Mi Casa Burritos in Camden

A pesar de las malas críticas aquí, mi experiencia no fue tan mala en absoluto. El burrito era caro, pero sabía bien y tenía todo. - Muy caliente también. El hombre que me sirvió tenía un buen servicio al cliente experto, y dijo gracias, adiós y saludó con la mano, etc. El único problema era que el borde del papel de aluminio era un poco afilado y me cortó el labio. ¡Sin embargo, un lugar decente para detenerse si desea una comida rápida y caliente!

comida horrible, caro y no vale la pena en absoluto. No recomendaría ir a esta comida para llevar. Mucho mejor lugares de comida cerca.

La cadena en sí es embarazosa. Los empleados no eran más que encantadores. Nos reímos juntos por mi problema. Ahora, parece mezquino. Sin embargo, cuando ordeno un burrito, y me preguntan si quiero lechuga por un extra de 50 p, no puedo evitar sorprenderme. Incluso desconcertado. 50 p. Por unos trozos de lechuga picada. No tengo el vocabulario para explicar lo absurdo que es esto.  50 peniques. Para un poco de lechuga en un burrito. Que ridículo. Voy allí cada vez que visito Londres, pero esta será mi última visita a Mi Casa, me temo.  50 p! ! ! !

The pork was uncooked, as soon as I saw it was raw I stopped eating and threw it away but I’ve been ill ever since. Would never ever go again, complete waste of £7!!! It wasn’t even nice.

Wish I had read the reviews before eating here. Thought I would grab something before getting the train, however I wish I hadn’t bothered, what a complete waste of money and calories. Walked into the shop and wasn’t greeted at all just stared at like I was an inconvenience. The man serving me had zero customer service skills and was very rude. The portion size is absolutely disgraceful for the price charged and the food is cold and bland. Chicken and rice was extremely dry and had no flavour, beans were a pile of slop and are best to be avoided. Salad old and dried up and cheese all clumped together. Guacamole was the worst I’ve ever tasted, was a brownish colour underneath and had no flavour. Was a very disappointing meal and for £11 I felt like I had been robbed in broad daylight. I work in hospitality myself and if I have customer service like these guys did I’d have no customers left. I will never ever visit this chain again and save my money and spend it at tortilla instead.

I enjoyed my Burrito.... fresh salad, well stacked & tasted nice... Ridiculously overpriced though... £8 was steep enough, but then they charged me 50p to add Jalapenos... really??!!?? surely you have already rinsed my wallet enough... this was insult to injury. The service was comical... as I was paying I took a splash of hot sauce to the face as the server threw the ladel into it too hard and it flew across the room... As I wiped my brow, I paid my small fortune and slowly meandered to the train with my tail between my legs. Great Burrito though sadly it's not just about the food.

Clearly the staff here are under motivated/not getting paid enough. Burritos take no time to make, but in that time I was made to feel like a massive inconvenience. No one needs the pants charmed off them when just getting something quick on the go- but being able to feel like I was allowed to be there would have sufficed. The burrito itself was totally fine.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews - eaten here twice in past month and I always get a massive burrito filled to brim with tasty stuff. Staff seem friendly too. Would recommend.

Visited here to grab a bite to eat before long train journey home. Its conveniently situated just outside the main entrance of London Euston. I enjoyed the food but not sure it was worth the money. Staff could have been a bit more friendly

Been here twice now and both times the customer service has been the most appalling I have ever had the misfortune to receive. Can't find anywhere to complain. Lady did not change her gloves in between a meat burrito and a vegetarian one, she threw the food down twice and barley addressed me. The other employees just stood around and sniggered Then when the lady saw I was taking a picture of the resteraunt she swore at me. Foul women who needs to be sacked.

A perfectly reasonable Burrito with fast service by a friendly and chatty staff ,ember Food was hot and a well filled burrito that certainly filled that little lunchtime hunger episode well ! Not quite sure why other reviews are quite so bad - I felt that service was OK as was the quantity / quality

Probably the worst chicken burrito ever. Very stingy on the chicken, hot sauce out of squeezy bottle (instead of the usual few options of salsa) and disinterested staff. Apologies for the rudeness, but it ‘went straight through me’ to add to the insult. Never again.

The chciken burrito was Ok but the service in this place is really the worst. I went there to grab something after lunch time so it was quiet. I was the only costumer in the shop the staff were talking to each other looked at me several times but yet nobody said "hi" or started to serve me. So after 2. 3 min i asked if they serving at all they didnt answer but one girl Stefania walked there didnt say anything she looked like she would rather die then serve anybody. The person in the till took like 5 min to charge for 1 burrito. They like zombies food is okay but overpriced the service is awful avoid this place if you can.

Where to start... We ordered two veggie burritos and they were soggy and had absolutely no flavour. Refried beans were stodgy and unfresh and the staff blatantly weighed out the (very small amount of) veg to make sure they didn't give us too much - very stingey! We then had to pay an extra £1 for the tiniest amount of guac which was runny and bland. Our meals were ridiculously overpriced coming in at £18 for two burritos and two drinks!! I am a big fan of burrito chains like tortilla and chipotle and don't know how mi casa is still around. Will definitely never be going back!! And advise everyone not to go here.

I popped into Mi Casa Burritos in Euston station on Monday evening for a quick bite before boarding my train. I ordered a chicken burrito which was served by very unwelcoming, rude staff. The next day, having nothing to eat since the burrito, I was violently ill, to such an extent that I had to take the day off work.
