Herbies Pizza in Woking

Me and my friends were just looking for a good quality meal but instead got the pizza trip from hell. It’s like Satan made this place himself. As soon as I walk up to the shop there were rats everywhere, it was worse than the plague. When we managed to get past the rats and into the shop we saw the worker picking his nose then diving his hands into some of the toppings. Unsurprisingly we didn’t get food from here because we didn’t want any diseases. If you don’t want to be rushed to A&E because of being uncontrollably sick I don’t recommend going here.

Small pizza (enough for one person) with three toppings plus a can of Coke for four quid, bargain. I'm a fussy eater so the fact that I keep going back is a very good recommendation!

Great pizza's everytime. Loads of options including sides. Value for the quality and the service to go with it. Take aways always arrive on time...warm and presentation. Recommended!!!

You get what you pay for, no nonsense pizza. Will always come back. The veggie hot blows my head off though, always need an iced drink nearby to cool off

Me and my friends went their we brought there white chocolate cookies and they we're not cooked so we went back and we told them that And the man said u have to wait for them to cool down but when u cook cookies they don't come out all melted and not cooked you just have to wait for then to cool down we even asked how long it would take and he said 5 main so we went to another shop an came back and they were all together like on big cookie I'm never going there again after being sick from it .

Omg not good had the squots all day . See a big rat by the bins . Will not be eating there ever agin

only used this pizza take away once. we went to herbies to order as it's just down the road. we couldn't seem to understand what we were trying to order, it took use 4 0r five times before he got want we wanted. any we got it home, it didn't smell nice and the taste wasn't much better. we didn't go again

If you like waiting an extortionate amount of time for a cold and frankly underwhelming pizza then this is the place for you! The pizza I received was as cold as the can of coke I'd just taken from the fridge. When I ordered my meal deal off their website I was full of optimism for the food I was to receive in the approximated 45 minute delivery time. After an hour and 45 minute wait, two phone calls to see where my pizza was and not a single apology for the poor service, my pizza arrived. It was cold, drab and tasted like cardboard. The Potato Skins I ordered to accompany my pizza were overcooked and also cold, but on the bright side, the chicken was nice, despite there only being a handful of popcorn sized bites.The two phone calls I made were greeted with very blunt and frankly rude responses, telling me the food would be with me in less that ten minutes, on both occasions they lied and not once did they show any courtesy and apologise for the delay. All in all, this was a terrible experience, terrible pizza and I won't be reordering from herbies anytime soon.

Pizza here is always very good, great value £6.99 any pizza when collected. Make sure you order in advance if collecting as sometimes the wait can be be up to 40 minutes

I order pizza there almost once a month. The staff inside is lovely, always smiling and kind. Pizza is really tasty, never disappointing and ready in less than 10 minutes.

food takes too long to cook, staff never smile , feel like im bothering them being in there. food is ok, just need to sort out their staff. and they NEVER give you the 1p change when you have a home selivery, which mounts up over time.

We order a pizza and garlic bread from here at least once a fortnight. They are always delivered hot and on time. The garlic bread with cheese and onion is fantastic. A pasty that just dribbles butter and garlic. A good choice and made to order.Reasonably priced.

Great pizzas with lots of daily offers. Good choice of food on menu. Deliveries available. Can order by phone or online using cards.

Walk in and they say there doing only side orders. Then someone rings and they say collection only. So it's terrible customer service. Serving people they want to serve
