Best pizzas I had ever in my life . 🥳🥳🥳

Very disappointed. I ordered through their website and they took my money. The order was never accepted. Tried to call and their number doesn't work. After almost two hours I had to go to the restaurant to be told they don't take orders from their own site. I now need to wait several days to get refunded.

I have ordered pizza twice from there in space of a week... both times i got delivered defferent pizza than i ordered

I always order the same pizza an it's always cooked just how I like it I haven't been in the shop but I order from this shop probably twice a month an the pizza arrives before the time they give its affordable prices an they let you pay cash witch is so good for me as I don't always have money on my card. Love the pizzas an now its halal its a win win 🏆 😀

ordered on deliveroo, it took a little longer than expected because of festival traffic but these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me my pizza, they parked and walked the food through town to me and it was still hot 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡 cannot recommend enough

Ordered for delivery at 1am didn't turn up til past 3am...1.5 hours past estimated time. Pizza was greasy and the bottom was chewy and dry. Obviously waited til they were closing to send it with a worker and then he was rude. Never again.

Food was horrible, made from the cheapest possible materials, and greatly overpriced. Avoid!! The patties used in the burger were the cheapest brown circular material possible. The chips were tasteless and damp. The stuffed chillies were soggy lumps that tasted of nothing

World class Best pizza . The owner showed me how they make pizza inside the kitchen . Trust me it's so clean and well organised. If you are a pizza lover then this is your place to order.

Delivery is 1 hour late, the pizza was a bit cold, the pizza is tasteless and not nice and is flat like my ironboard

Took ages to deliver when we live 8 min drive away. So we called up to ask where the pizza was and had a slight go at them because it was taking over an hour. Got the pizzas without any discount or apology then the very next day my boyfriend came down with severe food poisoning. This place should be sued for tampering with our food when all we did was complain rightfully because it took so long.

Ordered my pizza over the phone at 1:20am. Told it would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived on the dot, attempted to pay by card however there card machine wouldn't connect to the internet so payment couldnt go through. I explained to them they had this issue just 2-3 days ago and i ended up having to wait there for 10 mins and keep trying to pay whilst my pizza went luke warm. I explained that i came back and paid last time so i didnt want to wait around again on this occasion for their card machine issues as i didnt want my pizza to get cold as its not nearly as enjoyable and i need to get to bed. They guy explained its there internet playing up and bare with him, i waited about 5 mins and tried twice more to pay. I then said look mate its late, im hungry, i want to eat my pizza hot and go to bed he then snatched the pizza and slapped it on the counter out back and said no pizza for you then. So i ended up waiting 25 mins and driving down to shop for absolutely nothing. No where else was open so i had to go home and cook when i needed to go bed as i had work early. And for context this was a £6 pizza, i came back and paid same day last time they had the card machine issue which was only a few days ago so this guy would rather waste the pizza than allow me to go home with it and come back and pay. Unreal. Couldn't believe it. And i have been ordering there about 10 times in the last 4 months so im a regular and they see me often. Poorly effecting my customer experience because of there card machine internet connection issues. Shaking my head. They have just lost a customer.

A really tasty pizza with fresh toppings. The crust was perfect, not dry or soggy. The chicken proves were seasoned deliciously and the temperature was just right. Nothing to fault, but totally recommended. I'll be buying from Milano's again.

Good pizza friendly staff. One issue we had, not a big deal but… We are pretty sure there was poo on our pizza. We cut around the contaminated part then ate the rest. Was tasty but make you you ask for pizza without poo!

It is a Heaven for Cheese lovers! The most tasteful Pizzas I ever had. 7” garlic bread pizza is simply breathtaking. Loved the Vegetarian options. Definitely ordering more often from Milano’z🤩

TERRIBLE DELIVERY TIMINGS BEWARE!!!! We ordered our pizza at around 5:55pm. It arrived around 8:10pm. Estimated time was 6:55pm. Deliveroo called these guys 2 times and we did once - yet they still delayed our delivery! Awful.. BUT The pizzas were good but of course a little cold!! So you decide what to do!! Such a shame as we did enjoy the pizzas but the terrible service means we will not order from these guys again.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had

Not a good company to deal with my order arrived late but while on the phone to cancel my order due to a taxi arriving the guy was very rude he then updated my time of arrival to make it look the pizza was only 5 mins late not 20 mins late. And to top that off i tried one slice of pizza while i jumped in my taxi and it didn't even taste nice. this was ordered via uber eats, you have been warned don't use.

Food arrived right on time. Both pizzas still piping hot, taste was spot on; very splendid: would highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will defo order again.

Atrocious customer service from instore staff & half the delivery staff. Food is below par. Anyone visiting the area would honestly be much better off going to Papa Johns across the road from this place.

Worst service ever. Order never arrived. Called them multiple times after while waiting for 2+ hours. They claimed the traffic was bad. But Google Maps' live traffic showed it was only a 10 min drive. Do not buy from them.

Rude staff, average food, delivered two hours late and missing curly fries from the order. When we called to complain they just hung-up and didn’t pick-up when we called back. Bad food, bad service. Don’t order from this place!!

So the deals seem great till you wanna pay by card and it's a £12 minimum really tbh that's a joke as I'm sure I'm not the only person that never has cash how much money you loosing I will not use you AGAIN!!!!!

Pizza did not look and taste fresh, dishonest staff. We intially thought of buying the XL pizza but as there was an offer saying Monday and Tuesday buy one get one free we thought it would be too much so we ordered a 9 Inc slizzer pizza with a side hot wings and it showed 2 pizzas at checkout too but when the pizza arrived we only got one pizza, there was no tandoori Chicken in it as mentioned in description the chicken side was soggy with worng dip sent and when called in the man told me, you need to ask for the free pizza but if it shows online why do I need to ask and whats is the point of ordering online, I was also told its better to order on the phone instead of online then why have a wbsite that does not function. Also i paid 9.99 for 9 Inc pizza but when I checked the menu with my order it said 9.99 for XXL which made me feel even more cheated. really bad experience. Won't order a pizza from here again.

Spot on every time I order from them. So good I ordered 3 for the adults at my daughter's party last month. Everyone said how good they were and asked where I'd gotten them from!

I asked about offers and they told me they had none. Then I bought a pizza and when I finished I noticed it said by one get one free on the bottom of the box only valid for Tuesday which was the day on which I bought the pizza. I phoned and asked if I could have the second pizza and they said "no". False advertising, unhelpful and unpolite staff... Pizza wasn't bad, somewhere between deep pan and italian and cheaper than Dominos but in future I'm just going to Dominos...

Treated appallingly ordered lasagne for dinner as i work nightshift.lasagne was frozen and wasnt cooked he said he would send another round,an hour later i called back and was told it was the last delivery.disgusted to say the least.

Been a customer for over a year and never had an issue, although the amount of pizzas I buy I wish they had a 'buy 6 pizzas get one free' loyalty type deal. Best pizza in Reading for sure.
