The latest we were told it would be was 22:15 after ordering at 21:30. After speaking to the restaurant several times (they was very nice and apologised for the delay) it finally arrived at 23:30, and as expected the food was cold. It was too late by then to do anything about it. All I was told was the driver had been caught up. I understand things happen bit it still isn't good enough. I do expected to be refunded for the amount I paid (£35.98) as this isn't acceptable.

Pizza was burnt and the chips are under cooked.

The pizza is good but everything else is below average They have a large rat 🐀 problem They have been seen outside the back of the property crawling into the waste bins in Broad daylight They have only just acquired a pest control contract This should have been done earlier As the pests have now spread to the private properties at the back AKA George law Court

Didn’t receive my 2 cans of coke

Chicken was greasy and milkshake doesn't have labels or letters on them indicating what milkshake it is so we had to guess which ones between each other. The rest of the food was good though!

The mixed Donna is amazing 🤩 Huge portions and really fresh. Also lots of fresh salad and the chips are delicious.

This is my second order today best milkshakes and kebab perfect highly recommend

ordered 2 CHEESY box with no cheese burnt chicken and no naan bread smothered in mint sauce which i didnt order made it to sour to eat waste of money

Food was cooked in the time given on the app. Was given a friendly welcome when I arrived for the collection. I had a chicken wrap and onion rings which were very nice. Have been many times before and will be many times after.

i waited over an hour for my delivery, was told one time and then it was changed to another.

Horrible experience They don't know what they doing App said 30min on Sunday night as not very busy... 127min finally arrived, after calling the depo and cancelling my order during 93 min wait... they decided still to send the food? Silly Stupid Out of order Sad Hopefully you respond to others in a different way Shame on you Previous owner different story..

missing a pizza & a large chips... garlic cheese mushrooms were that hard couldn't even get them out the tray... shame as last time food quality was amazing.... refund however should be issued and not an argument as ive not got food from somewhere else to feed us

Food was nice and warm only thing was it came nearly 2hrs late! pre ordered aswell so all time was around 3hrs 30min so as u can imagine kids was not happy. No explanation as to why was late just got it will be with you soon when we rang, would have been better to tell the truth to how long it was gonna be.

They are a rip of company I ordered a large kebab I had delivered chips and salad They said o would get my done very soon came out 45 mins later I was in bed at that time I said I was not gonna take delivery which was understandable at that time Driver agreed I was told I’ll get a refund Have spoken to Milan pizzas And they are not gonna refund my money Disgusting I’ve rang. Number But it’s being blocked So be very very carful what you buy from this RIP OFF COMPANY

Ordered had to call to find out why app saying enjoy your food and we hadn't received it when it arrived later driver said enjoy your food opened it to find burnt taste was bad and even the dog's turned there noses up now must be bad when our dogs turn there noses up

Over 2 hours for delivery, tried to ring numerous times but they just don’t answer and then when finally delivered, not even an apology. The food was luke warm at best and ended up in the bin

It hasn’t arrived so no idea what tastes like, if it never arrives it will be very late. I want my money back immediately, I am presuming you delivered it to the wrong place.

My order did not come the delivery driver waited outside for 5 minutes cause he pressed the door bell which do not work he did not nock the door the company said he waited outside for 20 minutes he did not they would not give us a refund or re deliver our food

it said it was delivered after 40 mins and wasnt so i waited 5 mins called and took them about 10 minuites to find my order just for them to say they didnt deliver it because they didnt have the right milkshake and made no attempt to call or text me now they said its on its way i ordered at about 7 now its 20 past 8

It is almost 9pm and I am still waiting for my order, that should have been delivered at 7:40pm, and I have ordered less than usual! I will not order from Milan again, I rang them at 8, they said 'it's being cooked now'

They set it to Delivered on Just Eat service - been waiting 20 minutes since then for the order to actually arrive.

Food was delivered quickly and efficiently will use Milan again

Really good thick cheesy homemade lasagna

preferred delivery to be early. food is excellent and value for money. overall I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

Excellent value, delicious hot food and friendly staff. The pizzas are the best in the town and the different meal deals on offer makes this a very affordable family treat. The burger meals are very good, as are their fries and chicken.

Waited over two hours, tried to call - phone kept saying not able to connect when calling the store for update. I decided to drive to the store - staff were very rude spoke in a different language whilst I was trying to explain my order had still not arrived. Refused to give me my money back, told me it would be delivered soon. Still a further 45 minutes until arrived, when arrived chicken was undercooked. Terrible food, service and staff. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered pizza and some garlic bread at 6:20pm arrived at 20:45pm

Ordered on train at 1900 for a 2115 delivery. Wasn’t here at set time and now it’s 2200 still not arrived. Do yourself a favour and just go dominos

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food, ordered as wait time said 15-30minutes! Food arrived gone 10pm, it was soggy and luke warm. Tried to contact them but no answer, awful service. Will not be ordering again!

Delivery was more than an hour late. No updates provided and called the restaurant twice. The first phone call wasn’t answered. Updates need to be provided if food is delayed. But also put correct delivery estimates before so people can make an informed decision before ordering.

Kebab boxes feed all my family (2 adults 5 kids). Great value.

2 hours late No communication when reporting order late aswell as calling shop the line saying not possible to connect call. Order from here often, disappointed this time.

Wrong food order sent… Food was replaced, waited another hour for correct order to be redlivered… Third delivery… guess what, wrong again… Shop promised they would have the correct order to us within 10 minutes… 50 minutes, still waiting 2 and a half hours for a kebab !!
