Friendly and comfortable atmosphere, menu full of good brunch options, and the food was delicious - I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Macclesfield.

Fabulous food. Tried a few times in the past few weeks and always very good. Recommend any of the Serbian dishes and anything at all off the breakfast menu

only got half a milkshake that cost nearly £7. The Mini Schnitzel only tasted of tangy cheese and made with waffer thin ham. £16? the price of everything really doesn't reflect the quality and quantity of what you are serving sorry guys but it really wasnt worth the money. It was more like an Aldi frozen meal that you put in the fryer and a take out box.

I've eaten in and done take-out at Mia's Treacle Bites and I've never been disappointed. The food is incredible, especially the Serbian specialties. This time I was craving something comforting and flavorful and chose the Gourmet cabbage soup...it reminded me of Cozido/Feijoada (Portuguese comfort food) and was exactly what I needed. The baklava is also amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Not what was advertised, way overpriced

I had the beef strangenof with rice, it was fantastic and plenty of it, so tasty and filling. For my lunch I had a roast chicken wrap with the hot chilli sauce, I enjoyed that too, nice fresh salad. It all arrived hot and on time. So, a big thank you for the food & service top quality, the best.

Ordered the chicken burger. The chips are cold and there is hardly any chicken in there. A few skinny strips of what looks like sandwhich chicken caked in melted cheese. Really disappointed.

I often order from her to be delivered and every time the food has been delicious: lovely homemade food - the main courses, such as the chicken in white wine sauce, are really nice. Also, the burger and chips are very tasty, so too is the breakfast wrap, which you can personalise as to the fillings.

carbonara was disgusting was clearly cooked wrong was dry and sauce had curdled, the burger had too much cheese which wasn't in the description and all wasn't worth the money! never again

Three of us came for the first time last weekend. I was super impressed with the quality, taste of the food and the value for money. The young man who served us was very attentive and polite. We didn't know they open in the evening and serve alcohol (even cocktails!), so we are keen to come again without children! Would definitely recommend.

We usually order from here and it’s lovely! However, this time the onion rings were cooked from frozen, the lettuce was brown, bread was very strange and the Chicken tasted like it was cooked from frozen and was very tough. Not sure what’s going on?

This was my son's birthday treat meal. Food arrived cold, the burger meat tasted chewy, rubbery & cheap. I'm not sure what meat you use, but this certainly didn't taste like mince beef. We usually buy smash patties or make our own. The meat went straight in the bin. On a plus note, the food was plentiful ( I'd probably go for chicken in future ). Delivery guy was lovely.

Absolutely brilliant food, top quality eats

food arrived nice and on time, the burger had lots of fresh salad on it which was lovely but the burger patty itself was somewhat burnt which was a shame, and the chips and burger were on the cold side. The brownie was delicious and light and also had an ingredients sticker which is nice to see if you are concerned about allergens!

The quality of the food is ok, best I can say about it. The bacon on the burgers had almost 1cm of fat on them, the chips were pretty poor-quality fries, and when it says they come with onion rings, they mean 1-2 small ones on the top of the burger bun.

The food was very nice and I had a good chat with the owner. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

We ordered from here following the good reviews. The food did not live up to them. The lasagna was so dry and rubbery I think it had been reheated the same with the chips hard and cold. The burger also was cold and just not very nice very rubbery.

The best restaurant in Macclesfield The food is amazing. Chile con carne, Hungarian goulash either pork or beef is to die for the fries were nice the rice is nice the coffee is tremendous as is the t t you can get a nice alcoholic drink and the staff are just so friendly and amazing there is Philip Rocco fat and their mother who does most of the cooking is a superb Cook she makes the best ham salad sandwich I've ever tasted and there is a huge variety of food and the tremendous menu the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile unlike the bar of the road where my English friend was very very rudely dealt with at the Five clouds tap and bottle, which l was not impressed withnsomething bar who was so rude to someone l had him that through him out for being nice when he was talking to a guy about Japan and cycling what a shame, I witnessed it all. Stick to the MIA'S TREACLE BITES

It's only fair to say that this tasted really good, but it was barely warm when it arrived, so within a few minutes, it was cold. It's such a shame because hot it probably tastes even better again!

Absolutely the best takeaway we’ve had in years. Everything was hot on arrival, all fresh ingredients used and it tasted amazing! Gravy was perfect thickness for dipping chips into, chips were amazing… crispy on the outside yet fluffy in the middle, and the burger were the best we’ve had in a long time. 100% recommend this place to everyone! Even the delivery driver was pleasant and took pride in his work! Thank you!

Delivery was really quick, especially for a Saturday evening. Pizza was delicious, cheeseburger was good, alough it did arrive a bit too pink for my liking. It would be good to be given the choice of how it was cooked. Yet to eat the brownies, but they are a great size.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to for this place. The burger was amazing, really fresh and moreish and the sour dough bread roll was an amazing finish. The chips and onion rings that came with it where devoured by not only myself, but my husband and children who had ordered an Indian take out and regretted it after tasting my food. We almost ordered another burger that same night just so he could have one. Will definitely be eating here again and I’m glad I found this gem of a place.

First time trying Mia’s Treacle Bites and I will definitely be making this my ‘go to’ takeaway. The burger was fresh, not fatty & huge…. absolutely delicious, all with fresh salad on. The chicken strips were very moreish, tender chicken breast & the coating was spot on! I also ordered two different soups from there for my dinner the next day and both were the best soups I’ve had in a long time… all HOMEMADE!! Highly recommended & you’ll be seeing me again, it’s about time we had a healthier, homemade style takeaway in Macc, many thanks! 👌🏼

A new cafe in town. I had a full English breakfast with a sparkling water and it was great. Fast and very friendly service. Good quality sausages and bacon, it came with a nice black pudding, fried egg (sunny side up and soft yolk), beans, mushrooms and fried tomato slices. I asked for no toast and hash-browns today, but that is included too. A very good price and clean and new place. Will come again.

I went last week and the staff were amazing, very helpful with us and told us pretty much as long as they've got it, they'll make it. The food was delicious and the portions were large too! We will definitely be coming again soon.

So disappointed this time :/ I’ve previously ordered the Rocky Road and it was amazing. This time I ordered 3, and there’s a strange taste to it, like a spice, or meat. I opened the other 2, and you can really smell a strong scent of something that it nothing like a cake, brownie etc. Feels like the mix was made with a spoon with some kind of sauce on it or something. More than happy to give the remaining products back for you to see/taste. Yet to even open the lemon drizzle. Hopefully this is a one off, because previously the rocky road was the best I’ve tasted.
