Subway - The Orient in Trafford

I came here today and the woman who served me was lovely. As a vegan my favourite sub here is the meatless meatball marina and it was delightful. When I got to the kiosk the woman serving asked me if I wanted her to change her gloves as she had touched meat. Whilst, many may say this should be assumed as a yes, she may not have known if I was anti-meat and / or may have wanted to know my genuine views balanced against the waste of gloves. Anyway, it was delicious and great service.

The short lady with eyeglasses in the till has a bad attitude .. well It was a straightforward order from the customer by pointed out on the display what flavour she wanted and said 1 pack of each. The staff first Wrongly took 1 pc Cookie each flavour when the customer clearly pointed out in 1 pack of each flavour, then staff 2nd mistake was to give the wrong flavour rainbow and macadamia, the 3rd mistake was wrong flavour again. The customer didn’t complain for her mistake but the staff clearly expressed herself that she was really annoyed by blaming customer and by rolling her eyes

Great service on Friday evening about 10pm- not sure his name began with S and he was foreign and think he was new

Not sure on his name but received great service today. He was an Asian male probably in his 20’s he was very polite

Butch and bratty staff. Over charged me, they wouldn’t of said anything but bcos I asked for the receipt and noticed there was cheese bites and add on bacon. She gave me back the money!

not outstanding but adequate. Not memorable in either quality of food or delivery by staff. Filled a gap

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Great to see my NHS card is accepted here too. Food is of a good subway standard.

we went here for a bite Sunday afternoon long queue very slow service but good quality roll. finding somewhere to sit was difficult. would recommend

Visited subway at the Trafford centre at 11.45am today and the lady who served us was so polite .After asking for two cheese salads she asked if we vegetarian and we said yes. She changed her cloves. Small things like this make good service. Just wish I would of asked her name. Salad was perfect. Thank you subway and lovely staff Trafford centre.

Went for a Veggie Delite Sub for Lunch, and was served quickly and pleasantly.Without being asked, when the girl serving prepared my Veggie Sub, she changed her gloves, because she had been handling Pepperoni, that does not always come as standard!Good service and a nice fresh Sub.Recommended.

If you’re coming here, its way to pricey for a sandwich so when you get to that till bit. Just like say you work in the Trafford centre (selfridges or something) but you’ve forgotten your card or badge or whatever in the locker. You get a free drink and one of those biscuits or crisp. So not much off but better than paying the £2 extra for them!!

Waited ages in the queue but served quickly once we got to the front. Usual subway food nice and fresh. Friendly staff. I found it very expensive here though it cost us an extra £10 than your average subway! No deals here but if you want one you want one!

Stopped for lunch whilst shopping in Trafford Centre. I had a ham salad box - would have had beef, but there wasn't any. Plenty of vegs for the salad, don't normally get sweetcorn and carrot - there was here. This was the only food outlet with a queue, which went down really quickly - think it's because you can actually see what you are getting being made.

Came here on the Easter Monday lunch time so the shop was crazily busy but the queue was moving. Always nice to have freshly made sandwiches with lots of vegetables to choose too.

Visited on Monday, had a foot long, good choice of bread which was nice and fresh, plenty of meat and salad, had to ask for salt as no sachets around ,but was given a bag with some put in for us.
