Miles Bakery & Ice Cream in Harborough

Lovely cafe with great service. Been several times, have had lunch, afternoon tea and just a coffee and cake. Food has been delicious every time and like the fact they use natural ingredients.

We have been to Miles bakery several times since they opened and each time you come away extremely pleased with the service, quality of the food/drinks, and atmosphere. This is a lovely cafe situated within the Archway Gallery. The owners made me feel very welcome and the cafe had a very nice atmosphere. I have tried many de-caff coffees in Leicestershire but I have to say that the one I had today was definitely the best! I will be back to sample their amazing array of cakes and savouries. I would definitely recommend them!

Miles Bakery is a hidden gem in Lutterworth. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cakes are also amazing. Nathan and Emma (the owners) must be extremely proud. A must visit for anyone who is in the area and looking for lunch or tea and cakes. We had a jacket potato, a sandwich and drinks. They were delicious. Everything is homemade even the bread for the sandwiches. We took some cheesecake home too and they were out of this world.

I meet a couple of girlfriends for a coffee here after hearing rave reviews. We were not disappointed the coffee was fantastic and the little , on the side, shortbread kisses just melted. the cakes looked absolutely amazing. I bought a wholemeal loaf and a quiche for dinner. All made on site!!! finally a decent cafe, with decent friendly staff!! you just need to advertise more and do something with your window to allow people to know you are there.

This excellent private bakery is a true hidden gem in Lutterworth and well worth looking for. The brownies, scones, cupcakes and cream cakes are truly excellent. Can’t wait for the weather to improve for ice cream which is all home made.

Such a lovely addition to the Archway Gallery in Lutterworth. The owners are well versed in allergies and intolerances and this shows in the wide range of 'free from' choices. It was a pleasure to be able to buy sweet treats for my sister in law. She is often left with a sorry looking, unappetising, offering when we have family catch ups, due to having several dietary requirements. Miles Bakery have rectified this! They are also keen on being as environmentaly friendly and I was pleased that there was not one piece of plastic packaging in sight!

Have been here a couple times now, they have great homemade icecream- (coffee and dark chocolate are my favourites they’re dairy and gf and the creamiest dairy free ice cream I’ve ever had). Also have an amazing selection of cakes/brownies/cookies/millionaire shortbread. I would go everyday if I could!

I visited with my son for an ice cream each but when faced with all the amazing cakes we had to take a box home with us. The cherry and almond ice-cream is absolutely gorgeous!

We needed a wedding cake fairly last minute and my mum managed to arrange one with Miles Bakery. It did not disappointing, it was so delicious and everyone commented on how beautiful the cake was and that it was the best cake they'd tried in a very long time. They also made some vegan and gluten free cupcakes on the side and these were also superb!!! Thank you so much 🎂 ❤

As per the previous review a wonderful hidden gem. The cake selection was lovely - Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle, Cookies, Scones, Coffee and Walnut, Blueberry Cupcakes (I could carry on). A number of the cakes are gluten and vegan so all tastes catered for. They also had icecream which I did not try but I will be sure to. Just what Lutterworth needs as the local (non-chain) stores are very important. Do not miss this cake spectacular which I know I will visit again.

A hidden gem! We visited here after a walk around Lutterworth with family. Myself and my toddler are dairy-free (due to allergies) and I was delighted to find blueberry, coffee and dark chocolate dairy-free ice cream. There was also about 8 standard ice-creams and a raspberry sorbet. I had the blueberry, and dark chocolate was my toddlers choice - they were both incredible! The white chocolate ice cream also got the seal of approval from my eldest. There was also a big selection of cakes/tarts/cookies, including gluten free and dairy free options. We will definitely be visiting here again!
