Yet another superb meal . A lovely lovely restaurant.

My family and I always enjoy eating here on special occasions! This time, I went with my family and grandparents and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Not only are the staff very hospitable and kind, but the food is incredibly rich and delicious. And, very authentic Turkish cuisine. Regarding the menu, I would recommend the lamb chops. Fantastic experience!!

Had a meal their yesterday evening. Servers were attentive and went above and beyond. The food was the best Turkish I've had and the portions justified the price.

Perfect place for a delicious lunch or indeed an evening meal. Great Menu at affordable prices. The food is fresh and delicious. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Another visit here January 24 and still the same excellent food, freshly cooked and delicious. Really good value set lunch with multiple choices on first and second course. Splash out and add a desert. The baklava is amazing!

I ordered from deliveroo and The meat was rotten and had a foul, horrendous smell which they tried to hide with a lot of salt, it's so crazy I can't believe it. Sickening. This could kill someone, unbelievable!!!!! Disgusting Even from inside the bin the smell is unbearable.

The meat was a bit dry and the rice was too salty the place was very nice and was very big and had a lot of places to sit overall it was a okay experience

Decided to try this. The food was good but very pricey for where and what it is. The servers were good, it was fairly empty for a Saturday night. They prices do not really reflect the locality and I am not sure I would go back because of this. It’s a shame because the food we had was tasty.

Had a late night at work and treated myself to a wash up free meal. But wasn't happy by the time I got it home. £18.80 for this.

Y Just come back from having a lovely meal with my family. The food was excellent and so was the service. The staff go the extra mile to ensure everything is alright for you. We will be back again soon.

This restaurant, located in the centre of the East Finchley, has a stylish, modern decor and friendly service. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. One of us enjoyed Adana Kofte while the other loved the Chicken Pide. We'd certainly highly recommend this restaurant.

Popped in here for the lunch special - £12.95 for two courses - and it was honestly delicious! Looking forward to come back here to try the full menu some time as it was all so tasty with lots of vegetarian options.

Amazing food and such friendly, prompt service. A firm local favourite. We always love to come here, either as a date, whole family, or friends hanging out. Beautiful decor too. PS. Try the Sticky Toffee Pudding!

Had a bit of a rubbish date this evening, it ended long before I'd planned so I had a lot of time on my hands and nowhere to put it! To cheer myself up I thought I'd take myself for dinner and really just walked in here at random. Staff were absolutely lovely, and attentive, the food was totally incredible, and even the house wine just hit the spot perfectly! Definitely recommend, ended up pulling victory from the Jaws of defeat!

Excellent service even for a lunchtime sitting, with each dish perfectly presented. Quality doesn't drop just because it's lunchtime. Highly recommend.

Friends took us for a lunch time meal. There is a fixed priced menu with starter , mains and dessert options. The menu offers something for everyone. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Nice Mediterranean style restaurant interior. A very enjoyable meal.

Lovely looking place, cosy decor and nice team however food is really not good. Every dish we ordered was very disappointing. Meat doesn't taste fresh (potentially defrosted before ordering..), dishes have no flavour whatsoever. Tried number of Turkish/Mediterranean restaurants in North london but never had anything this disappointing. Unless food improves, avoid at all cost

Such lovely staff! Knew what to recommend, great customer service and friendly. Food was awesome and fairly priced.

Having walked past this restaurant nearly every day for the past two years I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by our experience here, although my partner really enjoyed it. Positives were the waiting staff were very pleasant, attentive and friendly, the restaurant has a really nice ambience, the chicken beyti main was cooked nicely for me and my partner loved her stuffed artichoke main. Negatives were how quickly the experience lasted, two starters, two mains in one hour felt so rushed. The mains came out five minutes after our starters were taken, the place was not busy but it would've been nice to relax a little more. Then the prices. The hummus starter doesn't come with bread, this was a first for me and cost £6.50. The halloumi and avocado starter cost £8.45 and was literally two slices of grilled halloumi and half an avo with a bit of oil. It was fine, but very basic for the price. The artichoke main veg accompaniment looked like it was straight out of a tin. Sweetcorn, peas and carrots did not look appetising at all. My pilaf rice was wet and contained sweetcorn and peas and was unseasoned. For the price I would expect a bit more. Two starters, two mains and a carafe of wine with service was £70 in one hour. A bit more care and patience with the food and timings would have made the evening memorable.

Wonderful customer service, chicken shish and kleftiko was amazing, starters came so fresh and bread was hot and crispy, can’t be more happy with the restaurant.

Edit: I was called and intimidated by the owner after my review!!! I’ll give a ring to the police now to complain about their menacing call. I was quite let down by the way we were treated due to our dietary requirements. I asked if the meat is halal and the staff said yes it is. I wanted to double check by asking do you have a certificate and he said no in a rude way and asked us to go somewhere else which has a certificate. Appalling customer service.

Location easy to find, and on street parking is available nearby. Food taste and quality was excellent, price reasonable. Service staff friendly and attentive. Ambience is great. I love the tables in the glass area, have a summer feeling to it when the weather is good. The facilities are very clean. Definitely recommend for people who never been before.

This was a regular of ours pre pandemic. We returned after a long absence to find that it is even better. Very tasty food, friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Good to be back.

I had the seabass and it was AMAZING

We regularly get Lahmacun takeaway from Meze Shish. Often it is very good hence we keep ordering again and again. That said, sometimes there are inconsistencies in the mince meat ingredients. We would love if they could add fresh parsley as a side-- this is the authentic experience we are missing. Thank you!

First visit to this restaurant serving Turkish food. I had lentil soup followed by chicken shish served with rice and salad, all from the lunchtime special menu. The soup was delicious, the shish very tender, the salad nicely dressed. Presentation was very good and included little dishes of green and black olives, hummus, and a chilli sauce. Although the portions appeared small (particularly the soup) I felt quite satisfied by the end of the meal. I'll be back to try some other interesting dishes.

Lovely lunch, really tasty and the feel of Mediterranean in East Finchley. Fantastic service and seating outside took me to memories of sunny holidays (today is a lovely day) which we all missed over the past 18 months. Very good value for money as well.
