The food was really lovely and brilliant service from Klaudia! Would very highly recommend for veggies and non veggies.

We came here as a family for dinner with two vegetarians. The food was excellent with enough interesting choice for the omnivores as well. The service was great and it's in a superb location.

From the moment we walked it was a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. Some much to choose from. My friend is not vegan but he was very impressed with his food. As was I, so good to have so much choice. Normally it’s one or two items anywhere else. I would definitely eat here again.

We have been frequenting the various Mildred’s restaurants over the past ten years in London and this has consistently proven to be the best. This time we had the Harissa Patatas Bravas for starters, the Tempeh Mushroom Yaki Udon and the Chicken Shish Tawook Kebab for mains, and Chocolate Ganache Layer Cake for dessert. The mains in particular were so delicious and well presented, a perfectly balanced blend of flavours. The red Italian wine went especially well with this culinary experience. The waitress Lorissa was very professional and anticipated needs in a well timed but unobtrusive manner. The ambiance was lovely and pricing was very good too.

Visited on a very busy Saturday night but the staff were amazing and the food absolutely delicious, well worth a visit. The mains are all so tasty and the dessert options are yummy!

We had the loveliest pre-theatre meal here last night. We were late due to tube issues and crazy busy crowds round soho but I rang ahead and they held our table for us - upstairs too which I had asked for as we wanted a quieter spot. The place was heaving but once we settled in the atmosphere was totally relaxed, service was excellent (really friendly and fast) and the food was outstanding. I would love to work my way through the whole menu eventually, as everything we ate was delicious! This place was recommended to me ages ago but we only just made it, I wish we’d visited sooner and will most definitely be back.

My partner and I came here for our anniversary and were treated so lovely by the staff especially Jacob! He really made sure we were happy with our food and was very welcoming. Unfortunately we were late to for our booking and as it’s such a busy restaurant they had to give our original table up but they made sure we were seated as soon as we got there in the bar area, we didn’t mind as the atmosphere was lovely and food was incredible! My partner isn’t veggie but i am and he was blown away by the food and the variety they have on offer, he especially liked the whipped feta and patatas bravas, we will definitely be coming back Thank you Jacob for your hospitality :) Would highly recommend

Visited early evening on a Saturday, we had a booking and arrived a few minutes early but they were very accommodating. First thing I’d note was that tables are totally rammed in, so much so that I could barely get to my seat as it was such so tight, and I almost knocked the drinks over on the table next to us with my arse. Maybe just remove one of your tables for two to relieve the squeeze! The food was delicious, really nice and varied menu and I like that there isn’t a huge song and dance about the fact it’s plant based. It just happens to be a lovely restaurant with great food and no animal products! Nice to see a big selection of puddings, our sticky toffee that we had to share was delightful. Would return but would perhaps try a different branch.

I have been a longstanding fan of Mildred’s, often visiting the KC restaurant before heading home. This is my first visit to the Soho branch, and while the food was fantastic, the music was way too loud. Rather than creating a space to catch up with friends, it is a place you have to shout to hear your friend, less than a metre away. Even the waiter misheard my order. We rushed through our meal in under an hour, which is a shame as I only see my friend a few times a year. Summary: If you only want to eat, or are meeting up with that person you don't really like, this is a great place to go as you won’t need to talk.

The food was exceptional, fresh and layers of flavour. We were seated on time and the ambience was lovely. We had the whipped feta which was divine. The Sri Lankan curry was perfect with pitta (not like ordinary rubbish you get in the supermarket). The wine list was small but excellent. My fourth visit and will be heading back soon, without hesitation I recommend this reasonably priced gem in the heart of London! I write this as a man who eats everything - meat wasn’t necessary!

Mildreds is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants. Love all their locations that I’ve been to. The spinach gyozas, wild mushroom tortellini, kiri hodi and cumberland sausage & mash are so good.

Excellent restaurant for refined vegan palates. Tasty and colorful dishes, very courteous staff and a lively and creative environment for all ages. Every time you come to London it's a stop not to be missed!

Mildreds in Soho was an incredible surprise and experience. Imagine being in a group of 15 friends who were wandering around Soho looking for a place to have dinnter at friday night without any reservation. We found this place out of nowhere and met a very nice waitress named Filipa who simply told us “we will take care of you”. And what a great experiencie it was full of great food, drinks and funny moments with “LA CHITA”. Trust this place, you will not regret it and prices are fair.

I used to be a fan of Mildred’s but perhaps they are a victim of their own success. Their policy of kicking you out after a couple of hours is just rude, especially as the service isn’t efficient enough to get you through a meal in that time. (Alternatively, the KIngs Cross branch rushes you through so quickly it feels like a fast food chain ushering you out!). The food is also just not well executed. They seem to overpower the dishes with one extreme flavour - have had this with Asian and Indian style dishes at Mildred’s recently - and it is just unpleasant. Food is just very odd tasting and I’m sad that we have such low standards for veganism in this country given that the countries whose food is supposedly the inspiration for some of these dishes manage veganism brilliantly traditionally. Even the mash, to be honest, who on earth needs that much rosemary?! I won’t be back.

Perfect solo restaurant experience! I was seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child so I had to be back in the theatre quickly and had spent ages looking for a restaurant. Walked into Mildred’s and they were able to seat me downstairs for 45 mins. The service was impeccable and speedy, and the food and drink were delicious! Atmosphere was lovely, really can’t fault.

We booked, and I think it’s definitely worth booking as it’s very busy. It looks small, but it’s actually got lots of little areas , and goes up a long way! Firstly, the service was amazing. Possibly one of the best i’ve experienced. We were allocated seating in a noisy part of the restaurant and without us mentioning anything, we were asked if we wanted to be seated in a quieter location of the restaurant. Already our expectations were met. Then we were served food and drinks by Ione and Anna (both went out of their way for us). They both recommended dishes and drinks for us to try and continually checked in on us. We didn’t eat much of one of our dishes and they were really concerned - we just had no space in our stomach’s left so they packed it away for us! We even went over our allocated table duration and we were not interrupted by anyone. Top service. We wanted to try a few dishes on the new menu. For starters we had: spinach gyoza, hot & sour szechuan cabbage wedge, and wild mushroom tortelloni (highly recommend, it was wow). For mains we had: tempeh mushroom yaki udon and korean fried chick’n. For two people, this was more than enough with a cocktail and beer each. Total spend was £110 including service. Will recommend to friends and visit myself again!!!
