Visited the Milano restaurant on Friday, 25th February for celebratory dinner with family we hadn't seen for months. Just right. Good service and really fantastic food - right through the courses.

I rarely comment on reviews but feel have to on this occasion. Had a booking and arrived 15 minutes early. Food was mediocre at best, I ordered Venison, my lass ordered Sea-bass, samphire and roast potatoes and I am extremely disappointed. Venison was tough and bleeding out onto the plate, sweet potato mash lumpy and zero taste, my partners sea-bass was soggy and undercooked, samphire had lost all taste of the sea and boiled to death and her roast potatoes burnt. Waiting close to 50 minutes to be served I felt extremely sorry for the waitress for having to apologise 4 times for the waiting times although only 6 patrons sitting to eat and 4 of them already on desserts. I had read the previous reviews prior to attending and expected much more.

If you’re staying at the hotel don’t touch this restaurant with a barge pole. An hour for starters to arrive, cold bland over priced food, you’re ignored if you make a complaint, not checked on once by a waiter so had to get up after 2 hours to order a drink from the guy at the till. The £16.95 chicken parm looked like a Bernard Matthews chicken escalope with some dry Parma ham on top with tomato purée. Massively understaffed do not even bother.

We did receive a great service from a lone staff member. However my shrimp salad, for 14 gbp, was one of the worst I’ve had, no dressing very small portion and boring, like the restaurant’s character! Very poor wine list with exaggerated prices. Certainly two thumbs down.

Fantastic service amazing staff food perfect (Nigel the chef) great setting and accommodated 4 adults and 3 large dogs at very short notice . The lovely lady behind the bar was what every hospitality business needs.

W Cepen Way, Chippenham, SN14 6UZI always loved staying in the Premier Plus Rooms here. I have however had to leave twice now in the middle of the night. As I have had to leave PI Gloucester, PI Reading and Travelodge Leigh Delamere. They have installed 5G WiFi or 5G has been installed outside of the hotel. For me, I believe I have some sort of electro hypersensitivity and 5G makes it impossible for me to be able to relax, stop compulsively thinking or to be able to sleep. I feel an impending sense of doom and I literally feel utterly exhausted deep down into my bones. Perhaps the thousands of scientists and health professionals all over the world who warned and tried to protest against the rollout of this technology knew something we didn't. Does anyone remember how it was rolled out as "urgent and essential" when we were all locked in our homes? The 5G speed here is something like 300 Mbps. Fun fact, they also use the millimetre wave (5G wave) to drill down miles into the earth as - at a strong enough frequency - it literally vaporises rock.

Only annoying thing is this is a CASH ONLY store with only option for cash machines are a little drive away or Morrison's next door so cash back - was not told this over the phone but for anyone looking to get food from there that this isn't there local know it's really nice however is CASH ONLY - not advertised to us over the phone when ordering
