Pizza was lovely the chicken meat way to much spice on it 😟

We have roads closed so was expected

Took about an hour and a half for a kebab and some mozzarella sticks, food lukewarm

Delivered on time as usual. I do feel more attention needs to be made to ensure the customer gets what they ordered though! I ordered my usual create your own pizza however there is one option that seems to get mixed up every so often and that is the option for deep pan or thin crust! I always select deep pan though at times I seem to receive thin crust hence my reasoning for 3 stars on quality

We ordered a takeaway kebab. We both had the 4 meat special in a naan. Delivery charge is £2 if over a 2 mile radius, we live within that radius. When delivered, we were charged an extra £2, the food was just about warm, and it was not a naan, it was a flat bread. Piled high with nest, we thought fabulous. However, both my husband and I have had the runs for 36 hours so far, and it stinks of kebab. We we never eat from here again. Disgusting 🤢.

Second time our order has arrived late and cold

I ordered a pineapple pizza and got pepperoni being a vegetarian I cannot eat it and didn’t have any dinner :(

Today I have left a neutral review as our food arrived quite burnt. And seemingly very salty , beside these issues the food was warm and palatable not the best we have had from here. But still far better than other local establishments. And we will still be a returning customer

Children’s meal was disappointing as the fries were over cooked and the cheeses fries hadn’t got much of the cheese melted the cheeseburger was really nice

I was very disappointed with my pizza from Load Streat. The base looked, and tasted like it was bought in, it certainly wasn't freshly made dough. After seeing such positive reviews I tried the place a second time in the hope that it was just a bad one off experience, unfortunately it wasn't and I won't be ordering from here again.

Wouldn't use anywhere else for pizza / food. Always red hot food and delivered on time or early which is great for me. Friendly staff. Merry Christmas

I would just like to say thanks very much to the kebab shop because when I made my order, I really believe that I ordered three cans of Diet Coke. However, when my order turned up, the Diet Coke was missing. I checked on the order and it was my fault, so I rang the shop up and told him I made a general mistake and could I order some more and I was not expecting this as three cans turned up within 10 minutes of the phone call so a massive thank you to the guys. Also I will point out that for a change I decided to have a cheeseburger as I usually have pizza or kebab and I do have to say the cheeseburger was fantastic three enjoy it thanks lads 🙌

No sooner had I ordered my food my food had arrived and as always the food was excellent. I do love the pizzas from this place and I do have a tendency to have those more often. However, I had a mixed sheesh kebab in a naan bread and it was fantastic, really soft, tender meat, full of good taste, and as always, I’m always happy with their food, keep up the good work fellas 🙌🙌

After 4 years living local we finally found a place that serves our favourite food - kebabs and they certainly didn’t disappoint they were absolutely delicious so much so I returned again tonight and bought the same that I bought last night my only critic which is minor is your menu stated lamb shish in naan when both nights it’s actually been in a tortilla wrap maybe your menu should be altered but it was still delicious we will be back

Always had lovely food from here can't knock that but what a p #&£k the bloke behind counter is,I came in with my dog there was one other customer in he talked to me about my dog for a good 15 mimz then he said u ordered n I thought no so I proceeded to ask the man taking orders that I only wanted a kebab burger which he replied there's none ready I said I been here 15 minutes you havnt even asked my order baring in mind there's no other customers apart from the one who was talking to me,I then said surely there would have been some ready if you would of asked what I wanted to order to begin with he just blatenly ignored me I said you know what forget it I don't want nothing off someone as rude n obnoxious as the pr*"k serving,shame as it's nice food but what a t*'t serving,Monday 10th April at half past 8 so whichever man was serving then I would get rid of before he loses more customers as I will refuse to go there as a regular in the future

Great food, speedy delivery as well! Arrived 10 minutes before it was estimated. The only annoying thing was that my chips were plain instead of cheesy like I ordered. I paid more for cheese and I was disappointed to not receive it with my order!

Delicious pizza and garlic bread! Really fresh and tasty. Amazing quality. Great, friendly delivery and customer service is fantastic. When I recently ordered twice in error and was charged twice the delivery staff and staff at Load Streat kept in regular contact to resolve the issue and ensure that I was not out of pocket for the double order. We will continue to use time and again. Fantastic food and service!

I don’t think the lamb Shish we ordered was lamb, it tasted like beef and beef isn’t even on the menu… pizza was cold on arrival. Gutted cuz we are starving so too late to complain and wait for some thing else!! Don’t bother with this place, it’s awful.

Food was delivered in multiple boxes due to lack of correct boxes. Also food was delivered in bad condition (pizza chucked on top of each other and poor food quality in general). Unable to contact about late delivery and food arrived cold.

The pizza here is amazing. We ordered a 16 inch today and it came cold which was upsetting as everything else was piping hot. Not sure what happened today

Large chicken kebab was smaller than the small one, ordered the large as there wasn't much chicken in the small, there was less chicken in the large, waste of money. More salad though this time

Love this place generally, food always good, and we like to support local business. Last time we ordered a hot veggie, I dont care what anyone says there was no pineapple on it... this time came with pineapple which other half cannot eat due to citrus allergy. Rang up to ask if it was wrong, not difficult just it just asked the question, its only a pizza. The young girl on the phone immediate attitude problem. Attitude absolutely stank. Clearly being egged on by a bloke in the background being the big man shouting something about check the menu.....last time there wasn't pineapple on it..really enjoyed it. So after some really pointless attitude they sent us a new pizza without pineapple on. Very nice gesture. Offered to return the old pizza to show we weren't pulling a fast one. Purely based on the attitude, we will never order anything again from Load Streat pizza again. Awful way to speak to people.

Top knot has an attitude and no customer service, which doesn't reflect the girl and other gent, wait times for a pizza over 40mins as takeout, would give higher score but ruined by staff attitude by 1 member of staff

Donner meat was terrible, dry and tasted like cardboard. Did get a phone message saying there was a problem with donner meat. Tasted like they found some in the freezer and microwaved it!

Didn’t update the app to let me know it’s coming and didn’t ring when outside like requested. Pizza was nice but not sliced properly. BBQ wings were very nice but a bit small and the fries the lovely

The pizzas are still the best in bewdley. I've noticed an option for thin crust, I've tried this on a previous order but didn't go a lot on it so have decided to stick with what I know. Maybe add a stonebaked base 👍
