Booking easier on website , the service staff are very nice , restaurant environment are so nice for dinner place ! Highly recommend for US steak style during the summer time!

Couldn't fault anything, went to use some 70th birthday vouchers and had a fabulous evening. Everything was A* the food was fab, our waitress Emilia was friendly and efficient. An excellent night had by all.

Lovely food, excellent steaks. Attentive staff. Nice cocktails served here. Had a 3 course for £45. Calamari, Steak, and a Sticky Toffee Pudding, So delicious.

Excellent and attentive service from jess our server. The food as always was beautiful and the stack cooked to both our preferences. Will be visiting again!

We had a fabulous lunch with our mum to celebrate her 80th birthday, the food was amazing and the service was 2nd to none. Becky our waitress was excellent and nothing was too much trouble she made our meal extra special.

Order for medium rare fillet steak came as medium well, and wasn’t salted before cooking. Tasted acidic and rubbery, and for nearly £40. Cocktail was 99% ice. Waitress placed drink and lettuce on table without comment. Another in white top placed the meal pleasantly. When it came to pay and tips on the screen the waitress started being friendly. When I gave minimum option she quickly said thanks and retreated. She lucky I didn’t hit zero. Could have cooked better myself. Expected to be best quality. Do not recommend. I can see why there was only a few people in.

We dined here before attending a concert at The M&S Arena. Why we have never thought of going there before I will never know. Helen was so attentive and pleasant. She also advised us on which wine to choose. We will certainly return.

Arrived without a reservation and although waiting in a short queue for 5 minutes, we could see the staff working to find the tables for those in front of us. Staff were friendly & efficient. The menu is well laid out for making a food choice, with the main offering of steak in a sequence with sauces, sides & salad dressings. A good selection of wines as well as beers, spirits, cocktails & soft drinks. A steak main each, one side, a bottle of red and a Sharing dessert came to £116 which was not unexpected. The food was excellent & it was the first dessert to beat us. Highly recommend the sharer dessert (chocolate bar filled with genache & salted caramel sauce, blue berries, amaretto biscuits & separate dishes filled with ice-cream, cream, chocolate sauce. The venue is smart & in a lovely location to walk around before or after.

Had the best Sunday Roast of my life! I normally don’t like lamb, but they cooked it so well that I really enjoyed it. The steak was perfectly tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare, just like I asked. My favorite was the camembert mashed potatoes, simple but incredibly tasty! The waiter was friendly and constantly checked in to make sure we were okay. I’d love to visit again to try their regular menu!

The steak of witch all other steaks are measured upon!! An onion loaf is divine!!

Food was excellent, drinks was so nice. Unfortunately due to being full and not wanting dessert, I didn't like the choice of 3 cocktails available as an alternative so was charged full price for the food we'd ordered when we'd originally ordered from the "Date and Steak" menu/offer. No other alternative was offered and server was too busy talking/serving friends in their area.

We had a beautiful meal and Jack was our waiter very friendly guy with great customer service we were very happy. It's not very often you get customer service but jack was great. Thank you for a good service and night.

We had a lovely 3 course meal on Sunday 14th April 2025. Our waitress Emilia was great, very efficient & friendly nothing was too much trouble she made us feel very welcome. The fillet Steak was perfect & cooked to perfection. We will certainly go there again & highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved the food. We had the butchers block shared platter. Oh my, it was good. Shannon looked after us beautifully. So friendly and prompt. Even organised a cocktail that wasn't on the menu. We have really loved our experience here. Highly recommend Thanks guys

My much better other half had never experienced Miller and Carter, was also an unplanned visit. Food was excellent, cooked perfectly and came in a reasonable time. Lots of different flavours to try but we did go for the shared Chateaubriand medium rare. The experience in the restaurant itself was relax and we never felt rushed. Service was excellent and with a smile, a big thank you to Becky in putting up with me talking about everything, I’m told I’m a chatterbox haha Excellent evening, great food, company and service by Becky with a smile. Thank you.

Fantastic place, the service is top notch and the food is also excellent, if you want a good consistent steak it's the place go, drinks choices are good too, alot of options where its essentially a build your owb steak dinner, great if you have a fussy girlfriend

8.45pm, restaurant virtually empty, and I get refused a table for one due to short staffed and “a big party in”. This is not the first time Miller and Carter have done this. A total joke. There are better places - just avoid.

We had a fantastic dining experience, thanks to our amazing server, Helen. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. Her friendly personality and professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was great, but Helen’s service truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back—hopefully to be served by her again!

Restaurant was big and in a lovely setting, would be a great place for large groups. The service was a little slow but the staff were friendly. The food was overpriced and overrated but it was nice. My ratings are a bit harsh as I feel like for the prices there are much better restaurant options. Experience overall was fine but nothing really stood out.
