Looking forward to a sit down with cappuccino and hot chocolate. What a disappointment!! Both drinks watery, not rich and creamy as they should be. Wouldn't recommend.

Given that flamingos are my favourite animal and I’m unable to resist an unconventional flavour, I ordered the Flamingo Crushed Ice. This was indeed a peculiar, floral-tasting beverage with a consistency similar to that of a milkshake. I didn’t dislike the drink…but I was sort of glad when it was finished. Not to worry, though- there are plenty of ‘normal’ drinks to order!

Had two coffees, a Biscoff latte which was amazing, we would come back for this ! And an americano that was supposed to be with oat milk but it was cows milk. I don’t have an allergy it’s just a preference so I drank it. I also asked for it milky and cold milk was put in. Working in a coffee shop myself I would either ask if they want hot or cold milk or just put hot milk as it’s obvious that amount of cold milk made the coffee luke-warm.

Best coffee in the world. definitely go for the Pistachio latte,I never tried anything more flavorful than it!

My favourite place. I absolutely love the pistachio and the lotus latte's they do. The tomato and pepper soup with sourdough bread is amazing. The staff are friendly and polite. I am never disappointed when I go here. My daughter and I regularly go here for catch ups, its become our place. If you've never been....Go!

The best coffee in Manchester this is the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. I think these guys are doing the most.

The first coffee was a bit bitter, then Elle was very professional and kind and she made a new coffee which tastes fantastic.

Sadly I can't comment on the food or drinks because I never actually received my order. Probably good that I realised later that they didn't listen to my full order anyway as I would have been out more money. Ordered my drink (and non-existent pastry) when there was one customer ordering in front of me. I then proceeded to watch a few customers collect their drinks that had ordered after me. As I had just popped out during my work lunch break I didn't have time to get in the queue again and ask where my drink was and therefore I just left without it. Needless to say I won't be back, nor will I recommend this place. I usually prefer to support small businesses rather than large chains but given that I instead ordered through a certain coffee chain's app and it was waiting for me by the time I arrived, it's safe to say that just sometimes, the big international chains are the way to go.

I love going here on my lunch break, it’s a real treat! I always get the iced caramel Spanish latte which is by far the best in Manchester! I sometimes get a toastie too which are always so fresh and tasty!

This was my first visit and I don’t know how I’ve missed it before . I ordered a flat white and a toasted sandwich , recently I’ve been having coffee elsewhere which hasn’t been hot enough but this was perfect . I chose a Sandwich which I loved too . Lots of nice cakes on offer too . All the staff were friendly too . I had a seat but can imagine it might be difficult in peak times

Delicious coffee and cake. Far, far nicer (and cheaper) than going to one of the big chains. Seating outside to catch the sun.

Been going here for a few years, usually get a vanilla latte or cappuccino, sometimes get the crushed ice coffee frappes which are really tasty. A regular latte costs a bit less than the same from a Costa/Nero/Starbucks and tastes nicer. Staff are always friendly.

Beautiful coffee and highly recommend their pistachio latte and cinnamon buns. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is small but good seating outside in the mall of the Exchange. Will definitely be back.

Visited yesterday 28th Jan for a quick coffee in such a cute spot , I’m from Manchester originally , and was taking a long weekend in my city I had a cappuccino which was lovely my partners tea was fab I didn’t realise till later I could of ordered a Spanish latte yummy
