Lovely food and excellent atmosphere. Jaydev our server was very friendly and attentive. Large portions for all meals.

Excellent evening great service and good food, thank you Ella our waitress. Music was good. Great atmosphere and people singing happy birthday to groups, the kids really loved their meals and we enjoyed the nachos fajitas and Pilsner beer.

Lauren M was lovely and helpful, she was really good with our five year old too! She was always smiling and made our experience a great one.

Awful, disgusting, cold food. My partner order burger which was cold and seemed like it was bitten before(like, it was a returned and they used it up again). My chicken mix was cold. Wasn't offer any condiments and when asked for refill, a warm glass of coke I received not a single cube of ice in it. Terrible quality and awfully expensive. NOT RECOMMENDED

Brilliant meal out for birthday. The staff all did a great job embarrassing the 15 year old with a rendition of happy birthday. Great service from Lauren who really looked after us. Would recommend for a fun family meal.

We have been eating at TGI's for years. Sadly the experience in Bracknell recently mirrored that we had at another location a few months ago. On the plus side, we turned up at 7 pm in the hope of getting a table and were seated after about five minutes, although we were unable to order a drink at the bar, as there was no one behind it to order from. Sadly the atmosphere is not one that you would expect in a TGI's. It was rather flat and getting the attention of a member of staff after ordering was nigh on impossible, although they were easily able to get each other's attention as some of them just stood together talking.wereThe final nail in the coffin ....the not so Sesame Chicken Strips. These were definitely not those which we had all loved and ordered on every past visit to a TGI's either as a starter, or a main when they were added to that section of the menu. What we got was Chicken Fingers sprinkled with sesame seeds. My daughter had the Chicken Fingers, they looked the same, minus the sesame seeds.Disappointing and a waste of money. Won't be returning to a TGI's anywhere, anytime soon.

Wow what a experience and not a nice one !!After waiting 10/15 mins just for a drink order I find awful there were only 2 tables and 1 finished Whist waiting for our waiter to take our order the manger came to the the table and offered still water which I thought was nice 2 mins later the waiter came to the table and said you did not order this water it’s for the table behind and carried to slag a team member off in saying well he can not read making us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. After placing our order we waited a further 15/20 mins for not a single drink to come to the table in the mean time 1 of the starters was on the pass after 10 mins then sat as we watched the overOne to come out 10 mins later At this point we called a manger over to explain our frustration and ask about our drinks which were still not even made after waiting 25/30 mins. At the whole time this was happening there was aMinimum of 8 staff sweeping and running around prepping for a visit from EhO or health and safety.I have been to this tgi Fridays on a number of occasions but this time I still can not believe the service/we did or did not receive.I asked for head office email to share my experience but this does not exist over wiseI would have contacted them instead of leaving such a negative review

I can't fault the food, it was fantastic and the rebuilt town centre is somewhere I will be coming back too.The service however, on Sunday 13th March, was well below par. Absent and struggled to get any attention from multiple staff walking past

The food been very up present , we order starter what been amazing but the glazed burger very dry and burn , they after let them know they change my burger, seating around kitchen and see what is there there the fire to the grill been very high you can see from outside the flame of the grill. After 15 min waiting the burger come back and been much better but still burn because of the flame been very high. I let them know and I believe if the grill been clean and the flame been little down I m sure the burgers will be great. The waitress been Amazon and very sorry. It is my second time there and the food all the time been burn .

Disappointing in every way.As a family we decided to have a meal here. The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. The starter of nachos with beans was average. They were basically nachos with baked beans on them.The mains arrived and all of them were barely warm. The vegan burger was almost cold and soggy along with all the fries ordered. The chicken burger was also cold and soggy. The only hot thing was the fajitas. We spoke to the manager and he offered 10% off. We felt insulted. He could have offered to to take the drinks off the bill or something more. We definitely won’t go back again. Don’t waste your time or money.

They offer a good collections of ribs and really enjoyed the biera m,oreti they have to offer. served by a nice blonde lady

What a waste of time this place is- management just can’t be bothered and little wonder the place is empty most of the time and has so money terrible reviews. We won’t ever be going here again. I imagine it will close down soon anyway.

It's the second time we've visited in as many weeks. Great staff, we've got 2 toddlers and they were very accommodating. Liv served us on this occasion and Sasha the time before. Food is good as well as the atmosphere in the restaurant. Will be going again very soon!

I came here with my daughter for dinner, Sasha was our server, she was extremely professional and polite, my daughter and I really enjoyed the food and drinks and will be returning soon for more!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter and was told half they were short staffed and would seat me asap. We were seated and our server Sasha came and introduced her self. She took our order, my daughter had the hot dog with cheese and I had hot wings and garlic fries. Despite pretty much every table being full our food came quickly and was hot, fresh and tasty. For desert we had the kids make your own and once again it came quickly and was finished even quicker by my daughter. The food combined with Sasha’s happy and welcoming demeanour made what was a quick bite to eat all the more enjoyable.

We found the experience from start to finish absolutely awful.Very overpriced poor food, missing ingredients that we weren’t told about and some were just replaced with other things that we weren’t told about. Surf and turf for £24.50 was absolutely terrible.The worst £61 I’ve ever spent on food and drink.We did complain but were not offered any discounts whatsoever.The whole place seemed to have a lot of problems with many customers complaining.First and last time in a TGI Fridays.

We visiting during Half term week with the kids, some of the options weren't available which was a shame. I had to send my chicken burger back because it was cold, but to be fair they didn't charge me for it. I don't think I would return in a hurry.

Haven’t visited a TGIs for years so have it a go whist on a weekend break. Hot wings and nachos starter were going and my Louisiana messy burger was really good. Only downside was quite a wait for drinks and we’re not told of anything about the menu and any recommendations but I suppose they were busy.

Went here with my family, We had a great server, Great food, and drink. I had an apple juice, perfect. I also had a hamburger, Very good, Fries, Best I had in 4 years, generally good but overpriced and takes a bit long to arrive.

Hannah and Craig were both amazing staff and really took care of me and my family. My dad wanted a second drink and Hannah suggested a refill as my dad had a Zero Coke so it would be cheaper for us which is amazing customer service.The food was divine and I loved their sauces. So much flavour even the spiciness didn't overpower the flavour which is something I really look for with spicy food.The place is decorated beautifully and has such a charm to it.Overall, loved it to bits and will be returning and recommending highly with friends.

Kids meals great adults sent back cold and replacement was worse than the first! Great service by Hannah and front of house but disappointed by managers reaction.As repeat customers not happy!!

We had a really lovely visit tonight, our food was fresh and hot, And most importantly delicious! Huge credits to Hannah for her service this evening, she spoke with confidence and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit, she definitely made it memorable!

A very big Thank you to Vere and Glynn at Bracknell restaurant for being so kind and letting us taste the new short rib dish that will be launching next week. It was INCREDIBLE, beautifully cooked short rib literally falling off the bone, silky smooth mash potatoes and best of all those crispy parsnip crisps. OMG We will be back!!!!!

Lovely food and lovely service!We were served by Stuart and he was amazing! Full of personality! Really did bring smiles to the table. As soon as we finished our drinks the refills were on the way! Food was yummy as always.

Went here tonight for my nephews 3rd birthday meal. We had a lovely meal and the service was outstanding as all staff really go the extra mile in general and especially for the birthday celebrations !! will definitely return again in the future. big shout out to liv! she was so polite and so lovely, good luck with uni. x x

Not impressed, slow service and poor foodChicken wings so dry and crispy they had no meat left , worst I have ever had at any TGI’sCorn on the cob was so cold the butter had gone hard again - Yuk !!!I did tell the waiter , but he wasn’t interested.We will not be going back to this one , my advice is to avoid this place.

Shout out to Katie tonight who served us at TGIF. I had my family (9pax) of us celebrating my birthday.. she was so good and professional. She made sure we have everything we need and food came out the same time. She’s so lovely.Food was good ! Most of us had the ribsBut preferred the JD glazed!

After a slow start, it took a while for someone to come over to take a drinks order after we were shown to our booked table, things started to get better quickly. The drinks once ordered came soon enough. The starters came out prompt and were delicious and the mains came out soon after we had finished the starters. 1 small criticism of the food is the chicken strips main dish in my opinion is not worth £15.Now you may be wondering why I’ve given it 5* despite some minor issues. Well our server Tom. C is the reason. He was absolutely amazing. He had confidence in his abilities in the job role. Was lively and welcoming. Was great with our 4 year old and nothing was a problem for him. I also loved the fact he sat down whilst taking our order, it’s not something you see often but it made the ordering process more personal. I’m sure it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I liked it. Thanks Tom C for making our experience all the better.

Great night at TGI Friday’s for Shy’s birthday.Special mention to our server Katie, who was helpful, friendly and added an extra special touch to the evening.

I took my son’s girlfriend for lunch and she chose TFI Friday’s. The whole experience was the worse I have had in a Restaurant. The server brought only one drink so had to wait for the second one. After waiting over 30 minutes and seeing others being served who came in after us I queried this. It seems our order had not been placed - the waiter was training - by himself!! The meal came and my order was incorrect. I would have walked out then but didn’t want to upset my guest. I asked the lady we were speaking to if I could speak to the manager - she went away and then came back and said “it appears I am the Manager !!!! You really couldn’t write it. I am still waiting for a response from Head Office but feel I could be in for a long wait.

We waited 45 mins for a starter, we then had to ask where our nachos were. We received them and then after another hour still had not received our mains. People were arriving after us and getting their food and leaving before we even had ours. Absolutely awful, have told all family members and friends to avoid at all costs.

We waited an hour and a half to only be served drinks and nachos. People who arrived after us got served a long while before us but contrary to what you would think it was not our waiters fault in the slightest. The restaurant was understaffed and crying out for more waiters. It was chaos basically. Our waiter was brilliant though and deserves a lot of credit for lifting up the mood and trying his absolute best despite serving a ludicrous amount of tables individually. Stuart or Stewart, sorry I don’t know how it was spelt, was our waiter and he’s the only real reason I’d give this review any stars at all. He was brilliant and cheered us all up immensely and was working his absolute socks off. Other than him though it was massively disappointing and I wouldn’t be rushing back.

First. It only got 2 stars because Stuart was an A* server. Otherwise would have been non!The service from door to table was soooo slow. Got there at 7.15z by 9.15 we still didn’t get our main meal. It was a celebratory for birthday and results..not so celebratory as within our table of four the tension through hunger got tense!

Great visit, the vegetarian option was amazingly cooked and was a great substitute. Stuart (big bertha!) was a very friendly welcoming host and had some great laughs throughout the evening :)

Have used TGI's in Bracknell 3 times during the pandemic, for takeaway during and after lockdown and once to eat in within the last month. Both takeaway orders have been abysmal. Last night's (via Deliveroo as you cannot order directl) was promised for 45 minutes and arrived after 2 hours stone cold. Previous takeaway some months back saw a chicken strips meal with fries dumped into one box with everything including the fries and salad soaked in the glaze making it inedible. Our eat in experience was also poor. Even with a highly reduced menu, my meal of 'garlic chicken' (actually a grilled chicken breast with a garlic dip) was supposed to come with rice, vegetables and a sweet corn, but came with neither veg as they had run out). Offered starter portion of onion rings instead (more stodge) but meal initially came with just 2 rings. Had to ask for more. Management don't give a s**t. Avoid.

Couple of us came for few drinks and bites to eat. Good presentation overall, average food, slightly overpriced.

I wouldn't normally bother to review a TGIs but we had an excellent meal here, a huge improvement on meals I've had at TGI in the past. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Came here for my brothers birthday. And the service was good Hannah our waitress was really helpful. Although my mum went without dinner and this is the reason for the bad review unfortunately. My mum sent her dinner back twice as it was cold. Mia the manager came out to discuss the issue and did not make things any better at all. After the second time she said “Iv touched it with my hands and it’s not cold” my mum and everyone else was in complete shock with her comment and with this my mum didn’t want to any food and didn’t eat with the family. Very dissatisfied and couldn’t believe how rude she was. She then said I will remove both meals off the bill don’t worry. of course you will as she didn’t eat them. Thinking she was we doing us a favour !! And she completely ruined the evening. Once I received the bill I was still completely shocked she had done nothing for us considering how rude she was and my mum not eating. We also sent another meal back the fajitas as we ordered rare and it came well done. The second meal was better but meant one ate on their own. ALL the chips were freezing cold. I paid the bill as tried not to cause a scene but very un happy with the manager we asked to speak to someone higher and she was the highest manager working at the time. Would like to thank Hannah though for calming the situation down and still doing the song for my brother and bringing out his cake. Mia could probably learn a lot for her staffs manors and how they deal with situations ..

Went to this TGI’s and for the second time in a row we have been served cold food and the wait times were awful. Ordered 3 chicken burgers all 3 were cold sent them back 2 of the kids didn’t want the food wasn’t even offered a refund. All 3 of us tried the chicken burgers and were up in the night with bad stomachs. I personally have never had a bad tgi’s before but this branch is awful we’ve had two bad experiences and will not be going back there again.

Went tgi after a long time and was really looking forward to it. Went as two couples, waitress very friendly and all the other staff were too. When getting seated at the table, floors were completely filthy as were the tables and seats. I made it obvious that it was dirty but the waitress laughed and said “oh sorry about that” with no offer to clean it. I then asked if she could pass me the spray and tissue and I cleaned the seats myself. When we sat down my friend saw the table was sticky. It clearly hadn’t been wiped down from the previous sitting which is surprising as you would expect with all the covid restrictions , cleaning would be the most important thing. Again “sorry about that “ but this time wiped part of the table herself and dropped all the crumbs on friend seated opposite with “sorry about that” againTbh after spending £100 there, as much as we love it, we’ve decided not to go back. It’s not worth spending that and sitting in a filthy area

Ordered a click and collect as we were unable to go to the restaurant. The ordering process was very easy and gave us a collection time of 25 minutes. Hubby went off to get the food and when he arrived was told the order had got lost in the system so would be another 10-15 minutes as they had only just started to cook it. Hubby was offered a free drink while he waited, so all was good.When he got home we found one of the meals was missing, as were the veg sticks and activity packs for the kids meals. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who was very apologetic and passed me over to the duty manager, I then again explained what happened, he again was very sorry for what happened, and as well as redoing the whole order, also added some additional extra’s as a gesture of goodwill. When hubby went back to collect the food it was all ready and waiting. The quality of the food was brilliant, and the customer service was outstanding.

Food was absolutely delicious. We bought sauces but that was unnecessary really. Friendly service would most definitely recommend.

I was trying to book this restaurant for a meal for 7 of us (we are only two households). The waitress at the desk explained they could only do 6 on a table so we asked if they could give us two tables near to each other so we could still speak but also adhere to the rules. She was really helpful and tried to do so, but when she asked a supervisor/manager to assist her the manager was very condescending towards both us and the waitress, quite angrily telling us that she won’t seat 7 of us together. Both me and the waitress did try to then explain the conversation that we’d already had but the manager didn’t really want to listen so just told the waitress to book a specific two tables on their system for us. When we arrived for our booking a different supervisor/manager met us and showed us where we would be sat. The tables where on different platforms of different height so there was no way we would be able to talk sociably without hollering at each other. We explained to the new manager what had happened already and that we weren’t really happy with this. We said due to this we would actually like to cancel the booking as the whole experience so far had been really unpleasant. We asked the manager to pass on the feedback about the situation and whilst we were talking she cut us off by saying thank you goodbye. Really rude managers and honestly neither household will visit a TGI’s again. I work in hospitality so was conscious of being polite to the second manager, as none of it was her fault but that response was disgusting. We ended up going to Las Iguanas down the road and found it much better.

Firstly, the waitress upstairs was lovely. However, the food was atrocious. Soggy, leaky, tasteless burger. £7 for 3 overcooked 'hot' wings which seemed to have missed the sauce adding stage. Watery colas. Everything looked like it came out of a packet from Iceland but the prices were more Waitrose. Very disappointing. Not been in years and certainly won't return again. We had a free dessert voucher but didn't bother risking it.

We feel sorry to see Friday's poor service today. That place was one of our favorites ' but not anymore. The menu is so weak, we were sitted to a strange table, opposite the kitchen serving opening although there were better tables available . We ordered Classic Burger, only 3 pieces of onions, one 'burned' burger inside. I can easily say this is the last time for us.

Came here for my sons birthday. We were served by a charming young man called Stuart M. Throughout out stay Stuart was attentive and charming. Extremely entertaining too. We definitely got the best waiter in the establishment. We ordered out table of food and it came on time and was delicioius too. Inbetween courses Stuart was attentive and always making sure that we had drinks and asked if our food was good. i would give this waiter 10/10 for professionalism.Will definitely be coming back here as our welcome was so warm and kind. Thank you Stuart M for a lovely evening for myself and my family - very much appreciated :)

Our booking was at 8pm for 2 adults and 1 child. The staff are amazing, so friendly and very accomadating to my daughter's needs as she is ASD. A special thank you must go to Stuart McCann who served us, he really looked after my daughter. He was outstanding and a real credit to the company. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. We will be coming back again on a regular basis.Even though TGI is only offering a limited menu due to Covid the food was top class, we really cannot fault the staff of facilities.Highly recommended.

Our family of five booked a table for dinner. The food was amazing as was the service. Could find no fault, very well organised during COVID and would definitely go back. A special thanks to Stuart M our waiter for the evening who was very attentive without getting in our way. He and the another lady staff member he was working with were extremely friendly and did a great job looking after us all. There meals are quite large and I have quite a small appetite so loved the take away boxes that they supplied so we did not waste a thing.

Were down here for a few days break when we arrived they could not find our booking so we had to wait a further 30 mins. when we finally got in with myself in a wheelchair we were taken to a great table where we were not disturbed . I had the chicken strips with the jack daniels sauce didnt really have much taste my partner had a burger that he said was fine our server a nice young man was lovely. But not my type of food when not that much taste

Waited at the door while no one greeted us for ages (the restaurant was not even busy), multiple staff walked past and no acknowledgement.When we were taken to our seat it was soaking wet, table and chairs. Good to know it’s wiped but I don’t personally want to sit on a wet seat. We were sat for a little while when our waitress told us she’d made a mistake else where and was sorting that. That’s fine but we waited 15 mins while she chatted away to other staff and then just disappeared. Staff kept walking past our table and completely ignoring us. We then watched the host play fighting at the door with what looked like his friends that had been in the restaurant eating, not really what you want to see when we are socially distancing. At this point we decided to leave as we had sat for 20 mins and seen no sign of any hope of a drinks order let alone food. Seemed like poor organisation and lack of management. Nothing appeared to be in place for covid except for waiting outside for a table that we’d booked earlier. No one way system or explaintions of any rules etc to follow. This is the 3rd time we’ve had a poor experience here and I won’t be back this time.

We have eaten in the restaurant on a number of occasions since opening at the Lexicon in Bracknell and although not every experience was perfect (waiter deciding to bring us the bill before we had even finished our mains, let alone considered dessert or coffees), most have been quite a pleasant experience. Having spent almost 4 months 'shielding' during the pandemic, we were not keen to eat out straight after lockdown restrictions were lifted in early July so decided to order a take out via Deliveroo as a compromise. Huge mistake. Between us we ordered a number of items that come with the Jack Daniels sauce (chicken strips, popcorn shrimp etc). When you order these in the restaurant, the runny dipping sauce comes in a separate small bowl to the side. When you order a take out, they simply pour this into the box with the item rather than providing a small sealable tub of it like you get from place like Chinese takeaways for their sauces. As a result, rather than crispy chicken/shrimp dipped in the sauce as you eat, the food is soaked in it and soggy. Worse still, although those ordering the chicken got their fries in separate cardboard containers, themselves bundled together in a paper bag , my shrimp had the fries thrown in with the main and then a huge quantity of dipping sauce poured over the whole thing. As a result everything was a soggy mess and virtually inedible. Considering you are paying pretty much the same as eat in (even though there should be not VAT on take out), pretty poor. Our 4 low key mains and 2 starters came to £72.50. Our delivery of a meal for 4 from KFC via Deliveroo the previous night cost £19. 98 was fresher and nicer (and did for lunch the next day as well). Will NEVER order out from Fridays again. Will think twice about eating in after this when the time comes.

Always found TGIs a bit overrated. Went as a family of 4 - 2 teenage kids at 1830 on a Fri night already busy with a lot of young kids and a group of adults drinking at the bar There is good variety on the menu , not the healthiest of options and portions are always big Server took drinks order but took 20 mins to get them and told 1 drink wasn’t available so chose an alternative Food was tasty enough apart from the corn on the cob ( mine and my sons ) which was dry and rubbery . Think it must have been microwaved or been hanging around sometime - comments passed back to waiter 1 starter , 4 mains , 1 cocktail and 3 mocktails £84 . Not the cheapest meal out Would say , had nicer and better value meals elsewhere Not in a rush to go back

I’ve been here twice now and both times were terrible! The food was cold had to send it back, the food I had to send back was on the bill! (As it was the wrong meal anyway) Refused to pay! Had to wait ages to be seated also had to wait ages for the food to come out!

Had a meal here with my family. The food was ok and the service was very good. It tends to get very busy very quickly so don’t play around, it’s always better to have a reservation before.

We were seated at a table which hadn't been made up with cutlery etc, once our starters came we asked for some and waited, and waited. The main course came, same issue, I had to get up and go and ask at the kitchen.Also they had run out of fillet steak.Couldn't wait to get out.

So we arrived at 11:30, poss first customers of the day and we were left standing by the door while the staff were carrying on with their conversation. Despite another two families who were queuing behind us. Eventually someone came over and the guy was pretty rude showing us to the table, no smile, no chat, nothing. Had a four and five year old with us and had to go and find a kids menu as the staff had disappeared. The waitress (Lucy on the receipt) was really pleasant and chatted to the children and was really friendly. The food was ok. The wait wasn’t too bad. But the guys who I assume would be front of house looked like they couldn’t be bothered and in all honesty made us feel quite unwelcome. Wouldn’t rush back to be honest, as other TGIs have been much more welcoming.

This is the only TGI Friday’s where the manager makes his personal Mission to make you pay for every drink you order and item of food before they’ll bring it to your table. When I raised the issue to the manager he was just rude and when I asked why are we the only ones in here your treating like this he said it’s his restraint and he can do what he likes and told us to leave if we didn’t like it. NEVER again

Me and my family and a group of friends went to eat at TGI Friday’s today we were waiting for over an hour for a table when finally seated were all separated.We ordered some drinks and some starters and a kids meal for the children and were made to pay before we even seen anything it cost me almost £40 I messed up the order and refuse to change it we were told either eat it or leave it but we won’t be changing it if you wanna order again you’ll have to pay.We then went to move onto our main course after we finished ordering with the manager He brought us the receipt and told us we must pay first yet everyone else in the restaurant paid afterwards when we refused we were made to leave the restaurant by security when speaking to the security they were totally understanding and excepted we had been singled out I’ve never been treated this way and my life in any restaurant I’ve ever eaten in.The manager was so rude and needs sacking if you ask me.

I went here for lunch with my wife while we were at the lexicon in Bracknell.We got seated quickly and someone came over to take our drinks order quickly. We both had cocktails which were really great!All the staff were really attentive and friendly and kept chekcing in on us for drinks etc.I had mozzarella dippers to start and the portion was massive, you could probably share it with someone. I can highly recommend the glazed chicken which I had for my main (I have put a picture up of this).Would definitely come back if we were in town again.

I ordered the Barnamint Baileys Baileys, mint liqueur, vanilla flavour ice cream and Oreo® cookies. Cocktail drink The cocktail tasted just like crushed ice with zero flavours. And no Ice cream I did ask one of the colleagues To rectify this And all his response was “well that’s what cocktails are they hide the Taste” Hide the taste and flavours of ice cream and Oreo. Waste of money completely Also One of the male staff was very obnoxious. The way he dealt with the matter. Needless to say I’m not happy with the service and he didn’t offer to make another. Nor apologised will not be going there again nor recommending in the future. TGI‘s to me was a chain based of making customers happy & dining in fun environment, but now bunch of young people with high ego and no customer service experience.

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Lauren M as our hostess for dinner, and she was amazing and no ask was too much.

At tgi tonight, firstly the barman ben was amazing, friendly and chatty. Then we was lucky enough to have jade k as our waitress. Extremely friendly, good at her job and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back...again and again. Well done to the tgi bracknell team!

Lauren was amazing to be served by, a beautiful person inside and out. She is a true credit to her team and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back and will be requesting Lauren!

Went in today with my 2 daughters and was served by Tyler and jade. Excellent service by both members of staff. The burgers were really tasty and little one loved the ice cream. Will definitely be going back.

Visited for my birthday back in Dec. Service was poor/slow however some staff were friendly and working hard. I tried to order a ribeye steak - I have been trying to order one on multiple previous visits only to be told none left in stock. Waiter went off - didn't hear a word, 40 mins later manager appears to break news of no ribeye steaks left in stock - what a surprise.

Had my 3 year olds birthday party here on Saturday 11th January. Everything the staff and restaurant did was outstanding and well above expectations.

Took my family to tgi fridays in Bracknell after a shopping trip. We were meet at the door by a lovely young lady who was very friendly, she took us to our table and introduced us to our waiter Stuart. Stuart was simply wonderful, and could not do even for us. He was great at entertaining the grandchildren which taking our order. He brought the children balloon animals which their loved. Our food was quick to arrive even though the restaurant was quite busy. The children were very happy with their meals. The food was very good and ample portions for everyone. Stuart came to make sure everything was ok and the children were happy.

Visited early December because of the offer of a free glass of Prosecco. Turned up with my wheelchair using wife after booking a table. Waitress denied all knowledge of a free Prosecco and refused to offer it, despite it being on an online advert. My wife was taken to a table and no chair was removed, she was just told to sit at the end of the table, service was awful, 4 separate waiters, only one showed any attention. Main course was brought whilst still eating the starter, my wife struggles to eat fast, the waiter then took the half finished starter away. Food was dry and obviously had been under the lamps waiting for a while, we had no cutlery on the table and had to wait 5 minutes to find someone to ask for some.....so I complained....and had a very apologetic response from a Manager called Edgar who sounded genuine and promised vouchers as a compensation. So I left it and waited....no vouchers arrived after 3 weeks....if you want to try to placate disappointed customers, at least follow through on what you offer. Will never return ....staff need a lot of training in basic human courtesy.

was the Second time I have been to Tgi Friday I was not keen the frist time but I thought I would give it’s a Another go with my family first thing my mum wanted a coffee but to be told there no coffee so my mum ask for a Orange juice but no orange juice my mum ask for the sizzling chicken with mash potato but to be told no mash potato she had it’s with chip it’s It’s meant to come out sizzling no peppers in it just cheese and chicken Very disappointingSteaks were committed

I went before to this very eattery when it first opened and, alas , couldn't actually eat due to endless mistakes. So this time I hoped, as I like the chain, to grab a nice straight forward no frills meal. Nearly.... please staff, selfies with each other, flirting, the giggling and wink, THE whole 'he he ' carry on is not ok. Honest, watch the diners rolling there eyes and the 'ffs' of the people allowing you to work there. Having fun at work is ok but please serve. If someone has gossip dont all gather down the side of the hot plates n giggling, quick selfie, few 'oh my Gods ' another group selfie. Group hug. Selfie AAARRGGHHH. Great competition right there, you are losing it. Foods ok,

Average. A very friendly welcome and then we seemed to get forgotten. The service was friendly but slow despite saying we we were going to the cinema afterwards.

This restaurant is in dire need of organisation and management. While the youngsters running it were pleasant enough, they lacked leadership and it seemed to be about their socialising (flirting) rather than the customers.

Came in for a couple of cocktails before moving on to las iguanas, must say the atmosphere was much friendlier and definitely more personal. Great service from Ben and Enriqo.Ben made us some cocktails that aren’t even in the menu and we’re delicious! Enriqo does not look 52 I must say

Booked a table for eight approximately six weeks ago. It was a pre Christmas family get together with our kids and grandkids coming from Warwickshire and Brighton. The kids were so excited. I went into the restaurant and I chose a specific table and time. I was assured it was all sorted and on the computer by the manager. When we arrived last night the table wasn’t ready so we had to wander around Bracknell and return in half an hour. Then we were ushered to the table that I had not booked by the door! Two let-downs so far so not good but I said nothing to keep the peace. Our server was MIA. Sweet and lovely, and she took our order. Eventually, half an hour later, the food arrived! Third let-down. The Cajun chicken pasta arrived on a hot plate but cold and dry! The vegetarian wrap was vegan and even the bacon burger was bacon less!!! The surf and turf was cold and the Cajun skewers were cold and brittle! Three of these meals were returned to the kitchen by Mia. So, here we all are, very expectant, and three meals down. We waited and waited but the meals failed to appear and five meals were already eaten. Disaster! We cancelled those three meals and asked them to be taken off the bill. They were but that was all. No gesture on top of this for the total disaster it turned out to be! We had to say that before an extra 10% was taken off. The drinks, by the way, were expensive and weak. £10 for each large cocktail and the glass was mostly ice. My husband tried to see the manager but he was told he had gone out and wasn’t on the premises. This is a Saturday night! Will never go back and would never recommend to anyone! TGI BRACKNELL you need to get your act together and sort out your systems. Epic fail and epic let-down. Mia was the only redeeming feature! Bless her! It wasn’t her fault and we told her! I’ve now lost count of all the fails! My husband will be writing a letter to the head office in Luton as this was an important, much anticipated pre Christmas get together.

Terrible Customer Service - Waitress pulling faces every time we asked or questioned anything ...

Booked a table on the Wednesday for the following Tuesday as we were having a leaving meal for 2 friends.

“Franks” Hot Wings were luke warm at best, and not Spicy at all, the Nachos were soggy and the chicken fajitas were dry and lacking taste. On top of this we had to wait 20 minutes for a table we had booked for 8pm, when on arriving we were told it was “just being cleaned”. The service wasn’t good and the whole experience was just a bit shabby. We won’t be back.

Was down visiting family and friends when we went to tgi tonight and where do I begin. Maisies’ service was absolutely amazing and a genuinely amazing waitress, always kept on top of us. Food was superb and the one issue we did have was one of out meals was slightly on the cold side but garth (manager) came over apologised and rectified it straight away no issue. Again absolutely amazing and thank you for a great night :)

I visited TGI Fridays last week and had a nice meal with friends. I ordered the sesame chicken strips and sweet fries, a cocktail and ofcourse a dessert. Love the decoration and the music. Definitely will return back.

We went there after shopping for a meal with our 3year old as it looked family friendly.
