Really bad Pizza, tasteless hardly any toppings on the pizza as stone cold when arrived.

Best pizza's in woking area, the price's and offers they offer are fantastic and even if you have to pay full price still better than other establishments, basically Dominoes be very worried, milano Pizza is the place to go

Online there double up deal was showing as 26.99 but when I phoned up and orderd it was 32.99 amazed on how they make there prices up wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t recommend as chicken strips always smell and taste like chemicals

Thought I’d give it a go on the basis of all the great reviews. My mistake. If you like a thick, chewy, cheesy tasteless pizza - you’ve found the place to be. The other variation on this is the Farmhouse place in St John’s (equally as disappointing). Couldn’t stomach much it, but the kids are happy. There is much better pizza in Woking. Recommend you try elsewhere.

I’m a regular customer that orders the same, tonight two incorrect pizzas were delivered and they refused to help me on my £35 order. Ordered again, for the last time.

Always lovely food, we order quite frequently. However, exceptional customer service tonight. There was a glitch in the matrix and the Just Eat app told the delivery chap it was cash at the door, which my son paid, not realising I had already paid remotely with PayPal via the JE app. Quick call to the restaurant, apologies given, delivery chap returned within 20mins with my sons cash! And the pizza was "lush" apparently! Many thanks.

We recently discovered Milano Pizza based on a recommendation - what a great find. The pizza is flavourful and great value. Fast delivery yet hot and fresh - one really cannot ask for much more. Great work, Milano Pizza team - don't change a thing!

I have been a long time customer of Milano Knaphill, manager recognises my voice and places usual order, normally order over the phone,manager explained,tonight I would have to order online which I'm not familiar with. I placed my order then realised I had forgotten a couple of items. Called the shop to explain my mistake and the manager had already adjusted my order. Wow,that's what you call customer service. Well done 👏

I Ordered a pizza I called back saying they gave wrong pizza. A young girl (aged 17 approx) took my order and apologised saying come back to store or wait 1 hour for a new pizza. I said look this time il keep this pizza just give me a discount next time. She said ok. I called back 4 days later to talk to an Asian man, I explained everything he said ‘sorry nothing mentioned in notes’ can’t give discount. I said last Thursday a young girl took my order when she’s in ask her she will remember what happened. He rudely replied ‘ I don’t know what girl this is’. Long story short I’m a loyal customer he was implying I’m a liar and didn’t acknowledge the young girl working there. However after being rude he did offer £2 discount. my case is that why argue when I gave specific dates and times of my order (to check properly) and why upset a loyal customer accusing them of being a liar over £2? This is how they deal with loyal customers. If you get a wrong pizza or something missing from your order good luck as they will point blame at you and make it very difficult to get a refund.

Milos pizza is the best pizzas of all time better than Domino's Pizza Hut and Farmhouse Pizza their cheesy crust and Italian crust or the best

Shocking service. The big man with beard and hat, I'm assuming manager. Tried to charge both my wife when she ordered and then me when I came and collected it! We was literally sat in the car outside and we felt that he wanted to intimate us, we was the only ones of our race their and it felt very racially motivated. Intimated and upset by this experience we were convinced he would have done something to our food. They acted very suspicious as they handed it over with a very sarcastic grin after arguing for 5 minutes about us paying until my wife demanded give her the £50 note she paid with (quite a rememberable denomination to use) and he finally said, " Well I have got 2 ordered back here! You look the same as the other one ". After sadly throwing the food away we went to domino's and wad satisfied from them

I am not happy ordered food £24 said it will be here at 12.50pm It’s now 1.15am and to be charged £3 delivery and service charge absolutely terrible I am not happy at all.

Great weekday deals, make it our first choice for pizza. We normally collect, but deliveries have alway been on time and correct. Can’t fault it. :-)

I’ve been away for about 6 years, so nice to come back and find that the pizzas just as good as it was last decade (and the decade before that!) Can’t recommend highly enough, was delivered in 25 mins yesterday which was fantastic

Always order from here after a few Friday night beers! Pizza is always fresh hot & delicious. Great Customer Service too!! Cheaper than the other pizza companies in the area. Definitely worth a visit.

Pretty average...but better than Domino's

Absolutely perfect! Been ordering pizza from them since we moved to Knaphill. Every Friday is pizza night! In August we went on holiday and I advised our house-sitter to order pizza from them. He's still talking about, how fantastic it was! And he is a fussy eater! We've been delivered the wrong pizza once (and since my autistic son wouldn't eat anything else but the meatball special, I had to get another one), but when I called them, they sent the right one right away for no extra charge!

First time ordering here, we ordered a smokey bbq pizza and a garlic pizza bread. Our food arrived in about 40 minutes, as we were expecting. Unfortunately they had made a complete mess of our order. Our pizza inexplicably has nacho chips added as a topping and the side that arrived was actually chicken strippers. I called the store immediately and initially it was hard work getting any understanding or sympathy for the problem, but they eventually agreed to send the order again. The second (correct) pizza arrived only about 15 minutes after I got off the phone and was personally delivered by the manager I spoke to. The food was delicious in the end so I'm hesitant to give less than 3 stars

A decent takeaway pizza shop. Offers collection and delivery. For delivery minimum order of £11-ish, you pay for delivery as well. Pizzas nice, warm and tasty. The staff usually friendly, if you walk in they ignore you from time to time as if your are not present. Besides the above overall is very good.

Had been very good food, and delivery times still very quick, but now, food is always overcooked, dry and hard. So i will try to avoid them until further notice.

Disgusting service we have just received from this place. We ordered garlic pizza bread onion rings curly fries cream cheese jalapenos bites and 2 puddings. Well received our order and are missing onion rings so we rang Milanos to find out what happened to the onion rings.very rude employer saying if we wanted our missing onion rings then we where to pay another £4 delivery for our missing order as we live in guildford and they didn't have enough drivers to deliver our missing order to which we stated we wanted a refund the employer then hung up so my husband rang again. To be met with the same rude employer so he finally agreed on refund for our missing order. So we left a review on just eat. Then no less then fine minutes later we had a phone call from the same rude employer who got aggressive on the phone because we left a bad review then hung up on my husband. This is truley bad service and will be taking this further.

We ordered a pizza at 12:20, 25 minutes before it closed, the website let us order and said that the pizza was cooking and going to come. The place then closed and we haven’t had our pizza (it’s 1:30am). We understand that it’s late but the website let us buy the pizza and we still haven’t had it. Ah well life goes on

Great food and the receptionist Declan is very pleasant. Loads of toppings to choose from and the prices were cheap.

Poor service not happy at all twice in a row get the topping on my pizza wrong this time only got half we ordered missing our bbq chicken wings we played the driver and told him and see the receipt with them on he said 2 mins I'll be back we said ok and phone them up and they we're gonna send more out then tells me he's just spoke to the driver and the driver said he gave them to use a complete lie so now waiting for our money back Will not be ordering from them again that's for sure gone down hill from when we first started ordering from them

Good value for 18" but flavour is pretty average.

Average rating at first however I feel has gone downhill since first opening but food is still good for pizza lovers. Sides and pizzas always cooked nicely and often good customer service. I enjoyed having the option for my own topping choices as well as a friendly welcome from staff.

Looked online at their website and made my order by phone and it went up by by £2 when I questioned them on collection they said the web price is different the price list on the wall had been altered at some point.so was not to happy.food was ok calzone £4.99 on website £6.99 instore

The pizza took my mouth on a magical journey through space and time. When I ordered on the phone the cashier spoke in a beautiful tone informing me of the delectable choices that were on offer and I selected his meat feast. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Milano's pizza is Peng, Darren and deep are great boss men and the dude on the tills is a Peng drummer

I rarely do reviews but these guys are still the best pizza in Woking, they have always swapped toppings or sauces without hesitation, have never been late and their delivery guys are consistently lovely. Edit: I didn't even mention their whole range of veggie pizzas!

Boss Pizza at at great price! If I'm ever peckish after a hard graft at the office Milanos offers the sanctuary I require.

If you're opening hours say till twelve then stay open till till twelve don't shut at 11:45.

Good pizza, well made. I'd prefer maybe a little crisper on the bottom, and the chicken strippers could be a little bigger, but otherwise very nice :)

IF ever i want a pizza i always order from Milanos - its always fresh, tasty and often has a great deal on! Highly recommended!

Pizza is always great from here, and a fair price too. Also the staff in the Knaphill branch are always pleasant.

Orderd 18 inch size pizza but when came for receiving they said you didnt order 18 inch size. You order standard large 15inch only, the staff behaviour was rude and not customer oriented. Will never try to bother them again, worst customer experience. They need customer training I think so

Pizza is always delicious with lots of choice. Plenty of different starters & deserts to choose from too. Delivery is quick & staff are friendly! However on the 2 occasions I’ve ordered via HungryHouse, items have been missing for some reason. Tonight the missing items were brought straight out to me but it was inconvenient. Best to phone the shop direct!

After a night out I would give this place 5 star, but when your stomach is not full of bubbles its a 2 star at best

By far the best pizza I have had in a long time. Regularly order from here and the taste is consistent. Cost is similar to Pizza Huts, Dominos and Papa Johns but more variety and just tastes better.

Good fresh pizza ( Fully Loaded) & very tasty and fresh Chicken Strippers.....only 1 bed thing, Garlic & Herb Dip tasted very sour almost expired. Good service & friendly staff

I'm docking the delivery time points as the initial estimate was a joke. over an hour to deliver a pizza down the road was never a fair estimate and sure enough it arrived half an hour early. Give proper estimates.

wow. amazing pizza! we ordered the Italian grill pizza with a stuffed crust and it was really hot and tasty. we live 4miles away so not just a couple of minutes away and the quality of the food was not effected at all. would recommend and order again.

Don't be fooled by any pics. The base is just factory like Iceland or ASDA. Guess it suits some but expected a more traditional pizza

Firstly I didn't select a later time. It arrived before that time but later than the quoted time (20-40mins) at order. Really bad start to mislead about delivery Anyway wouldn't order again if on time. Photos on trip advisor looked like proper thin crust traditional pizzas. What I got was a greasy thick bready mess that woke me up at 3am

Second time I have now requested for my meal to be delivered at a certain time and it has been delivered 40 Mins early, apart from that all good :)

it says it was delivered at 9.35.... still waiting at gone 10pm.... not happy

I'm sure other people would enjoy this sort of pizza, but for me it was awful quality. To claim it was an "Italian" base when the base was clearly one from the freezer is not acceptable
