, which is unacceptable if you're going to fill it with food, especially a breakfast. Bacon was warm , not hot, beans served in a metal jug were hot, 1 sausage...warm , mushrooms ok , toast was dry and warm . Egg was probably the best thing on the plate , two yolks and cooked well. Overall it was poor, and for the plate price, something I'd expect from a low rent airport outlet. Staff were friendly and attentive, it's a shame the kitchen lets the whole team down . Would I recommend? Probably not, the premier inn over the road has better and more breakfast food for less.

First visit here.. Arrived for an early morning shop needed Breakfast and we wasn’t disappointed.. only thing I will say is when making a oat milk cappuccino use the barista oak milk apart from my coffee everything was perfect.. Lee who I think was the manager was such a lovely guy 😁

Just a great place, great friendly staff, good atmosphere and decor. Generously sized, high quality portions. Recommend the poached eggs on sourdough bread and the stacked pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. When I purchase sparkling water, I anticipate the provision of a clean glass. While complimentary glasses are offered with water, they can still become stained. Even if they are initially clean, there is a rationale behind my decision to pay for a bottle of water. Before engaging in a dispute with a customer, it is crucial to recognize that this is a hospitality establishment where I anticipate elevated standards of service, not subpar service. This is a restaurant, not a McDonald’s.

The staff were friendly and the food was very tasty, with it arriving even before our drinks did. However, I do take umbrage with a 12.5% "optional" service charge being added to my bill. If it's already on my bill and I have to ask someone to remove it, causing much embarrassment to myself, then it's not "optional". It's time we took a stand against this tipping culture that has come across the Pond from our cousins in the States. Tipping should be truly optional for service that is "above and beyond", not to top up wages, or for someone just doing their job. We have a NMW and NLW here, so there is no excuse. My advice to Bill's, and companies like them, remove this "optional" nonsense and let the customer truly decide if a tip is deserved. It gives staff the incentive to do more in order to earn it. Furthermore, if we as customers are expected to scan a QR code in order to pay the bill, thus making the lives of your staff easier, then it's even more absurd that an "optional" service charge is added to said bill. It's things like this that makes me, and others, reconsider whether we will patronise your restaurants again in the future.

We went for bottomless pancakes and our server Lenis was great even though we picked a busy time for our birthday celebrations. Lenis was super friendly and polite going above and beyond to make sure our visit was a memorable one! Food was faultless, arrived piping hot and each round of pancakes was as good as the last! Give Lenis a raise because she deserves one 👏 🙌😊

Customer service very poor stood at the door over 10 minutes while the servers stood chatting and laughing. Had to walk in to get a hello. Sat us down and went back to chatting and laughing for a further 10 minutes. We were not told of any deals or offers (not even a chance of upselling products if you don't even speak to your customers). As we walked out after 15 minutes of being sat down we were asked if everything was okay by the girl that sat us down. We replied yeah were fine thanks to which we were given a snotty reply of "Okay then". Maybe if she spent more time with her tables and less time talking about what she got up to at the weekend, there may actually be some customers.

Tried to get a table here today, multiple staff walked past us as we were waiting to be seated at a table and ignored us. There were many staff around and lots of available tables, so they lost two customers. This has happened on more than one occasion, poor customer service on a quiet brunch period.

I’ll start by saying that the staff were universally lovely. They were personable and kind and felt like they were genuinely enjoying serving us. However, the food (eggs florentine) was extremely underwhelming. The avocado was flavourless mush and the muffin was extremely doughy and also had almost no flavour. The poached egg was cooked perfectly but the sauce over it just swamped the whole thing and again, had no discernible flavour. It was obvious that this was due to the recipe and not the kitchens preparation so it felt unfair and pointless to bring this up with the staff. It’s seemingly just a bad product. The juice and the tea were both nice/fine but the mocha we ordered tasted cheap. I also take exception to the 12.5% service charge that’s automatically added to the bill, which is paid by scanning a QR code. Not only is that figure too high, 10% maximum should be automatically added in this way imo, it’s also an inappropriate inclusion at this level of the market. Bill’s isn’t a fine dining experience, where that type of charging is expected. And we aren’t the US. Tipping really ought not to be assumed. Also frustrating was the fact that through the QR code payment system it stated that we would have had to flag down a member of staff if we wanted to have the service charge removed, which feels a lot like Bill’s is exploiting their patron’s good nature in order to raise their revenue per table.

Extremely disappointing and expensive for eggs, bacon, tomato and mushrooms. And card only and with a service charge automatically added without asking. Streaky and crisp bacon. Egg should taste like egg, but tasted like egg with unwanted green stuff added (again without asking). I don’t add sauce to egg. I didn’t want the garnish either. Wouldn’t return to pay £33 here for two breakfast and coffees when the same is £25 next door and even cheaper opposite in Wetherspoons.

Upon arrival, we were approached by a server who told us to wait and then walked away without any further instructions. When she returned, she asked how many people were in our group, and we responded that there were six of us. However, instead of assisting us, she started to walk away again. As we followed her, seeking clarification, she abruptly turned around, pointed toward the entrance, and yelled at us to “wait behind the door.” Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Thankfully, another server approached us, and promptly seated us without any issue. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated, but the initial interaction left a negative impression on our experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic brunch experience! The food was top-notch—really enjoyed the Bills Brunch, and everything from the taste to the presentation was on point. The staff especially Ally, were super friendly and made me feel welcome, which added a lovely touch to my visit. The atmosphere was just right, and I loved the tech option for ordering; it really enhanced the experience. Can't wait to come back for more!

I came here today and the woman who served me was lovely. As a vegan my favourite sub here is the meatless meatball marina and it was delightful. When I got to the kiosk the woman serving asked me if I wanted her to change her gloves as she had touched meat. Whilst, many may say this should be assumed as a yes, she may not have known if I was anti-meat and / or may have wanted to know my genuine views balanced against the waste of gloves. Anyway, it was delicious and great service.
