i decided to try the parmo, one of the best parmo's I've ever had, I ordered the meat feast but asked to have olives added on which they did for me, it was piping hot and all good quality ingredients, big fresh chunky chips and nice fresh salad, it was gorgeous, my partner had the mixed shwarma plate and said the same thing, piping hot and all good ingredients, this is our third time using this place over the last few weeks and will be ordering from here more often , thanks it was lovely 😀

ordered the special kebab and was missing chicken tikka and donner.. and came with only 1 naan bread. was a shame cause always been decent.

Great food as always and reasonably priced.

The food didn’t taste cooked at all the dough on the bottom of the pizza was falling apart couldn’t eat as it tasted too doughy! Then the shawarma wrap I ordered had chicken and donner meat when I only asked for chicken so had to pull that apart take all the donner meat out then was left with hardly anything in the wrap! Overall not a good experience

Stone cold when arrived full order was disgusting

Bit of a mix up with delivery but customer service was brilliant!

It's edible which is the only thing giving this 2 stars instead of 1. Pizza very bland and sparse on toppings. Chips were not good. Garlic sauce wasn't very good. All round just tastes pretty low quality. Would not order from here again.

The quality for the price wasn't the best but it was good and I'll probably order again the main issue was the cheese it didn't taste/look fresh it was like a pizza you cooked then left to cool down so the cheese went cold but somehow still hot

AMAZING free bread with this kebab, almost like a naan but absolutely gorgeous!!! The kebab meat was not the best, the chicken was lovely but it needs more salad, I'd recommend it just for the bread!!!

Food came quickly but it was all cold, the half parmesan was the size of a kids one from anywhere else, chips were missing from the order and the garlic sauce looked and tasted weird. Wouldn't order again.

Shawarma wasn’t as nice as we expected it to be but good for the price, parmo was decent but it wasn’t hot, garlic sauce tasted a bit funny, will possibly try again maybe we just got a bad order out of a lot of good

Worst attempt of garlic mushrooms I've seen no garlice involved of some ordinary chopped up mushrooms also the cheesy chips were missing a main ingredient CHEESE! Very dry also dissapointed for nearly £20 worth of food is an understatement.

Food was ok, but 1 problem was we ordered a hot shot pizza parmo pie and we received a plain normal parmesan, my boyfriend was not happy one bit as he likes spicy food and found it plain and boring. He also said he was really looking forward to the hot shot pizza parmo too. Didn't want to call because he was hungry and could not wait any longer.

Absolute stone cold went straight in the bin , waste of money!

Got an estimated delivery time of between 8 and 8.20pm, arrived just after 8.40pm.... food smelt absolutely beautiful, unfortunately the parmo was cold, as were the shawarma wraps, however the chips were piping hot? Which begs the question of how long was parmo sat for after been cooked for it to be cold up on delivery, but the chips to be hot? Usually enjoy food from here, this is not the usual standard at all

No taste, can’t really write a review as it was just appalling. First time trying here and I can say I don’t think I’ll use again. Just didn’t taste nice at all. And what is that? Chilli? Can’t really call it chilli can you? £24.30 wasted and now I’m cooking something different as we are hungry

Waited a hour and half for delivery for the diver to day he already delivered it then had to wait wait another hour for them to decide weather they were going to send me more food out or not when it did Come it was stone cold

Got a notification at 5.56 saying food was out for delivery. Arrived at 6.25 stone cold. Tub of sauce was spilt all over, donner meat tray was crushed, salad was missing and all food was stone cold.

Food was lovely. Delivered a little late but restaurant kept us informed very well to ensure us that food was still on the way. Would order again.

Finally a place in Boro that serves properly cooked quality donor meat and finally a place that serves fresh nan bread instead of stale pitta bread with your food. Really enjoyed the food tonight will definitely order again.

Dissatisfied, was way off from what I remember when it first opened. Shawarma was manky, delivery bloke was polite. Shame

Food quality was spot on, and were really happy to cater to our wants and needs which they didn't have to do but where more than happy to do so....however, I ordered for it to be delivered at 8.55pm ready for the family getting in and it arrived at 7.30pm so had to re-heat the food an hour and a half later

Okay so I think the restaurant should read the comments because I asked for no onions in my calzone for a reason, I also gave specific delivery instructions that could have helped the delivery dude who got lost and had to call me which took 10 or so minutes to guide him to the house. If the folk READ THE COMMENTS we'd not have this issue. The food was hot and tasted amazing nonetheless, I have no issue about that. I have an issue with onions. I visit Boro like 3 times a year (specifically for parmo as it isn't sold in Scotland 😡) and then I go back to Glasgow. This is my chance to have my tastebuds blown and now I have to dig through a calzone to rid it of onion pieces. Everything is 6 star except the restaurant service which is a 4. Maybe next time I visit there will be an improvement in service and orders aren't just smashed out without checking what the customer has taken the time to write. I know you guys have been busy, I sat for an hour refreshing the page until the "we aren't currently taking orders" went away. So I get it but it doesn't look good. Delivery dude was nice tho, like he wasn't rude or anything and he was apologetic and friendly and honestly embarrassed I think too (send him my thanks), but if he knew there were instructions then he wouldn't have ended up in that situation. Anyway, see you in a couple of months for my next precious parmo! 🙌

Chicken swarma was the best I’ve ever tasted so packed and juicy, parmo nice, pizza nice, couldn’t taste the garlic on the mushrooms though , defiantly order again

Don't get a shawarma pizza as they only put it on half the pizza. Which they dont advertise, was disgusting and arrived cold and dont see how when it was 10 mins early. No cheese on pizza either

The BEST kebab i’ve had from a takeaway in a long time. Ordered house special kebab, kids margarita and 2 dips. Chicken was cooked perfectly, very soft, not dry or chewy, melted in the mouth, donner was very meaty and well cooked, not rubbery or greasy. Chilli sauce not to my taste, i prefer the crushed tomato type chilli but thats just a preference, and pizza had quite a lot of crust, but overall the food quality was fantastic. First time ordering, and i will be back again.

The lamb shish wrap was actually lamb kofka with salad. Way too spicy and not really edible. Waste of money

I phoned up to tell the cookes how nice the food was highly recommend this place for a bit of every thing but the parmesan was extremely delicious great work team and phone manner is lovely aswell

Ordered 2 parmos and they were out of this world

We waited 1 hour and 20 mins after placing our order our meal was not hot, in fact it was barley room temperature, the bread of the wrap was soaking wet and soggy from wet salad and some kind of juice it was not an enjoyable texture nor taste in my mouth. What you describe as a XL kebab is in fact not any form of kebab, naan bred instead of pitta bred and not enough salad with it to fill a rabbit never mind a pitta. The portion sizes are quite misleading also being fairly small amount of food and the containers the food come in are probably half the reason your food is cold upon delivery as air is able to get in from all around the cheap containers. I won’t even mention the chips. Will not be ordering again.

only negative thing I've got to say is the spicy chicken tikka wrap was that spicy with the first bite my tongue was on fire so wasn't able to eat all of it, and it was dripping with grease the chip tray was covered in grease and garlic mixed together off the wrap but my partner enjoyed the parmo he loves the parmo from here

Ordered food at 5pm was supposed to arrive 6:30pm when it hadn’t arrived by 6:50pm I called the takeaway and all I got was it’s on its way with the driver .... 7pm the food finally arrived the food wasn’t cold or would of sent it back

6:22pm i ordered it arrived 8:10pm all i ordered was a wrap and cheesy chips. Ridiculous really. Wrap was nice though. Debatable wether i would order again.

The shop is very nearly about me ,(Normanby Road-Victoria street ) in Southbank ,Uk, 5 min.far away, I order online about 16.30, they confirm me the order. , and they told me (lying me)it will arrive 17.30 ! No ,the order arrive about 18.15 , after another 45 min. after another 60 min when I start to order! All was about 1 hour and 45 min., in that time u can go Newcastle,or Donkaster airport!

Delivered on time but some food missing. Called and told would take 15 mins to get it.....

Parmo pizza pies used to be gawjuss from here but they don’t even use a Parmo inside of the pizza now it’s just chicken bits full of becmell like Mush inside, another pizza shop getting to greedy trying to make more money won’t be ordering again 👎

Waited another half an hour longer and phoned again as still no delivery.... food just being sent out now even tho it supposedly already has? Its still not here. Absoloute joke for somewhere we regularly use, disappointing service.
