Our order was a medium all day breakfast and a fruit scone. We waited over an hour for our food which was all microwaved. Neither of us were able to eat our food, the scone which was microwaved arrived on a plate that was swimming with water. The bottom was soggy and the top was chewy like a rubber band, completely inedible. The breakfast was microwaved to death, apart from the egg and fried bread. Egg was undercooked and there was fat pouring out of the fried slice. Worst food we've had in a long time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Had a very good fish and chips, peas, and bread and butter lunch here at very reasonable price. Lovely selection of cakes and scones (all looked home-made) as well as very wide menu of classic local cafe food. Staff extremely friendly, Jenny served me and Melanie the owner was there too, and packed up a huge cheese scone to take away. Very clean and well presented and well worth a visit for a very tasty lunch and a cuppa. Locals were in and out, so well used by them, a good sign.

15 Marine ParadeOn our first night in Great Yarmouth we wondered into the "Marine" looking for some food. The Pub was quiet, and all the Staff were genuinely friendly. My Wife has Gallstones and is waiting an Operation so has to be so careful what she eats, the Staff were able to adapt a Prawn Salad for her, which we appreciated. I'm a huge Pie guy, and I chose the Homemade Steak and Ale Pie, which was a bit special, and I can't say I've eaten many, if any better. It's truly delicious. Thanks to everyone there for a lovely meal. Definitely drop in and try the Homemade Steak and Ale Pie.

The StreetSuch a shame as it feels you are still operating a limited menu like we are still in lock down (main course all with chips) ) A locals opinion, it feels both the Lion and White Horse are targeting only transient clientele through holiday season and why maybe, they are quieter out of season where public houses with good old ‘English food’ for the local community are a busier. Both great pubs, staff lovely, but the food really needs some attention and love and updating!

71 Regent RoadWe had a couple of ok Steaks Toilets a bit of a mission , upstairs. Good service by a keen young lady . I wouldn’t go again though 🤷♂️
