Middlethorpe Bun Shop in North East Lincolnshire

The buns are very expensive here and sadly quite tasteless. The food prices seem to go up every month, but I do understand why. The women constantly get orders wrong, and if you ever ask for sauce, it seldom arrives. Won't be returning again, not a very pleasant experience all round.

Gone off drastically in the last year or so, ok if you short of time and stuck for options. Bacon not cooked enough, sausages awful. They don't use butter only marge.

Stopped for two sausage sandwiches never again bread to thick sausage cold and tasteless quite honestly the worst sausage sandwiches we have ever had

We came literally just as they were closing today after a long morning on shift and luckily still got served by the lovely ladies. I had a chicken and bacon bun that was delicious and well filled and the lemon lush slice was delicious! Great prices and fab service.

I ordered a sausage bacon and mushroom bun, a scotch egg and lemon lush cake. The bun fell apart because the bread couldn’t hold it self up and the sausages where rock hard, you could just tell they where low quality. Mushrooms where barely cooked and the outer part of the scotch egg was hard as nails as if it has been sat to long. And now I’m wondering if the lemon lush is supposed to be like that too or not?! Think I’m just gonna through all of it away just in case... only decent thing I got was a bottle of Lilt. How to waste £7.95

Visited for the first time today and it won't be the last. Huge filled rolls made to order, a flan and a huge cream cake, very reasonable. Sandwiches tasted amazing.

The shop is always busy, especially towards lunchtime as almost everyworkman for miles around comes to buy lunch.
