Never had a bad meal here! Would highly recommend food is always good quality and hot:) love this place

Quick delivery however I paid extra to go large on my doner kebab and chicken kebab, was a overkill with salad and the doner meat was like cardboard and all food was stone cold. Clearly the food was left over from yesterday. Not impressed.

Absolutely disgusting. My large toscana came with an extra unwanted topping and god knows what else. I saw what I thought was a thick black hair in the cheese near the crust but no. You could still see the hairs and the joins of a spider leg. I only discovered on the last slice too so I'd probably eaten the rest of said spider. This place needs an inspection pronto. I'll be looking to backtrace my £32 back.

Unfortunately they do not offer any vegan choices, which is bad considering we are now in 2024 and more people are going plant based or making more positive ethical choices.

My favourite is grilled chicken with fries mayo and salad just delicious 😋

Delivery driver in his black WV Golf is true captain slow. I always follow him and yawn. My Aygo- if law would let me - could drive around him twice from one roundabout to another.. very slow. 😎

Food is of a VERY poor quality. Lady on the phone was nice, delivery was quick, driver was great. The downside was the food itself, which is the reason we all order. Most certainly would NOT order again. £30 lighter and very disappointed.

Iv just ordered 3 large pizzas and chips n cheese n nuggets and the pizza ain't very good but the nuggets are black n burnt n the fries are rock hard ,I'm disgusted and would not recommend this take away Wen there food comes out that bad 😡

ordered food online though there website the money came out and they refused to send me the food because the system wasn't working on their end. even when i offered to show them proof and the money coming out and the website thanking me for the order. im wirting this now 1 hour and 30 mins after placing the order.

We ordered at 1933 website said 45-60 minutes delivery time 2112 and 2 phone calls later we are still waiting. 1st phone call it’s being cooked 2nd phone call it’s just leaving the shop ….

wouldn't visit here again even if they paid me the staff's attitude is atrocious the yeti behind the counter tried to rob my 12yr old godson of £2 when i sent him in to pay for food i'd ordered the staff tried to dupe him into thinking they'd give him too much change it wasn't till i entered the shop and taught them basic mathematics they realised they'd short changed him by £2 now this might not seem like a lot but it depends how many customers they do this too, when i showed them they was in wrong with their maths and they'd short changed him i got attitude and told never to come back and as long as them staff are in there i won't be returning i run and operate funfair equipment i wouldn't give either of them a job neither of them can add up and their customer service skills lead much to be desired personally i'd avoid this place like the plague! in fact i'd rather have the plague than come into contact with the staff in this establishment

Ordered from Milanos regularly, we placed our order around 8pm we were still waiting at 9:50 when they told us it would be 40 mins, we then tried to ring up 8 times to find out where our order was No answer!, so we then ordered from somewhere else. the food arrived after being 2 hours late we told them sorry but we no longer want it as it took so long the delivery woman was quite rude and said “well I need you to take the order” we were very polite to the woman and apologised but said it was too late, she didn’t once apologise for the wait the only bad experience we have had from here but was terrible.

Lovely Pizzas, the 1/2 pound cheese burger was brilliant and the chips perfect, A satisfied family. Obviously a new member of staff answering the phones, very inexperienced, so give her a chance to learn ..but of all the pizzas in the area, this is the one that my family have voted the best. Sorry no photos, it was eaten before I thought!!😄

Apparently driver left with my food 10 minutes ago was the response i got after phoning 80 minutes after placing order, driver turns up 20 minutes after my phonecall so food must of been in the car for 30 minutes, decent food but youre going to wait for it

Biggest lairs in Ollerton. Half hour to 45 minutes turns into hour and half twice in a row now. When I rang to track the order she was full of attitude.

First takeaway in 5 weeks wow it was lovely didn't take long to arrive delivery man was polite and chatty definitely order from milanos again

Ordered cheesy chips and a mixed kebab, chips were cold and didnt get a pita bread with the kebab. Worst food I've had from here.

Quite rude I orderd my food but then i had to nip out so I canceled it after about 2 min of calling then when I got back I reorderd it and she said I need the payment first because I canceled it so I said I have to money which I did and then after 35 min I asked where it was and they said it is at your door any min now and ended it

Before tonight everytime I've ordered from here the food has been perfect, tonight ordered my garlic bread and cheese which when I got it home was dripping with grease, unlike normal, and the chips we ordered were overcooked, not pleased to say the least

We collected our food. Pizza was cold. Chicken kebab was missing the salad. I called the shop, the female on the other end assured me we didn't add salad when we ordered on web. We checked the web, clearly states it comes with salad but choose your choice of sauces. I don't like being made out as a liar and I don't like being short changed. I paid the full price and expected what I ordered. I will not be eating from this takeaway again. The attitude from the female on the phone was not helpful and she assured me I was wrong. No their app is wrong.

Good food. Sometimes get the orders wrong. Iv never been offered a refund or to have anything extra next order and sometimes can take over two hours for delivery.

What a shambles! I ordered through the app, and apparently if you don't select any salad to go on what you order... It means it comes with ALL of the salad. Which wouldn't normally be an issue but we paid for a large kebab no salad and the salad took over half of the carton space. We have had a large kebab with no salad from them before and the carton has been full with kebab meat. When I phoned them, they were rude and told me it was my fault! If there was a " No salad" option, then I would have clicked it. But by not selecting ANY salad option, would lead me (and anyone else) to assume that it would come with no salad. The whole way of ordering is ridiculous, the woman on the phone was rude and hung up on us! If you can't handle the complaint, don't be on the phone! We should have been handed over to the manager. The guy in the background was also rude. All we wanted was what we paid for, which we have had from them before. There are plenty of better take aways around who don't give disgusting customer service and bad portions. We won't be coming back to Milanos again after tonight. Me and my husband both work in the fast food customer service industry and we know, that isn't how you handle complaints. What a joke.

Would give zero if i could. Ordered fairly regular from milanos but our last order came 2 hours late after already calling them twice, still didnt come so wife went to bed and then they came with the order, told them too late but they offered us it at reduced rate so took it. Ordered from them last night and they refused unless we paid in advance on card because they said we had not accepted previous delivery and turned it away, which was there fault. Will never go again.

Always good food, never had any issues. Good for pizza and burgers. Can get busy on prime night so delivery can be a little longer, but they will tell you if there are busy

Very good pizza but got my order completely wrong

Tried it again 1 year later, got it well on time but it just looked so unappealing!! Very average!! Try again in a year!

Last two orders have been poor. No issues with the pizza but the chip were soggy and the kebab wasn't even very warm. Also no pitta bread with the kebab for a second time.

Very slow delivery took 2 hours

Dreadful. Ordered my food online and was told it would be 40-60 minutes as it was a busy Saturday night. After an hour and a half I phoned up to find out what was happening and after much panicking they told me that the driver had it in his hand. Another 40 minutes later and it finally arrived. I was polite to the driver but told him I wasn't happy and to ask the manager to give me a call. The food of course was stone cold. I attempted to call them back myself but they just picked the phone up and put it straight down again. Would I consider ordering from them again? No. I would give them zero stars but google won't let me.

Stupidly expencive for what it is, delivery time is a p*ss take too, waited two and a half hours for my food!! Pizza Italia is the place to go in Ollerton!

Ordered food at 11:10pm the man said 30 mins so we said OK he asked where it was going so told him and the time is now 12:48am not happy at all will be getting a phone call when open

Told 45 mins to an hour maximum have to call back 1 hr 15 mins later and ask where the delivery is! Told it's on its way so it wasn't even out the shop . Update it arrives after an hour n half and order is incomplete! Disapointed . Actually felt sorry for the poor delivery guy
