Merlot Garden Bar & Restaurant in Haringey

If you're a vegetarian, it's your place, if you're a carnivore, it's also your restaurant. If you're a classic you'll love it, but if you like to try new things, you'll enjoy it too. Yesterday I discovered this restaurant and I assure you that they have already got a new customer. If you are in the Crouch End area you have to go and enjoy a good hostess and a great taste, and to finish have a great variety of wines.

We came here for Eat Out during lockdown. Booked last minute as we were let down elsewhere, however are glad we were. Had a very reasonably priced bottle of red. Followed by glasses of some of their usually only sold by the bottle. Scallops & Octopus for starters. Both superb. Same goes for the tuna & seabream for mains. Very enjoyable evening, and very friendly staff.

We chose to have the hot bites like a tapas night The octopus was divine And the other dishes did not disappoint The new owners are very lovely and we wish good luck with having Merlot Garden being a thriving success in Crouch End Try the deep fried milk ! It was delicious - the cheapest wine on the list was very nice We will be back

We decided on a tapas like meal by ordering a couple starters and sides, this was mainly because they all sounded amazing(they were). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, Rosemary was especially kind and helpful! Another visit is a must!!

Rosemary was very helpful and polite. Amazing food and wine, recommend the the fried cauliflower. Will definitely be visiting again.

We visited merlot garden restaurant , I have to say the food was fantastic .We had burger, steak and cod croquet as a Tapas . thay were fresh and delicious. The wine was amazing. The service was very good . I highly recommend it.

Me and partner visited Merlot Garden yesterday and I can say the food was excellent (see pictures). There were a variety of options to try from the menu, we recieved absolutely perfect service from the lovely staff, definitely would recommend you pay a visit. I also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant with beautiful table settings and bouquets of flowers everywhere. I would recommend you try the deep fried milk dessert, tasted like drops of heaven.
