Chips were cold and pizza was burned

phoned up to ask what was going on with delivery as was super late the person on the phone was rude, I even asked for an update via text message didn't receive anything this was before I phoned, lost customer will find somewhere else

I’m not happy at all. Order was all wrong. Have already reported.

Food is nice been coming here for a while now but one thing I will say are the pizzas are very dry, hardly any sauce and too much cheese and toppings. Kind of ruins it would be so much better witth just a little extra sauce.

order was due for delivery between 20:35 and 20:55. called twice after 21:00 and was told the order was on its way. eventually arrived 21:45, 50 minutes late. Pizza was nice but Luke warm. I had to argue to have the delivery fee reimbursed due to poor service. I have yet to find out if this was honoured

2 hours to deliver and very cold. Delivery dropped the order at the door laughed and walked off

Great pizzas & really happy with there service

I’ve never ever had issues with this place been using for a good year now, foods always warm, always before the time unless extremely busy but they always manage some how. Think been late once or twice bt 5 /10 mins but out flat a pain to find !! They are amazing when go in staff are always friendly, never had a bad driver either! Honestly will always go here for late night munch thank you all of staff inc delivery drivers !! Best place in kiddy and open til early morn

Food was good and the delivery guy came early ours came to £26 and we gave them £40 as we only had 20s and the delivery guy said he hadn’t got any change and had to do a delivery and after that will come back with the change and that was at 12 and still no sign of him 40 minutes later (12.43 now)

The Kebab Box I had last night was decent loads of Donner the Chips were cooked nicely and the Chicken was tasty just needed to be a little hotter it came quickly and the Driver was friendly and tried to be quiet cause it was late at night thank you

First time having food from here and it was incredible! Mixed kebab box had really generous portion with loads of flavour and salad all really nice and fresh. Pizza really nice and cheesy. Food arrived on time and still really hot. 10/10 cant wait for the next one :)

food came Incomplete. Ordered 2 pizzas, they weren’t there. The 3 milkshakes had exploded in the bag. The delivery man said he’d come back with the pizzas, never did. Got a call from them to say they’d reimburse me for the damaged milkshakes.

First time have a problem with them, they not deliver any food to us, kids disappointed, no contact, no msg, nothing, now im wait for a refund!!!

Never mind late it didn’t show up, we called and called no answer. Now waiting for a refund. We have never had a problem with pizza lounge before but it had really changed my mind to weather to go there again or not. We have a hungry child at home who is now going to have to stay awake even later past his bed time

Went in for collection this evening. Had 4 in 1 pizza, medium pizza and boneless chicken box. Brilliant food, great prices!

Order was supposed to arrive at 9:40 and did not arrive till 10:30. Called restaurant at 9:40 and was told it would take 10 minutes which it did not. It took over 2 hours from ordering to get my food to my door. When food arrived it was cold as if it had been sat in the box in the restaurant till a delivery driver came to get it. I am appalled and by the food came I didn’t even have time to watch a film and chill out as it was too late and I was starving.

So unhappy. I ordered my food at 8pm and it’s now 10:20pm. I Only ordered a pizza and chips and it’s taken over 2 hours. Called the restaurant 30 minutes ago as just eat app was telling me my order was delivered and they told me it had not even left the restaurant yet and that it’s going to be another 10 minutes. Fast forward another half hour and still no food. I’ve asked where my order is through just eat and they’ve text me saying it’s going to be another 20 minutes. For chips and a pizza! This is awful service and I am very dissappointed and starving . At this point we should’ve just treated ourselves to a frozen pizza. Atleast I wouldn’t be sat here up till late starving all for a pizza and chips.

Ordered a pizza and fries, as I was working late. Arrived in good time by friendly driver. Nearly forgot my dips, as I was rushing from the rain. Pizza was lovely. Fries crispy. They don't skimp on the ingredients. Needed some hot food in the belly. Just the tonic to get me through my shift. Great place.

Oh my goodness when I say this was well worth the weight, I mean it!!! My daughter and I each had a pizza with chips and milkshake. The pizzas were practically melt in the mouth delicious and the milkshakes were how I would expect a milkshake to be. Nice thick and creamy loveliness. Thank you to the staff for a great meal x

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times I have been absolutely blown away. The chicken tikka kebab is unlike anything I’ve ever tasted! Insanely delicious!! I’m basically a moaning, writhing mess while gobbling down every single bite. I’m not even a kebab kinda girlie typically?! Yet this kebab has turned me into an obsessive greedy monster!! If I could eat one of these every single day for the rest of my life?? I’d die happy. Nuggets are hot & crispy. Chips tasty & delicious. “Medium” spice chicken wings make me want to sandpaper my tongue off from the spice (yet so worth it!!). I honestly think this might be my most favourite take out ever (and I’ve lived all over the country!) - honestly love you guys so much! Food is INSANE!!! Keep up the good work ❤️❤️❤️

I'm normally an loyal customer of pizza lounge but not anymore after tonight's delivery, got a kebab, Fanta Kids chicken popcorn meal Firstly rang to ask for extra dips didn't mind paying delivery driver, guy on the phone said yes he will sort. No dips turned up, missing a drink, & the kebab was awful, burnt bits of donner really dry and horrible tika meat lumpy and fatty, which has now resulted in me having a immediate bad stomach & throwing it all back up... stomach pain is unbearable & I won't be eating from there again .. which is a shame because I've been a loyal customer for years now but tonight's experience will definitely have me going elsewhere. Waste of 24 pounds!!

Took one and a half hours for food to arrive. Arrived barely warm. Phoned to complain and was basically called a liar. Second and last time ordering from here. Terrible customer service

First time I have ordered from here. and have to say it was amazing, and arrived hot and well packed . Will be ordering from here again soon.

I tend not to review but thought I should given how good an experience I had. 1st time ordering from here but was really impressed with the quality, freshness of the food, and value for money. The way it was all packaged etc just felt like this place cared about the product they were providing. Would thoroughly recommend based on this experience. Will definitely order from here again.

Called up to see were my order is and he said it will be another 30 mins i told him no ive been waiting for ages and they havent long just delivered my food and i ordered diet coke and received full fat coka cola and my partner has type one diabetes

1 pizza was wrong, allergic to sweetcorn so ordered 1 with and 1 without, both turned up with sweetcorn on.

Super good! pizza perfectly cooked, the garlic bread pizza was also nicely cooked, the chips were a great portion and same with the burger, good timing and lovely service from the friendly driver :-)

Amazing food. Very friendly staff. Ordered few times from here. Excellent food. Was recommended by a freind. Pizza cooked perfectly and there peri chicken is way better than nandos. Especially the mango and lime flavour. Love the chips here also and the milkshakes. Always recieve free dips on the house. Thanks guy much appreciated

The second pizza I bought was basically pure salt. The bbq chicken wing placed in a paper box sogged the bottom of it. And garlic bread was like eating a soggy piece of bread. Spent almost £40 on dinner for my family.

we had a pizza the last time we ordered from here, so we thought we would try the burgers...... amazing! if the quality is this way across the board then me n the wife may have to try everything on the menu. keep it up 👌👍
