Milan Pizza in Wyre Forest

Ordered chips onion rings and chicken strips and got two large chips and no chicken strips

Cannot complain about the price but the pizza just lacked taste, delivery was later than it stated but wasnt too bad. Wouldnt order pizza from here again but I'd give something else a try

Made an order tonight. Now this isn’t a fully negative review as I’ve had from this place many times and the food for me has always been very tasty and arrived fairly quick too. Unfortunately tonight’s experience has been a bit of exception and I’d be lying if I said it hadn’t put me off slightly. Unfortunately when I opened the box my excitement turned to disappointment as it looked like the pizza had been chucked in from a mile away and it was very much like eating mush because of this. The toppings were just all over the place. This didn’t just look like it had moved slightly when being delivered but just looked like who ever had cooked it had just thrown it together and not even cut it into slices properly which is the basics. Unfortunately I’ve ate half and the other half’s in the bin because it just wasn’t up to its usual standard. If the food doesn’t get to me in 30 minutes I don’t mind waiting longer at all but I do expect it to get to me looking like an actual pizza. If I wasn’t so easy going I would have sent it back as I imagine most people would but I’d feel like I was a burden doing that.

Food tasted a tad bland, chicken wings weren't good at all, not cooked. Wouldnt rush to order again.

I order from theese guys every week without fail, tonight i ordered 2 pizzas one margarita and one with no cheese as my little boy has a dairy intolerance, they only sent the plain pizza i phoned back to tell them and they were nothing but rude and kept putting the phone down then told me i would need to pay delivery again for their mistake, they wrote the order down wrong and then tried to blame me before hanging up yet again leaving me with a crying child because she was hungry NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PUT MY MONEY INTO THIS COMPANY pure rudeness and no customer skills what so ever !!!!! Wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating absolutly diabolical !!

Placed order at 8pm ,website said half an hour. After an hour I phoned them and was told it would be another 15 minutes as they are cooking it now. Finally arrived after 2 hours. Pizza looked like it had been sat on so it was all stuck to the lid and tasted like it had been kept warm for the whole 2 hours.

ordered : 1:49, Order still has not arrived at 3:30.

Food was quick but stone cold. Pizza was packaged wrong and all the toppings and cheese were stuck to the lid of the box. Awful.

Ordered my food at 5:15 and it wasn’t delivered till over an hour later. This is not acceptable when the time given was between 5:45 - 5:55, but it actually arrived at 6:35

Ordered a share box for 2 people and this is what we got barely any chips and we rang them up and they just kept on saying I don't know. They don't understand English and they didn't want to solve the problem

Compare gave me the wrong order and over chaged me and and left half the order smh would never go back there

dough was soft (was cooked!), so cheesy and good. not greasy! came piping hot. would order again!!!

Cheese on pizza a little thick for our tastes but other than that we really enjoyed the mixed box (pizza, chips, chicken and onion rings). Just the right amount for a poorly mum who didn’t fancy cooking and a growing 12 year old boy. The delivery driver was lovely. Very smiley and friendly. My son wants to try the other box next time with the hash browns and hot dog sausages so we will definitely be ordering again.

Food was cold and requested a refund because of this I had to use the microwave so it weren’t nice so I will not be ordering from here again because of this.

Kids was asleep in bed over an hr an half late called them twice come an didn’t have the stuff I even asked for !!

My order was missing a drink and I put no onions and they were all over my food

onion rings were a little greasy, I prefer mine crispier, but everything else was fine.

I’d like to add it is Christmas Eve so I wasn’t expecting for my pizza to arrive on the time slot it gave. Beautiful pizzas as always. Really enjoyed them. So fresh and yummy.

The app wasn’t updated to say on way. Only knew when at door.

Food was still hot. Really decent portion! Tastes amazing. Well worth the price. Will be buying again in future. Family were amazed at the size too. Thanks again. X

delivery was originally 8.10 latest restaurant was late and changed time to 8.25 once again food did not arrive until 8.35 overall it took over 1.5 hrs for 1 pizza to be delivered

wrong items on pizza and even the replacement pizza was wrong. too many mistakes in the past 5 orders. Will be going somewhere else

2 hours I waited for my order. Arrived luke-warm and missing the salad I had ordered. Updates were a joke, each time saying it was a few mins away. Avoid at all costs.

Pizza was dry, wasn’t hot was warm and chips were dry tasted like it had been left a while before delivering

food portion is terrible paid 15.99 for a kebab box and basically got a box of chips waste of money definitely will not be going back

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star, driver marked delievered 20 before it even got to me, when i received it food was stone cold. Rang up they sent me a replacement out took nearly an hour to get to me, driver got wrong door number it was even colder then the first time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

waited ages and still had 2 items missing from order

Waited 2 hours for literally two drinks and an Ice cream. by the time they arrived both of the drinks shocking and they didn’t even give me the ice cream. Made three phone calls asking what’s going on. A lady told me it would be delivered shortly… 30 minutes later nothing, and then called again a man told me he’s just left the with my order. Again 30 minutes later still nothing and then they ignored my third call and that’s when he showed up 10 minutes later

Terrible experience, food was very late and subsequently cold, the chicken kebab was very chewy. They didn't bother to deliver half the order, cans of pop missing and a milkshake. Overall I'd avoid

The order arrived 45 minutes late, there were 2 missing items which I won't be reimbursed for, bubblegum milkshake and a can of pepsi. I'd seriously avoid if I was you. If anything goes wrong they won't resolve it, absolute joke.

Wednesday evening so I assume not very busy Perhaps for a good reason No communication sent, no email or apology Pizza a bit soggy and not hot, shame I think the business change the ownership and not for better...

I order 2 cheese burger meals one with everything on it the other one plan plus the chips was cold also thay want to the wrong address had to ring tham up few times never going to order off tham again

The food was fine. But it’s not fair to advertise a meal deal that includes items, and then not send them. When I called to chase my missing garlic bread I was told “It doesn’t come with it.” I have screen shots that say otherwise. I wouldn’t have ordered that deal had I known what actually came with it, or in this case didn’t.

was probably on time but driver thought address was car parking spot 24, when told was flat 24 Courtney he then went to wrong address claiming didn't know which block even though I was on phone and giving directions which he completely ignored.

the pizza was so dry I couldn't eat more than a two slices it tasted like burnt toast I starved that night they're normally good I don't know what happened but it hurt my stomach being so dry it was also like there was no tomato base I could only taste the burnt doe and dry cheese when I didn't request

Constantly says it’s delivered when it’s been 20 minutes late and cold

The food wasn't the best last night the Kebab was very chewy and cold didn't seem quite cooked enough the pizza was overcooked and just all around was not very nice I dunno if they were busy but the food left a LOT to be desired 👎

food was late, rang to ask and told another 20 minutes, continued to be another 20 minutes later than that again. food arrived Luke warm, barely an apology and just rude responses.

Disappointed in pizzas. Came half cooked with a soggy pizza base in the middle.

The latest we were told it would be was 22:15 after ordering at 21:30. After speaking to the restaurant several times (they was very nice and apologised for the delay) it finally arrived at 23:30, and as expected the food was cold. It was too late by then to do anything about it. All I was told was the driver had been caught up. I understand things happen bit it still isn't good enough. I do expected to be refunded for the amount I paid (£35.98) as this isn't acceptable.

Pizza was burnt and the chips are under cooked.

The pizza is good but everything else is below average They have a large rat 🐀 problem They have been seen outside the back of the property crawling into the waste bins in Broad daylight They have only just acquired a pest control contract This should have been done earlier As the pests have now spread to the private properties at the back AKA George law Court

Didn’t receive my 2 cans of coke

Chicken was greasy and milkshake doesn't have labels or letters on them indicating what milkshake it is so we had to guess which ones between each other. The rest of the food was good though!

The mixed Donna is amazing 🤩 Huge portions and really fresh. Also lots of fresh salad and the chips are delicious.

This is my second order today best milkshakes and kebab perfect highly recommend

Wonderful service. Did a 17 pizza order for school event. Brilliant service, friendly staff who went above and beyond to get order done for us.....thankyou so much, students thoroughly enjoyed every piece x
