Brilliant service every time I go in person and never had any bad experiences with the food, curries are flavourful, kebabs are lovely, just overall good honest food.

Unfortunately no chapati’s delivered with the meal we ordered and for 4 ☹️

Food was great, but it would have helped if the driver had read the delivery instructions. I had to walk 75 metres to collect it!

Menston Spice. I only gave 3 stars on quality, not because of the actual food quality witch is great but because of attention to detail or lack of attention to detail, no onions with the salad (had to chop my own) Mint sauce, very small containers and only half full. Asked for extra crispy onion Bhaji, yes they were well done but put in a container with a sealed lid, soggy is the result, try putting them in a paper bag, it does the job. The rice and bread and mains were perfect. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is my message.

Ordered a classic chicken tikka masala! First mouthful blown my head off! Ordered else where so I can actually eat me tea 🫠

Great, Quality food. Plenty of salad and mint sauce for the starters. Perfect keema Bhuna in nice thick sauce, perfect consistency for eating with chapatti’s. Very tasty food.

We received one wrong dish ( chicken instead of lamb.) The samosas were rubbish and the chapattis partly uncooked.

Curry was fine, as was the rice. But was missing my Coke from the order?!

Really disappointing the Donner meat was absolutely coated in the chillis sauce lime it had been boiling in it. It didn't taste of lamb and had no texture. The mixed grill was bland no flavour and all arrived in a in a load of water. The naan was basically a fat chapati all in all really disappointing. Onion Bhaji was the only good part.

One of the best Indians about !!! 110% recommend to anyone, food was so tasty lots of flavour and spice will be coming back for more!

We use this restaurant regularly but tonight’s dish was so spicy hot it was hard to eat and most of the food was wasted, there was no side pots to help cool it down either, so £30 was totally wasted, more importantly there were no chilli signs to say it was very hot

Ordered selecting 22:50 collection time. Recieved a message saying it was ready at 21:50. Arrived at the time i selected and was instantly handed a tied bag. Food had been sat in that bag for 1 hour. It was sweaty and mushy, absolutely rotten. Won't order again

What’s happened?! Food was cold, curry had split open and leaked all over the bag, service of the delivery driver was non existent. After ordering from Menston Spice for years I think it’s time to move on!

We have ordered from Menston Spice few times now and the food has always been poppin hot and very tasty, prices are very reasonable too. Can't really fault it, I definitely recommend them.

Tasted like dog excrement. Horrible taste and then realised the state of the premises. Should have known, if the place looks terrible so does the food. God knows how bad the kitchen is back there

Garlic Chilli chicken - I asked for it very hot. So mild my Grandma could have eaten it ! No point in asking ! Disappointing to ignore my request, onion bhajis were very good !

You need to sort your naan breads and rotis out ,brilliant chapati though

I would love an Asian chef to tell me why a Vindaloo has to be much more greasy than any other curry ? Well, mine was very greasy ! It was OK and the Samosas were nice but why so greasy ? It was swimming in grease ! Please tell me why

My food was freezing and the drink was warm

Unfortunately have to say and we don’t normally do reviews this was dreadful. Poppadoms were stale, starters were ok, garlic chilli chicken & tikka pasanda both sauces were very watery no creaminess in the pasanda at all meat didn’t taste of anything we couldn’t eat them really really disappointed

First time getting a curry delivered from Menston Spice, i was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews, however...... it was delivered faster than quoted, and was fantastic! We had a chicken tikka masala & tandoori mixed grill, i will definitely be using this place again, until/unless they give me a reason not to.

Samosas great ! Every curry house makes a vindaloo swimming in grease ! No exception here but I would love to know why ! Not bad, not fantastic !

Food was half an hour late burger bun was wholemeal bread and the chicken was replaced with lamb and I was not informed by the restaurant, portion was fare smaller then usual on nearly all items lost me as a regular

Food was ok but not great. Neighbours complained about delivery driver speeding recklessly on the road.

Fantastic food, only comment is that the pickle tray didn't come with mango chutney.

Food is usually good but the kebabs are dreadful, almost too much meat, which is greasy enough to melt the naan bread and then just lettuce!! Easily fixed but still disappointing. Along with that, a very small amount of cheese in the chips, but could be a fluke.

If i could put zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrific. Delivery took ages, starters were over cooked, curries were watery and unpleasant and the burger was vile with brown lettuce. Poor attitude from staff and denied a refund.

Delicious takeaway delivered tonight. Super-tender lamb in the biryani, beautiful palak paneer and tasty tarka dal accompanied by lovely garlic and coriander naan. Compliments to the chef - you made our night tonight!

Ordered chicken tikka and Donna kebab. Recieved only chicken kebab. I don't really like chicken and only wanted one of 2 pieces to try and therefore it was wasted. Asked for sauce seperate and it was covered in chilli and garlic. Ordered a rezala with no coriander and it was covered it it. Disgusting. Threw it away. Starters were only things right and chips.

Lieferung kam schnell und warm. Das Essen war gut verpackt und reichlich. Wir hatten Vorspeisen und Hauptgang. Das Essen war einfach überwältigend. Daumen hoch und wir sind ab jetzt Stammkunden.

Took 90 minutes to deliver. Naans cold. Measly side dish portions. Very salty. Dry chicken in biryani. Mixed grill ok though. OK overall but underwhelming and certainly won't have a takeaway again.

My families order took 2 hours to arrive. Donna kebab on nann: Nann pitiful. Kebab meat dry. No salad. No sauce. Half pound American burger: Was a quater pounder instead. Chips awful. Chicken nuggets and chips: Chips were awful. Nuggets were over cooked and dry. This was the last chance for them as the last order we placed, for two curries was disgusting and both way over spiced. WE ARE NEVER ordering from Menston spice again.💩💩💩 AWFUL! PITTIFUL! 😠

Have used Menston Spice for 5 years or so on a weekly basis, and never had a bad experience. Good flavours and an extensive menu gives everyone satisfaction in our house.

Have to say my curry was delicious. Best I've had for ages. Arrived early. Delivery ma n lovely. My only critism is that it was cold. This is the second curry ive had from here. Both delicious. Both cold.

Ordered a delivery from menston Spice, big mistake. Not only did the food arrive 20 minutes late (acceptable of course) but the food was cold, and to add to this the order was short, missing chapattis which were ordered too. Overall, food cold, charged for elements which were not delivered and I gave a tip as it's the season of good will etc.. Won't be going back in a hurry.

I do like this local takeaway and recommend and of the curries but especially the Mint Chicken. Service is always good and deliveries usually very prompt. They also subscribe to Just Eat

Another great meal from Menston Spice, the order was delivered very quickly (within 20 mins), the food was hot and tasty and just what I wanted. Highly recommended.

We go back to menston spice time and time again as the food always tastes great. The Rezala and Hyderbadi are particular favourites. Staff are always courteous on delivery and overall excellent value for money.

I had to call 3 times after we ordered it and it came eventually 1 hour and 35 minutes later. All the curries were so spicy we couldn’t eat it

After extended delivery time by 30 mins (fine), turned up nearly 30 minutes after that - 2 hours waiting for food., then to top it all barely warm - totally unacceptable.

Starters Mains are always brilliant, top quality. Lamb Tikka Vindaloo is amazing with huge chunks of very tender lamb. Quality every time.

Food arrived over 25 minutes late & they forgot the rice!! The food was lovely but by the time I'd cooked some rice myself to go with it (As I was told it would take them a further 40 minutes to deliver the missing rice) I was wishing we'd tried elsewhere...
