Picked up our normal Saturday dinner and was told to make a chip omelette with the leftover chips. What a great idea, tasted lovely, thanks Mermaid. Great service and great food, so fresh 🥳🥳

Happy to have found a fish n chip bar open in the middle of the afternoon. with really tastey options. Large cod was super sized, had regular cod and other items. Friendly service too.

Unsmiling service, horrible portion of chips at £2.50. The place smelt of stale fat. Don't go, even if you are hungry. Pop into a bread shop instead.

The cod was perfect. Fresh and flaky with good batter. Chips and onion rings good, too. Massive portions, even the small chips. Quick and friendly service. Infinitely better than it was under the previous management.

Cod, not fresh, dubious provenance, soggy batter, chips soggy and flaccid. Never will go here again and we are local, no wonder there was no-one else in there. Threw the lot in a bin.

Nice quiet site with a short walk into town. Pub now closed unfortunately. Sign of the times I guess. Clean facilities on site with one toilet and one shower. (Only went in gents side). Fresh water, grey waste and elsan point on site too. Warm welcome by the owners and left to enjoy the area. Little bit of road noise during the day but this quietens down as the evening goes on.

90 St Peters StreetThe pizza makers put SO LITTLE TOMATO base sauce...and put MINISCULE topping...to make profit. I paid £ 2 extra for mushrooms and I counted 6 mini slices of mushrooms..I certainly was not happy. The pizza base was DRY not even fit for a dog. I did call back to complain and Neno got another pizza delivered with LITTLE bit better topping but this time there were ONLY TEN chicken slices to count...a bit edible compare to the dry dough base they send. Would NEVER order from Fominos again!!!

100 Oxford RdWell I'm gobsmacked how anyone can hike their prices so much. I understand that prices have gone up but crafty as they are they try and bulk out what you order with veg or more sauce and to crown it all the actual containers it is served in are smaller. Seems we are living in rip off Briton
