Good staff quality food I had burger and wings it was very tasty and yummy I will keep going there best place for fast food and hot and 100% halal which I liked it most recommended

Love this place great food nice people . Love going there. I was missing 1 part of my order I went back and with out hesitation they gave me what was missing . They get very busy not their fault when you have so many weird orders . We all ha e to do out job . I may go there tomorrow now I think I will .

I bought 6 wings and chips yesterday for £4.29. Taste And temperature was good.

Bought a double fillet burger today and there was hair in it. I use to buy from here quite often but I am disappointed that I would not buy again from metro grays.

Terrible experience I want a refund the resturant called me 7 times lying about the driver or who even knows saying he drove of your foods called there’s nothing they will do. It’s the drivers fault to why there’s a delay. The drive now comes to the deliver the food after more than an hour and says the resturant was lying. They never had the food ready. I RECORD THE WHOLE CONVERSTAION. Please issue a refund

I was shocked to bite into my chicken wrap and find that it was juicy! the coating wasn't overly salty and the wrap was loaded with mayo and lettuce. Hands down the best cheap chicken wrap I've ever consumed. I wonder if it's this good everytime

we've waited for the food as it said it is on the way from 6.30, I had to leave to work before the food arrived

I received my order from metros in good time but it was missing a part of the order. When I called I was told they will add it to my next order. I asked for it to be sent out and I'd wait for it and was told they couldn't send it and there wasn't anything they could do I was then offered a refund and was only expecting a partial one as I had some of the food but no he said it would be a full refund which now I know it was to get me off the phone as the money has been taken. With lots of chicken shops on the area I'd recommend going elsewhere.. I've ordered for here before and its a shame

Will not be using Just Eat delivery again as restaurants don't seem to know who is delivering their orders and how to contact their delivery drivers. Any issues you have it is your responsibility to contact Just Eat (not easy).

Food was very cold and soggy. Not pleasant at all.

First time I had it the food was dry and horrible but I gave it a second go and it was better it's ok if you want some chicken and not in the mood for kfc

Food was very good, all well cooked and seasoned. Still was fairly hot given that it came on a bicycle

Poor customer service and very unhelpful store, made an order, the order was not fulfilled and the store does not want to refund my £30.00 don't order from this store very bad store it is not their first time. Their delivery drives are very unreliable maybe they eat the food instead of delivery. Don't order from Metros. You will loses your money, they won't deliver and say it's been delivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My regular place for halal chicken and chips. I no longer go to Favourites in Grays since Metro is miles better in quality and taste. Their wings are amazing never have disappointed, the chicken burger is very good never found it dry or old fillet used. Only thing they need to improve on are their chips. they are too skinny and go hard even the freshly fried ones. Swap them for thicker chips or even better fish n chip shop style chips and this place will be buzzing.

Food here is absolutely awful. Had a home delivery of a 1/2 pounder meal. Was burnt called to complain was told next time you order let us know we will see what we can do???? Grays has so many good spots to eat please avoid this place.

My 5mo daughter has a dairy allergy. I am breastfeeding so I need to avoid dairy in my diet otherwise it has implications on my daughter. I called the restaurant before placing the order and asked if the chicken wings had any dairy in it. They almost laughed at me and said no, as if there was no chance the wings would have dairy in it. I asked them to double check and they confirmed no dairy. For months I’d been ordering this meal as it was confirmed safe whilst trying to get my daughters allergies under control. The other day, I walked in to place my order instead and saw a clear allergen information poster by the side of the till. It clearly stated the wings contained milk (dairy) so because of them I have had to endure an unwell baby and many sleepless nights.

This order was never delivered , called the restaurant twice to locate my order nothing. The delivery guy call me from a mobile phone number inside the restaurant after 2 hours of placing my order from the app saying he can locate my address.

Best chicken shop in the area coming from london I couldn’t find anything as nice but Metro is hands down better than KFC

I went to Metro’s today. I would say, it is the best halal fried chicken shop in Grays. Food is Reasonable. Excellent service. Food is tasty. Clean shopping area. Anyone looking for halal friend chicken, can try their food.

Good tasty food, always fresh, chicken is bigger and more flavoursome than most high street franchise chicken joints. Wide selection of burgers and the wings are spiced to the right level of medium heat.

i bit into the chicken and the chicken and the bone was like crushed and it was brown and miscellaneous as hell. I went back and they gave me two more wings, i guess it was okay since it was only £2. Won't be returning tho, there is a chicken shop called Tanzees near grays beach as it too good

Ordered from here the kids meals were fine but the burgers myself and partner got where undercooked. Won't be eating here again as it was the second time this has happened and have since seen others having the same experience.

My husband ordered via Uber eats. BBQ Lamb Ribs. He thought it was going to be grilled like the picture and without batter since I cannot have gluten but it came fully battered. It was my Mother’s Day treat, which I could not eat. Please update your photos or start making it without batter like the photo and maybe then, I’ll change my rating.

Food was on time and order was correct. Food was very nice, well cooked and tasty. The burger size was incredible, normally the are small in size. The burger meal was filling, will order again soon.

Finally a chicken shop in Grays sticking to reasonable prices and not charging like they’re Five Guys. If you like Mcdonalds fries then this is the place! Good selection of meal deals, decent portions. Chicken burgers tasty and not dry, nice chicken wings! Giving 4 stars as unfortunately they dont have naga chilly and garlic sauce which is a must for me.

ordered a quarter pounder meal but only got the burger.

I bright a meal to x2 chicken and chips today. The chips was nice and crispy could be softer. The chicken was nice and tasty with a little sweetness to it.Would definitely eat here again.

I ordered the chicken fillet burger and bbq wings. The fillet burger was really nice! One of the best. It wasn't overcooked and there were flavours in the chicken. BBQ wings were good, really enjoyed it. However the chips were overcooked and hard they taste as though they have been refried which wasn't nice. Other than that I would definitely order from them again. Please can you put a telephone number up so we can contact regarding orders ect.
