Best time to come is definitely on Wednesday for the karaoke night, keep an eye out for Chan she gives quick service and is always good to have a laugh while making your drink of choice

Ordered a Whisky sour. Received an expensive glass of water. Complained as zero alcohol in having had a lot of whisky sours in a lot of bars in UK. Second drink port complaint no better, Gave up and ordered a margarita. Appalling. Criminal .

A group of us came in on Saturday evening, no reservation but were made to feel really comfortable. The 2 bar staff (Joe and Chaniece) were very informative, energetic and you could tell that they loved their job!!! We will definitely be coming back

5 stars are mainly for Sheniece (sorry if name spelt wrong) we had a bottomless brunch booked, she was amazing! Best service I've ever had a brunch, she was on it! Just fab. Food and drinks were both great, I would recommend and return again!

Came to memory box last Saturday, lovely place, great music, tasty drinks. I'd like to give a shout out to the lady behind the bar with blonde and black hair, she was very lovely and very professional had brilliant drink recommendations. I will definitely be back!

I just came out of a 11yr relationship and was feeling so low but I had such a fabulous time here the staff were so welcoming great ambience and a very happy time was had. The staff that stood out most to me were Dee Maff Lorraine and Mike they really made me feel so at safe welcome and at home they proper lifted my spirits! I look forward to coming back here beautiful place beautiful people!! So many positive feelings and emotions coming out of me rn! Xx

Came here for a bite and some drinks. The service was not friendly or welcoming in any way. The place looks nice but wow. Ordered pizza which came really quick but unfortunately was very bland and soggy. When we told the bartender she just said sorry and walked away with the plate full of pizza. I wouldn’t return. Maybe customer service is dead here. Don’t waste your money.

We went really early on Friday 2nd August (6pm) so there were only a few ppl there, but it was just what we needed for an early evening catch up. Bar staff were super friendly, especially the lady with half blonde/half black hair (sorry, we didn't catch your name!). The cocktail list was extensive, with 2-4-1 across all cocktails until 9pm, and they were STRONG! We only ordered chips so can't speak to the food menu much, but we did have chips which were good. We will deffo be back!

Situated in central Croydon, easy to get to by public transport or cab - they offer 2 for 1 cocktails until midnight ( they are actually decent cocktails too). Really interesting menagerie of people! Music is good once you've had enough cocktails. (They played Candy when we went, so many people, so many different directions.) They'll give you a free shot for a decent review but I'm actually writing this from home so this is an honest review and not written after being bribed with alcohol. Staff are friendly and they know their cocktails. Now the toilets, the toilets are a bit grim. They're unisex toilets which means boy pee is EVERYWHERE - not the kind of toilets you'd spend time in chatting to a stranger and planning a holiday to Majorca with. I hope you've been working legs because it's a half squat situation so as not to touch anything with your bare skin. So yeh, 5 stars for the staff 1 star for the toilets

The place is nice , has a fantastic vibe their biggest let down is their bouncers, the short, fat blk bouncer is really aggressive and needs anger management. The power trip is actually embarrassing. Other than that it’s a good bar

Brilliant place, amazing cocktails what's not to like!!

Initially I was booked in for my birthday at Crystal Palace but due to refurbishment memory box offered to change to Croydon. They were so lovely about it and treated me like a queen on the night: we all had an amazing time. The drinks were gorgeous and 2 for 1 until 9. Atmosphere was lots of fun. Everyone was having a good time. Music was really good (I would have preferred a little more rnb and hip hop but left at 12 so could very well had played that after). I went with people aged 18 to 54 and we all said we would go back.

Amazing atmosphere, great tunes, DJ’s an absolute lad. Staff are amazing, so friendly, will take well good care of you!
