Después de visitar este restaurante hace varios años, hicimos una visita de regreso con dos amigos. Después de exagerarlo, estábamos un poco nerviosos de que no funcionara. . . No podríamos haber estado más equivocados. Qué noche tan fabulosa. Buena comida, buen vino y excelentes bromas del personal. Me encanta la nueva decoración de bloqueo. Cada plato fue una delicia. Gracias.

Circus Cafe & Restaurant

24/09/2020: I have been to Bath on several occasions and have passed this little restaurant probably every time I have walked up to the Royal Crescent. Never managed to eat here yet but we did have coffee this morning. We sat outside in the sunshine and it felt like being abroad in some chic city such as Paris or Milan watching all the tourists walking by. Lovely staff and excellent coffee.
13/09/2020: Easy to book online (would recommend as is popular for good reasons!). Good Covid19 measures. Excellent quality food and good range on menu incl vegetarian options. Nice gins and wine. Very pleasant, friendly and attentive service throughout. Great location.

The Olive Tree

13/12/2020: We opted for the 9 course tasting menu (one veggie) with wine flight and thought the whole thing was delicious from beginning to end: all the staff we dealt with were lovely too!
23/10/2020: I gave this 5 stars 4 years ago: the cooking is even better now. Dessert was the stand-out for us with a comforting Montbazillac. The Crozes Hermitage recommended for our main was inexpensive and excellent. The wine list is pretty good, although the choice by the glass rather limited. The service was mostly attentive and very pleasant. Both smart and charming, it somehow lacked the authority and poise of a Michelin star. My request for a fino aperitif yielded a sherry cask whisky (and that not of the best to my taste) and our prompt starters came without the glass of white I'd ordered. It came when I approached the staff, whose responses to the flaws in service was very positive. So too was the feel of the covid arrangements - the atmosphere was great.
