Steak slightly cool upon being served but still very well cooked. Our server becky was extremely nice absolutely nothing to critique. Nice atmosphere with good music volume etc. Would recommend.

Becky was our server today and I loved the experience. As this was my first time she answered all my questions and gave me good suggestions. She was very friendly and I would choose to come back because of her service. Ribeye steak was gorgeous and burata I highly recommend.

Had Helen as our waitres, really friendly and attentive. Had a lovely night x

Really disappointed that the Natchos (to share) has ben taken off the menu (really enjoyed them). Not happy with the potion size of Calamari (to share) definitely not worth £9.95 would like to see 50-60 % more for the price.

Thank you carter. The welcome was a bit ruff, miss place booking! The meal was excellent. But if you are a steak house you should not getting wrong.... but for pudding they have a poached pear with Saffron. Please have a go how a basic pear can become such a amazing product it is not to be miss.

Can never get enough of going to miller and carter but this is my local and I absolutely adore it. The food is incredible, service is impeccable (our server Becky was amazing!!) and the location is perfect to go on a little walk around the docks afterwards. The perfect valentines day meal 🫶🏻

Lovely main - ,stake cooked beautifully Issue with scallop starter as it had far too much pea puree. Waitress agreed Also asked for dressing for salad on the side but not done.

My first time coming here and I’m so happy with the experience I had. The gluten free food was perfect. Our waiter Dan was amazing at helping me choose and understand the menu, he made me feel very comfortable in the restaurant as I get over whelmed really easily. Very pleasant environment. Dan, our server, was super friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome and valued. Eye contact, a genuine smile and giving the vibe he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about the customers experience, really goes a long way to make you feel comfortable.

Came here on Valentine’s Day, was absolutely amazing! Becky was outstanding and a massive credit to miller and carter they should be proud that she is a representation of their company. Wouldn’t ask for any more the food was impeccable and the staff were the cherry on top. Can’t praise Becky enough, really made our night. Thank you!

We dined at M&C Royal Albert Dock Liverpool on 28/1/25. Food was delightful along with excellent service. We were served by Becky, was such a pleasure to be served by someone who was incredible polite, focused on her diners and knew her job. There needs to be more Becky’s in the hospitality industry. M&C you have a diamond working for you, what an asset you have in your Resturant.

Food came out in good time and was all hot and tasted lovely! Sharing cookie dessert was good! We used a gift voucher and it was no problem. Cocktails were great!

In Liverpool for two nights and both nights we ate at Miller and Carter at Albert Dock. The food was absolutely amazing on both occasions, our steaks were spot on. Our servers Beth on first night and Shannon on the second were excellent and very attentive. Would highly recommend this wonderful establishment with their warm and friendly staff

We had vouchers from customer care after an awful experience at Christmas at Otterspool. We were apprehensive, but the food & service were wonderful. Our server Helen was fabulous.

Had a great evening for my wife’s birthday, great food and atmosphere. Peter was very friendly and efficient with his service - thank you! Good prices as well, just a shame the creme brûlée was sold out. Steaks were both cooked perfectly!

Really great night here, would 100% recommend. The staff are all really lovely, we were served by Peter who was really attentive and helpful and made us really comfortable. The food was incredible, especially the tiramisu and we had a lovely view of the docks. Definitely worth the visit :)

Our fries were quite cold and the steaks were thinner than our last visit

The restaurant is grubby. Food all over the floor, dust on the back of the benches. Everything’s sticky. Lamp on the table sticky and covered in food splats. Menus covered in dried sauce. It’s like an overpriced Wetherspoons. Steaks ok for a pub but not as nice as a farm shop steak at home.

the food was exelent could not hav gone to a better place the shrimp was so good and the scallops to die for and the ribeye was one of the best i have ever had and the side dishes very good one place i will recomend and visit everytime i come to liverpool

Do not recommend we came at 8:50 and they said they are no longer serving food even though they close at 11 .

Staff were helpful and very polite, helped me with my food allergies and the chef's produced high quality food,our experience was delightful one, all members of our family had a lovely time.

Rick who works on table allocation is Racist put me on a table close to the door when we asked to be moved because of the draft we was told the i smell like pot lol and have to sit there or he will refuse me entry make me and my partner no fell welcome

Probably the best steak I’ve ever had, the waitress Helen offered a great Service. Wine and drinks where delicious, as well there where a relaxed atmosphere.

This was one occasion when we had not pre-booked but when we arrived we were accommodated with no problem. Jack was our server and he was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The meals were, as usual, absolutely delicious and well-presented.

Service was slow, steak wasn't cooked to liking asked for medium rare and got medium. Overall the food was ok, but I wouldn't put it as a priority for a steak house sadly
